They expedited my flat fairly fast but the lady at the counter was very rude, there’s a couple of great local tire shops in Corinth Mississippi. No need to stop here

Had a flat passing through Corinth today. Lucky for me I was driving right past Gateway when the low tire pressure warning came on. Turned around pulled in. Lady upfront was extremely nice to me. Around here a lot of tire places will not help you unless you bought the tires from them. She quickly informed me theyd get me fixed up and back on the road. They did just that. A few people are ahead of me. Had nice couches for us to sit and wait. If sure does beat sitting outside or on side of the road. Lady was also really nice to my daughter showing interest in her necklace and talking to her about it. Thanks for taking care of us and getting us back in the road.

Today I had a blowout and parked at Marshall’s. I didn’t know what to do! I called Gateway, and they were there in five mine minutes, had my tire off in ten, and back with my new one in fifteen. Great service! The very best! Hands down. Extremely reasonable price for a large SUV! Thanks so much! You didn’t slow me down. and I appreciate your hard work and customer service! I highly recommend.

Came in a few months ago and got a full set of tires. The tire size my nissan dealership wrote down was completely wrong. Stacey found the right one and the tires were going to be $80 more for the correct size. He apologized for it and even threw in a free alignment for the unexpected extra cost of the tires. This was very bold and an above and beyond experience for a business. He didnt have to do that especially since it was my dealerships fault to begin with for writing down the wrong size. Stacey and his crew are awesome. I will always come back to them as I am here now getting a oil change and rotation. Thank you Gateway for your hardwork and dedication to us customers. It doesnt go unnoticed!

Prepare to wait for an extended period of time. The front desk clerks prefer to shuffle paper and walk around ignoring customers. I was there 30 minutes and was never acknowledged or spoken to. Several times the clerks were free without customers, yet they never once said be right with you.....no, it is more like they are doing you a service by being open. Obviously,we need more tire centers in Corinth.

Absolutely the best experiences both times Ive been. I came in this last time thinking I needed a new tire because of a tear in the side wall, and they could have sold me one and I would have never known the difference. Instead, they showed me that the situation wasnt dangerous at all. I love honest people, especially in business.

Slow service, overpriced

My rental vehicle kept saying tire pressure was low....I stopped in to Gateway tire and they checked all 4 tires. Come to find out they were all low. They were super nice, very helpful and super friendly. Thanks guys for keeping me safe on my travels.

Great people, great work. Im from out of town and travel about three hundred days a year. I had gotten a nail during my travels and while laid over in Cornith MS had time to get to nail removed. I took my F250 to Gateway and they were very busy but I didnt have to wait I was in and out in less than an hour. They didnt charge me for the repair even though I was ready to pay. It was the service and great people you will like here. Keep up the great work.

Excellent service ... Staff was super helpful in explaining my options for repairs .went in for a low tire and to have all the air pressure checked in all 4 tires . I was back on the road with proper air pressure promptly .

Some of the mechanics and customer service reps are very rude. Not the lady, she is very sweet and excellent. Some of the guys are extremely and entirely too rude.

Very courteous to our family bought tires from them bought a full set of four tires had issues with tires wow at home an associate came directly to our house to fix the issue great customer service

I came in at 11am they said itd be an hour and a half; they did not touch my car until 1:45pm. It then set in the garage for 30 minutes before they asked me what I wanted done because they did not write it down. I wasnt finished until 2:35pm. When they got to check on my slow leaking tire (lost 10 psi every 3-4 weeks), they put a bigger hole in the tire, and then could not patch it. I drove in on the tire and had to leave on a spare. During all this, multiple people who came hours after me were finished before they finished messing mine up. One couple came in at 1:30pm and had all four tires serviced and left by 2pm. They are slow, incompetent, unhelpful, and I will not be back.

They aired my tires up at no charge. Very nice people.

Best customer seeking and experience!! My tire sensor came on and when I stopped for gas I could hear air hissing from my tire. Since it wasn’t low, I drove a block to Gateway. I had to wait a bit but there was popcorn, coffee or water, TV or magazines; couches and ROCKING CHAIRS! Their customer service is always top notch, and to top it off, the fixed it for free!!! How could anyone complain about a wait to get a free repair while eating popcorn and chatting with other customers such as an adorable 4 year old kid with the sweetest grin!! Thanks again!!

Fast, friendly service. Unfortunately they didnt have my size tire in stock, so I have to go back to get my new set put on.

Came in at 830 on a monday to get a set of tires. Didnt leave until 130 in the afternoon. Then Im told that I would have to come back the next day for one of my tires because the warehouse made a mistake they didnt have all 4 tires in stock like they told me. Come back on a tuesday and they told me that the warehouse sent the wrong size tire. I missed a whole day of work and had to leave early the second day and I still dont have my full set of tires that I have paid for. Now I have to wait till Friday for my tire they said. I will never come back here again

Terrible service, very very slow. I waited for 2 hours to get an oil change when there were there were only 5 cars ahead of me. Zero customers were completed in the duration of my wait. I left and got it finished somewhere else in 30 minutes. If you want to support local business, I suggest doing it elsewhere.

I had taken my F-350 truck to a local competitor for alignment. After getting it back it was darting all over the road. I called the business back and was told that it would straighten out after the new ball joints got broken in around 20,000 miles!! I took it to gateway and they aligned it. Now it drives like it should. For now on Ill be taking to them!

This is the best place to buy tires, get an oil change, buy wheels, and get an alignment in Corinth go no place else.

Poor quality, very long wait, usually have to get the tire fixed by someone else in a week or two. Plus they are expensive. Have talked to lots of others who had my same lack of their quality, wait time, prices, and having to take it somewhere else to have it fixed right.
