Lloyd is a very informative and helpful employee. I came looking for a specific tool which unfortunately they did have however, Lloyd helped me by trying different options and gave me great information. Everytime I go there he is working and has been nothing but kind and helpful. Will definitely keep going back.

SHOUTOUT TO COLLIN B.!!!Had a engine light come on out of nowhere. I was lucky near me was Auto Zone! I was scared of the car because I have my baby with me! I was so so so lucky and so so so THANKFUL for COLLIN B. helping me out! He was so nice and told me it wasnt a bigger problem then I was thinking (since I had my baby with me). Told me exactly what was wrong and what to use to fix the issue and it would be okay! OMG being a new momma is hard enough and having car problems with a baby I was about to brake down 🥺 in the store...Also Im new to this area! So baby + car + new to area 🥺🤯🤯***Im definitely going back as long as COLLIN B. is there! Hes awesome!***P.S. Auto Zone Collin B. Needs a raise or something for helping this new momma out big time!

Love these guys! Always helpful, almost to the point of embarrassing. Need a battery? Cool lets make sure that is the situation, not an alternator or some such. If you do need a battery, Great! Ill take out the old one carry out the new one, replace it and make sure youre good. Whoah! Even had one guy replace my Wipers! what the heck?!

Dakota, an associate at the Corinth Autozone, very well could be the most diligent and throughly helpful employee that Ive encountered at any autozone. Back when I was a walk in DIY customer, to now a commercial account holder no one has quite expressed the same care as i do for my customers and the importance of completing the job correctly and quickly. Dakota ran into many road blocks when returning a, incorrectly sold to me, part and then know the store carried what I was needing but was not pulling up in the system so through the process of cross reff many times, he got me exactly what was needed. And no point did I feel rushed or that I was taking too much time to get it correct this time.See Dakota if you want it done right!

Absolutely pathetic customer service. Refused to instal a battery in the trunk of my car. It’s a service they offer but I was told they don’t have to do it if they choose not to. Maybe that should be part of their advertising.

I showed up looking for headlights because one of them was out. Michael Canez helped me find some new ones and even offered to help replace them. Turns out the wire was just loose and he reattached it and provided a refund for the bulbs I didnt need. 10/10 customer service.

I needed transmission fluid for my dodge van. They looked it up on the computer to make sure I bought the right one. Fx 4 transmission fluid for my van. Very helpful people

Seriously one of the best stores you can go to for your car car needs!I went in a few days ago.I had a battery test and as it turned out, needed a new battery. In store, both Ryan and Josh made my visit worth wild! I have been to this location in the past but never really had me believe they were any different from others - location or competition. However, this visit did just that! From start to finish they provided customer service beyond my expectations!This is my location of choice now and I will continue my loyal patronage, with staff like these two!

This is my regular AutoZone store. The employees know me by name and are always eager to help. Sometimes I just stop by to talk to them.

Chris was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, with solutions and local references of mechanics to help me fix my car.

Every one of their workers was putting fluids into a customers car when I arrived. They have amazing customer service! I came to have them put im some transmission fluid that I bought at another autzone across town. My reservoir was already full. My clerk looked up a bunch of stuff on google and read it to me to help figure out my transmission issue. He did all that even knowing I would be returning the fluid. Ill go there forever now for anything car-related that I need.
