Me and my girlfriend spent 2-3 days getting the run around with AT&T and finally decided to just go give Verizon a try and it turned out to be the best decision we could’ve made. The employees that helped us were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and they were even able to give us a better deal than AT&T. I’m so glad we decided to give Verizon a try. They just gained 2 new and happy customers.

I give my experience a definite 5 star! Shanna was the only one working at the time and she did a very great job doing so! A total of 6 customers in all were in there and she handled it so well! Very good costumer service they answered all the questions I had. Me and my husband was served very well and helped pick out a good phone. The only problem I have is I wished this was a full Verizon store and not a retailer because I didnt get the first time sign on costumer discount so that kinda sucked but other than that Im pretty happy with the phone I got to get.

For 5 years cellular service with at&t. Well i went to my at&t store in corinth to switch over my phone to prepaid account. The response i got after being greeted at the front entrance to the at&t store by a sales associate was at&t no longer was doing prepaid service and everything prepaid is being routed to cricket cellular in corinth ms.so i decided to go to Verizon which was right next door from at&t.I was greeted by a Verizon sales associate named Andrew,who was very professional and courteous, helpful and patient as well as very professional.He walked me through and explained everything in great detail and very clear.it i explained my situation to andrew it took him less than 10 minutes to switch me to Verizon, wow Verizon customer service number one hands down thank andrew i will be a loyal customer.

I greeted very nicely by all 3 employees in the store as I walked in. Shanna immediately asked my needs . When I explained she was very eager to help with my problems. When she was unable to answer my question she gave me info on whom to contact for help. Then she was very helpful at getting my new device and setting it all up.

I went to Verizon looking for a cover for my new iPad Air. They did not have any in stock but Shanna offered to order one for me that would be delivered to my home within 2-3 business days. She took very good care of me, very prompt and courteous.

Andrew was amazing. Truly went above and beyond to help me buy my mom a new phone for her birthday. He quick and efficiently set everything up and transferred all of her data from her old phone. Andrew even patiently helped her pick out and a case and installed screen protector for her new phone. He has excellent customer service and communication skills. Andrew at the Corinth Russell Cellular Verizon store solved my problems on 11OCT20 to set me up with a new Galaxy S20. Very fast service; Andrew can multi-task! Andrew switched all items over from the old phone that crashed. Management needs to keep Andrew at that store with all honor, praise, and award. Im very pleased with my new purchase!

Amazing customer service one girl went out of her way to get me a Google pixel 4 XL even to the point of driving to meet up with someone to get it. She was absolutely great. Also when I picked it up from the store a guy helped me set it all up and he as well had great customer service. I was shocked by this store I am not use to such great customer service.

Good service

We had to visit the Corinth Verizon store to get a replacement iPhone as my wife took in in the lake with her while water skiing. Amber was awesome - she looked up our account, used the replacement insurance, and we got a new phone the next day. Best of all, Amber looked over our billing statements and moved us to a more cost effective (cheaper) plan. Cant say enough good about Russell and Amber.

Very knowledgeable about the phone we got and was able to transfer everything to new phone with no problém. Very eager to help us with our deçision. Will visit them again if I have any problems.
