Baghouse is not only the leader in their industry they are an INCREDIBLE company to work for. Ive had the privilege of working for them for the last few months and can say first hand, their integrity, honesty, loyalty to their craftsmanship and their employees is top notch and surpasses any of the past companies Ive worked for including your largest fortune 500 companies. Debra in the HR department is amazing. The upper management team including the President, V.P., CFO and COO are some of the most intelligent and hardworking people Ive ever met. This company truly cares about their employees offering numerous incentives and great benefits!

Very unprofessional with SOME of their employees. NOT ALL OF THEM! Overly worked with under pay. If you have a disability they dont seem to care not one bit and put the blame on you. I feel very bad for the company itself going through employees like there is no tomorrow. You try and talk to the HR and all they do is run to the other employees and laugh when it is suppose to stay only in their office. Thought I really liked working for this company, until I actually started and soon realized how much pressure they put on someone under. Literally cried in two shifts and broke out into hives from the stress, pressure and overwhelming work.

Shawn seems friendly but he’s fake and will plot, alongside with a very unsafe work environment. If osha was called they’ll get super fines gaurenteed $100k+ the shop is okay the field people will write some stuff to make you look bad cause they did bad. The people that’s been there the longest obviously can lie to get you into some stuff, very risky job. I’ve witnessed people get on top of a MOVING FORKLIFT!!! Barely any harnesses used if they do they’re not hooked up💯 They don’t care about your health they say “it’s on you but we need the job done” the act professional but don’t do a professional job. People steal from the job sites and try to cover it up. And it’s a very risky safety hazard in general

Not the best place to work for. Very unsafe environment . No benefits and lowest pay scale.. think twice before applying at baghouse.

Just another shop where most of the workers are good people. But as soon as you go up the stairs, lying, cheating, manipulating, crying, bitching and horrible attitudes from 95% of upper management. This place make loads of money for overworking their employees.Not a place to make a career but maybe get started.Pros-workersCons- everything else.

I worked for Baghouse for about 5 years. Awesome company, but I felt like Les one of the bosses treated me poorly. I noticed alot of my other co-workers felt the same and eventually alot of us moved to other companies.
