Bad workmanship. Terrible customer service. Beyond oil change, no real mechanical knowledge or skill. Once your cc is charged, theres no interest in FIXING their shoddy work. Save your money, eliminate agitation, go elsewhere! Maybe your local high school auto shop class would do a better job! U been warned!

Very good mechanic friendly helpful and good pricing if you need a good mechanic that cares about his work and your vehicle Come here he is the best in the area and will get the job done right the first time. He rebuilt my engine and now it runs like a champ. I absolutely recommend stopping by here for whatever auto needs you may have.

This place is amazing. My family and I were in a major bind and they gave us the white glove service. We have an immediate engine/water pump issue and they had a team of mechanics ready as soon as we pulled into the to to address our issue. Lino has the biggest heart and even entertained our little toddlers in the waiting area and personally gave me a ride to the local rental car company for temporary transportation. They fixed our car and saved our vacation. We highly recommend Alpha & Omega!!

I wish I could give it a 0 star rating, they completely ripped me off, they said they could replace my evap solenoid for cheaper ($100 less) than all the other mechanic shops and I thought it was a good deal, but I was wrong, they repaired it and then the check engine light came on constantly the next few months, then they had the nerve to charge me an extra $80 for another part then blamed me for getting sand in the vacuums system, while the owner Lino cussed me out and started coming at me blaming me for all of it. then I took my car to the dealership and they fixed it instantly, returned the part to Lino’s and they only gave me a refund of $200 when the total price was $350. Only reason why Im not trying to sue is because he said he had no money when I asked for the refund the first place and he told me to come back after the weekend. Horrible experience

Apparently under new management. Had no idea I had about appointment. Did not fix my car. Told me I had the wrong part. Tried to charge me 2xs the actual charge for the service I needed. Did not give me a be phone number after I told them Id call. My call went to the previous manager who no longer works there. Will not return.

Lino the owner owner is very honest. If your car doesnt need something he will tell you. His prices are more than reasonable. I have two cars and will not take them anywhere else. I would highly recommend him to anyone. All of his mechanics are very honest. I have dropped off my car and left valuables in it not one penny has ever been missing.

Excellent customer service, affordable and honestI brought my truck cause it was dripping oil from transmission, they kept it here overnight, next day Lino called me saying that my truck was ready, when I came to pick it up he didn’t charge me anything saying that he couldn’t change me cause the cause was only a loose screw and all they did was tighten it.

Horrible experience, took in truck and was told it would be 295 for u joints and bearing support went to pick it up next day and price shot up to 455 and he mentioned a completely different part. Admitted to me mechanics are paid strictly on commission...sounds like a good reason to squeeze out every penny from customers.

My Jeep broke down on my way from Burbank... I didnt knew where to go. AAA left me there (not much places open on Cinco de Mayo week end). I was kinda afraid of getting robbed since I was not able to understand the issue on my car... and the owner is not very welcoming at first. But he did a really good joob. Honest place! The timing gear was a cheap plastic web with a crown gears that must have slipt, so timing was off. I got the car back, the job was done and the price was right. I had to check some wires that the mechanic didnt tight well but fair enough. I wish now that I was living closer to that garage since I have a Jeep... -_- :)

Lino and his team were lifesavers when my cooling system failed over 4th of July weekend. I encountered the problem while I was driving from San Francisco to Temecula for a friends wedding, and the team at Alpha & Omega offered me the best service and price that I could have asked for. Lino & co. werent only expert mechanics: they were kind, friendly and went out of their way to try and accommodate me and my schedule as a visitor to the area and a stressed-out traveler. Shame at its best had miner problem ended up with broken grill, my bumper had been backed up into something thought i wouldnt notice over an existing damage area .greese prints all on my door fabric .not to mention under my hood a piece was left wedged against the wiper plastic when open a deep scrap inprint was cut into the plastic .this business should be looked at by the BBB or be closed NO PRIDE OF OWNERSHIP

I have been going to Lino for over 2 years now and no matter how big or small the job is he will take care of it quick and with reasonable prices.

I took my truck due to overheating and the mechanic couldnt find the problem. He changed parts of my truck that wasnt the issue. I wasted my money and still have the problem. Horrible service dont recomend it to anyone.
