Really zero stars. I was promised a unit that would be easy to get a boat (gave dimensions) in and out of and went to look and it was right in the middle of other units with not much room to back the boat in and out. The phone number is not correct that is listed. I called 2 numbers that I had for this location and was transferred to customer service, after a wait of over 30 minutes, they advise me to call this location. I told them I did and this is where I end up. They give me a number out of the air and I call and it is the correct location. I was quickly advised that all they can do it is refund my lock even though they did not deliver on their promise and I never put a single thing in the unit. Complete joke of a place. I know I will never deal with Public Storage every again.

Very disappointed, reserved online. When I showed up next day they told me unit had been rented out already. “Online reservations only save the price not the unit” is what I was told. Multiple times went by office during office hours and no one was there. Called and left message with district area manager and no one has ever called me back (been over a month). If you try to rent online, to have to buy their insurance on top of rental fee, If you want to use your own/different insurance, you have to go in person to rent unit.

Staff has been very friendly. However, my rent is increasing 175% after only being here for four months. There was no official documentation letting me know ahead of time, either. Just happened to catch it when logging into the online account. For that kind of rate increase, you could store your items at a newer, climate-controlled facility that is in better condition.Certainly more of a Public Storage as a company issue than a property-specific issue.

Ive been storing at this facility for a short while now and I have to say Tee is a lifesaver!! Shes very informative, professional and proactive. She represents Public Storage well and makes sure all customers are attended to and have what they need. I recently leased a 2nd storage unit and she made sure to clean it (after I moved in) because it wasnt up to her standards. Shes awesome to work with!!

Rented a unit here when moving. Friendly staff that were helpful. Theyre pretty pushy about selling you the storage lock, but apparently their units dont fit other locks and youll end up needing one from them anyway. We took advantage of a $1 for the first month promotion and the billing worked out as promised! Good experience all around.

Came in for information about storage units and prices. Tee at the front office was very professional and very helpful. Answered all my questions, even showed me the different sizes of the units. Even tho i have not rented a space yet, I appreciate that Public Storage has options on how to secure a unit and I have seen that they now have an app. I would recommend my family and friends to go and see Tee at the Copell location. Needed outside storage space for breathing room while working from my teeny apartment and got just what I needed here. Tee showed me space options, available locations, helped me understand the process/access/locks, got me signed up, and fulfilled my other requests like signing up for auto pay. The cost was reasonable and location nearby. So glad to get some space freed up!

This is one of the finest storage units i have seen. The property manager, Cindy, keeps it well maintained and very clean. She was a huge help in helping me decide the correct unit for my belongings and was always available to answer any questions i had.Very satisfied with this location and the friendly staff!

We stored one of our cars here during our move, and we could not have asked for a better experience. Cindy was extremely helpful, and we had no question that our car was safe with her! She was always available whenever we called and has the most positive and fun attitude. Cindy called me the day before and answered all my questions. Shes the property manager and she had a beautiful disposition. Debbie took care of me. There was an annoying woman who kept interrupting us but Debbie made her wait and never lost Focus on me. I was there first and she made me feel like a valued customer by not letting someone ruin our interaction. She was funny and serviceable. Diligent and quick. She let me know everything up front and all my options. She was also very personable. When I let her know that I was leaving town to be a flight attendant she congratulated me and wish me luck. This is the kind of customer service I wish I had everywhere!

We just moved our stuff out of this storage unit after several years because we finally do not need one anymore. This is a great place. Good location, clean, and reasonably priced. Well maintained facility that looks as good as it did years ago. We never had any issues but if we had a question Cindy and Deborah were always available and ready to help. No nickel diming on the contracts or surprises on the invoices. If we need a storage unit in the future, for long or short term, we will definitely return.

Came in looking for packing supplies and was helped by Tee. She was super friendly and helped me figure out what was going to be my best option. Even got a discount on my boxes for buying 10.

While waiting for our down-sized home to be built, we stored our entire house contents at this facility. The manager, Cindy, set us up with two units and made the experience great for us. The facility was always clean neat and operational. Cindy was a great source for suggestions, hints and available to answer any questions we had. I appreciate the way Cindy and her crew treated us.

