The owner or manager of the shop an older Asian man is extremely rude. Did not ask what type of oil I wanted for my change or inform me of how much my oil change cost. He simply just came to the window and asked for form of payment.

I have been going to this Meineke location for over 11 years. I go because I know that I can trust Steve to accurately diagnose the problem and give me a fair price to fix it. He explains why he needs to do something using terms I understand. Prior to finding Steve, I hated going to get my car maintained or repaired because I knew I would be taken advantage of especially because I’m a woman who has had no time or desire to fix a car. Being a commuter and working full time left me at the mercy of the auto dealerships. Well, not anymore. Meineke is a trusted name in my household. Trusted because they have employees like Steve. If you want it done right, take your car to Meineke in Corona and you won’t regret it.

Stevens and Silverio are the best auto mechanics in the city of Corona. Stevens the owner of the shop made me feel at ease the first time I met him more than 10 years ago. I would trust them from any other mechanics in the city. Very people friendly and they do an outstanding maintenance on my three vehicles that I take there for service. They do it right the first time and very good service. Once you bring your vehicle to their shop you will be a customer for life like I am.

Steve and his staff took me in right away to service the battery on my car. Within about 30-45 minutes I was back on the road as they had promised. I will make sure that I will be using Meineke service in the future for more car repairs. Thank you so much for being there in my time of need!

This place sent out Coupons for Oil changes and when I arrived at their place the Owner told me he does honor any mail Coupons and to take my Coupons to another Meineke, I told him this flyer had his address on it and he said that he didn’t care. So beware of flyers from Meineke. I’ll never go back to any Meineke if this is the way they treat their customers.

Went in for a water pump change and was given a reasonable quote. During the disassemble a worn fan belt was found. It was recommended to be replaced. I decided to change both belts at the same time. The work was done quickly and satisfactorily. Have been going to Steve at Meineke for several years and will continue to go for service. Very honest and reliable!

Wish I could give a zero star. Literally just looked at me and said I can’t do any oils changes. I said okay...so when can you do one? No joke he said I don’t know. Sir I don’t know if you realize you sent out advertising then you have a sign stating quick and fast oil changes never been treated so poorly as a customer ever.

The manager and staff were great. I was in town and my truck developed an issue that they could have easily charged me allot more. They were honest about what the problem was took care of it quickly and for a very reasonable price. If in town again and need repairs or service, I will definitely go back.

I have been going in here for a couple years now for minor stuff and well the one time I needed something major. I had a great experience with these guys. I figured I would get gouged but, no chance. Based on all my experiences with them over the last few years....Went in for an oil change... Was done in about 15-20 minutes! Not to mention, they had the cheapest price around for a synthetic/synthetic blend oil change. They were quick & friendly. I even had a light out and when I mentioned I had already purchased one to put in, the guy instructed me on the best way to install it and said that if I had any problems I could swing by the next day and he would just install it for me! Great work... Great staff... Great price.. I will be going back!

Went in and got out fast. Good pricing for smog. Better than others in surrounding area.

Oil change was done in fifteen minutes. I had been told by the employees at Valvoline down the street that I immediately needed a new serpentine belt as mine had large cracks in it a few months ago, however, I chose not to do it at the time. The gentleman at Meineke told me that was not the case -- no cracks at all and I most likely wont need a new one for another 10,000 miles. This was my first time at this establishment and Ill definitely be returning.

I used to go to the one off if Mckinley but for some reason they changed management and it went downhill from there. They eventually closed so now i go to this one. Great service and the prices are very reasonable! 👍👍👍

I went down for a tire rotation and they told me 45 - 60 minutes because of 2 oil changes and brake job. After about 20 minutes of waiting they pulled my car out to the front of the shop, jacked it up and rotated those tires. That was great service. I was in and out of there in a heart beat, barely could take a nap. Thankfully found my local mechanic today. Good job guys!

I like this shop because they are reliable when getting my car fixed. I also get fair prices here compared to other places.

Staff not very personable, paid over 50 bucks just to pour oil in my car, no inspection of my fluids, wipers, lights, tire air pressure light was on no filling of tires, no check of my air filters. I could have just gone to Autozone and bought the oil and poured it myself for less. Doubt if they even changed my oil filter. Get waaaay better service at Valvoline.

Scam artistI had a coupon for a regular oil change but the owner says to me I dont have regular oil, therefore he cant do it. I called the corporate office and they said sorry that location is a franchise. This place gets a zero and the corporate office too, I will never go back.

My husband went there for the first time, very bad experience. The Asian guy that works there didnt even mention his name was very rude. He doesnt want to honor the coupons that are on their website. He refuses to do the service and he kicks you out. Very rude person.

Super friendly staff and they are amazing on repairs and very efficient and quick, oil changes are super fast youre in and out before you know it.

They were very upfront about price and got to work right away only taking 3hrs to complete replacing all of my brakes. They did a great job and I recommend them if your looking for a mechanic you can trust.

I would like to thank STEVE for making it possible to get my rotors replaced in time for work. Other mechanics told me that it wont be finished until the next day, until i called meineke for an Eta on a brake service and steve said come on in and we will take care of you. Thats exactly what a customer wants here, i felt appreciated in getting my service done. As soon as i got there, right away they took my car into the shop and started working on it. Overall, i would like to say that Meineke will be my new mechanic. THANK YOU AGAIN STEVE. ps Im the one with the Acura Ilx :)

Honest and professional job

Worst place to go. Asian guy was really rude. First of all he wanted me to go away telling to change oil it will take one hour. Then he did not want to accept their website coupon.

Service was slow and rude. In addition they would not honor the coupons posted on their website. Will never return.
