Horrible experience. This was my first product development in the medical industry. So initially NOT reaching out to multiple converters was my mistake. I was told by the sales rep my prototypes and production quotes will be available soon. 7 weeks later I just received the production quote and still am waiting on my prototypes. I lost one licensing deal because of the wait, and have another company interested but no prototype. If you are in the licensing business DO NOT USE this company. Time is money. My material has been shipped there as well, so shipping it to another converter is going to be a pain.