One day I was organizing my storage unit and returned the next day to do some organizing & discovered that I had lost my Cello, a musical instrument worth approx $500, and left a message for Cindy/Lisa to ask if anyone had noticed it. Sure enough when they made their rounds they noticed the Cello, put it in their office securely, checked the entry records, and figured out quickly that it was mine. Someone could have easily stolen my Cello and it would be gone for good. But thanks to good records on who enters/exits, their regular doing of rounds, and their follow up - I still have my Cello. This is just one of many examples how this Storage places people take care of their customers.

Cindy is so good at her job! We were having quite a tough day with moving and she just brightened up our day. Her service was impeccable and she explained everything like we were family. The storage is clean and well organized.

I have used the storage facility on Beltline in Coppell for one year. While the employees have always been friendly (if you can catch them in the office), Public Storage fails to receive a positive recommendation from me for these reasons:1. They increased their rates $10 right after Covid hit2. They just increased their rates !0 dollars for the second time in one year3. They force you to buy the $15 insurance fee4. I have gone by many times to pay my bill and nobody was ever there so I sat in my car and had to call the toll free number while sitting in their parking lot5. I was told once that I would receive a late fee waiver once as a courtesy by one person and then later told that I wouldn’t receive it. Had to call a manager to get everything straightened outThat being said, I will be removing my stuff out of this storage facility ASAP and will not be returning the next time I need to store my belongings.6. They charge $20 late fees

I had a unit with this location for about 3 years. They have changed up the staff a little bit, and I was very impressed with the service Ive received from Cindy. We bought a house and had to clean/close out our unit. She made the process so easy and even followed up with me over the phone to make sure everything was taken care of. Customer service like this really does stand out and makes such a huge difference. It is very clear that she enjoys her job and her positive attitude shines through.

Cindy was Terrific! I started my move from Chicago, and she was helpful on the phone from day one! When I finally arrived she greeted me, and said welcome to her home state here in Texas! I wont forget her kindness. She also gave me a great tour of the facility. It offered enough space for the 18 wheeler i moved in!!! The climate control is a plus!

Early October I went to Public Storage 10 minutes prior to closing to get a storage unit. Kate was so incredibly helpful, taking the time to properly educate me on the unit types, showed me two units so I could compare sizes, and even helped me get the proper moving supplies. I rented storage here 2 1/2 years ago and it was just ok. When Cindy took over the management it quickly turned into a 5 star facility. She is super efficient, upbeat, positive and a real pleasure to do business with. I HIGHLY recommend this location!!

Great spot to store your stuff. This business should not be hard, but it is surprising how many places screw it up. This Public Storage spot in Coppell is one of the few who do it right.Good prices, easy access, clean, with friendly people.Highly recommend

Local people are great however I moved in 05/19, they gave me the most distant spot. Today is 10/02 and I am notified of 17% price increase just after 4 months. They market the same unit for $96 on their website with 50% off first month while they ask from me $146.

One lady was nice, but the other employees were VERY rude to us when we were only ONE day late in our payment. They will not forgive a single day late (charging a $20 late fee) and spoke to us like we were criminals because it was a day late. Plus, they required us to pay for the insurance (an additional upcharge), which I found from other facilities that is not a requirement. Completely ripped off by them. Other facilities will give you better service than that!

Lisa was delightful and helped me renew my auto pay. I thank Cindy for calling me before I had a late fee. I am happy.

I just completed renting a unit for our company at Public Storage at Beltline & MacArthur. Cindy is a gem. The unit is clean and in good order. It was an A+ experience!

Cindy and her staff are beyond fantastic.. they are very friendly, professional and were very helpful...if I could give them a 10 star rating, I would...I would highly recommend the Coppell location....

The people here are very nice. However my mother was locked out of her storage unit when her rent was not due. I made sure I moved my mother out of her storage in 29 days within the appropriate time and she was still build one day late. But she had already moved out and was build a late notice for the following day. After verifying in their system that there was no code entry on the day we were billed for storage use they turned around and invoiced my mom 9 days later for whole new month after we were gone. Then they took off the 1 day late and the late fee but still filled her for a whole new month after we had moved out in less than 30 days. So about 15 days after we were gone they decided to stop billing her unnecessarily. But most the staff is very nice.
