My husband and I were traveling home to Arizona when our tire pressure light came on and we thought we had a flat. We pulled off the freeway and thankfully there was Tire Choice! They meticulously checked all 4 tires and when we were ready to pay Nick Gould, the store manager, said there would be no charge! Go see Tire Choice for all of your auto service needs!

This is the second time Ive been, and they were wonderful both times. The first time they patched a flat and replaced a valve stem and the second time they replaced a valve stem for no charge. I love that theyre not pushy, trying to sell me tires. I had to ask how much life my tires still had. Ill definitely be coming back when its time for new tires.

Assistant Manager Javier and the Tech (didnt catch his name) were professional, courteous and quick. I walked in to have my tires balanced and rotated. They were friendly and did the work so fast, I decided to come back later the same day with my other car to get an oil change. Great service!

In a dire need of a tire repair as I live 40 minutes away, I stopped by here due to the great reviews and let me tell you, the reviews were correct, spoke with a very upbeat and knowledgeable mechanic by the name of Javi and he took care of the tire very fast. A complete plug & patch job and the piece was very cheap. I would recommend this place as he was advising me that they do pretty much everything here that your car would need done. Glad I took a chance here and will be coming back for future repairs/maintenance

Wonderful experience! The manager, Nick greeted me with kindness when I first arrived. His team performed a courtesy inspection and informed me of the work that needed to be done soon thereafter. They replaced my brakes, tires, and air filters. The service was fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. I will return here to have my other vehicles serviced in the future. Very pleased all around.

I am so happy with this tire shop right now. I drove all the way on the freeway from Rancho Cucamonga with a little small emergency tire. They took me right away they fixed my tire and did not charge me. This is exceptional service we really don’t find this anymore! I highly recommend!

Happen to get a flat tire in the same plaza as the shop. Javier is the gentleman that helped me out. I was already preparing to get ripped off being that Im a female (its just how it is sometimes), but he informed me the process on how to determine the tire is repairable. I was expecting just to hear its not then they go and fixed and sell me a tire. But Javier actually brought the tire in and showed me the tire and exactly what happened. Super glad I came to this shop not only did they help me place my tire they taught me difference between a spare and a donut. Thank you guys!

I pulled up to tire choice in corona to have my tire pressure checked, the mechanic properly checked all my tires. I told him another shop recommended tires, he looked at then and said they look aged alright. The manager came out and checked as well and said tires had about half life. Great customer service, reliable hours, and quick/safe!I was going to another tire shop. Today the shop I went to was not opened and I found Tire Choice. Coming from a person who works in a high expectation customer service, I know them when I see them. These guys care and Im telling you, it is now my auto shop! Get here, you wont sorry. Im so glad my old shop was closed.

We showed up with a nail in our tire and Nick took us in and had it repaired within 15 minutes. This is the best and fastest repair we’ve ever had.

Come by this shop several times for different reasons. They put new tires on my daughter’ Honda Civic last time. Worked a great deal. Today’s visit included the “check engine” light on my Ford Escape. It needs a smog this year. Tony was able to pin point what was wrong and change the part without breaking the bank. Engine light has gone off. Honest establishments like this one gives women like me piece of mind. We are not going to be taken advantage of. I Will gladly pay for services rendered. Thanks Tony.

I dealt directly with the manager this past Saturday morning. He was very professional in handling my paperwork. Along with the other employee. I bought a battery and it was installed. It was ready before I knew it. Awesome way to start the day. But more importantly, the manager was very helpful and courteous. He was a little talkative. He was personal, but reserved. He actually is very much customer oriented. I appreciated his sharing as it eased my nerves just having to handle car issues. It was a battery not an alternator issue. So, I am taking that as a blessing. It could have been worse. My experience was awesome. No complaints!

Initially, I thought I wasn’t going to get the best service considering I’m a young girl who doesn’t know much about cars however, they exceeded my expectations. After having a long, horrible day and coming home & realizing my tire was flat, I was frantic and mortified. The store manager Mr.Nick was AMAZING, he helped me through the whole process even though I was clueless. I wasnt able get the service I wanted (due to the tires not being in stock) but he let his mechanics put my spare on for FREE, just so I could drive it home. I also left a tip for the mechanic because he stopped another’s cars service just to take care of my boot for 5 mins. Just a sweet guy & a pleasant experience overall!

Excellent Service! I got busted tires and I have no idea how to fix it. Hubby was at work and called their shop to discuss my car problem and they were very helpful. I got there and Tony took great care of me from start to finish. He was patient to explain to me (and to hubby on the phone) my car issues, answer our questions, and bridge our knowledge gap. I highly recommend them even to those car maintenance clueless like me. Asidw from superb customer service, Tony is honest and provides competitive price. Its my first time doing a review. Because I dont want to hurt anything, but the service here is terrible. I simply went to oil change and had to wait for more than 3 hours after paying 300 dollars without hearing any price or explanation. Store manager here did not have the service and qualities of a very basic guest. He looked like a man with a disloyal attitude and a very unwillingness to speak. This place seems to need a lot of room for improvement.

Im new to the Corona area and I dont just take my car anywhere for service. I got recommended here by my daughter and I stopped by to check the place out.. Nick G was the one who helped me out. Stopped by to have my air pressure checked, my sensor was lit up. The guy running the place (Tony) was kind enough to take a moment and check it out for me. None of my tires looked like they needed air. Apparently my daughter over inflated them thinking it was the right thing to do. He explained to me where to look to find the right tire pressure for my Pilot. I know Ill be needing tires for my car pretty soon, I will be coming back to get them here. I appreciated the honesty and good service. He didnt insist I needed them right now.

Man... I think I just found a jackpot!! The staff here at Tire Choice is amazing!! Both Ken and Tony were not only amazing to deal with, they diagnosed my vehicle and told me what were the most important things to look into. Their approach was sincere and genuine. I never felt like I was being sold. My first visit was on Sunday for an oil change and now tuesday to replace both my rear brake pads and rotors. 😉😉😉

Terrible experience, Nick apparently made an appointment for me when I showed up on our agreed time he wasn’t even there. After finally showing up he tells me it’s too late to work on my car, apparently it was near closing hours at 2pm when they close at 5pm. I come back the following day early and he tells me it’s a 5hour wait, I said it’s fine and he had the audacity to ask me if I’m certain I have the time, that he could take me in the next day. I got tired and took my service elsewhere. Would not recommend this place, terrible customer service.

I would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They ripped me off so bad. Now my car is in worse shape then when I gave it too them. Nick Gould and tony holland are a fraud!!!! Please be aware of this shop. I’m working on getting them both fired currently. They will MESS your car up. They drum up charges and don’t know what they are doing!!
