First time getting tbr exhaust, I got it for my 2021 road glide, haven’t even had it for 4 months and baffle is broken inside exhaust and frame bracket is broken, for almost spending 1000 dollars on these pipes you would think they should hold up better, will never purchase this brand again

LOVE this place and the people that work here. I called them for the very first time for some parts, the man Jesse had me email him pictures, 2 minutes later he told me the parts I need, emailed me the links and he advised me on how to resolve my issues. He just save me time, money and gave me knowledge for FREE. I LOVE people like this guy. I called back to make sure Im leaving the right place a review and I think Mark the second guy was just as nice and pleasant. WOW in California Im getting great service today? WOW I will ONLY buy Two Brothers from now on.Thank you guys

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I have taken this to almost every social media platform and have received over 100 comments experiencing the same thing.Customer support 0 StarsYes the two brothers exhaust sound great, but youwill be warned after reading this thread! The welding job they do on these exhaust is laughable. All 4 of the brackets holding the muffler onto the exhaust mount have broken. This is without hitting anything or crashing the bike. I reached out to Two Bros for a fix and they simply sent me some 1 year policy garbage. I didn’t even ask for a replacement I asked for the brackets to be re welded on. They replied and said it would cost me upwards of $120.00 plus shipping both ways. I responded and said this seems like a simple fix, and if we could meet in the middle on a resolution. Again I got no response just a page off their policy. How is that customer service. I was completely for this exhaust/company until I saw the welding job they did and the customer service I received. Come to find out this happened to a friend of mine with a Two Brothers exhaust as well. I really hope they change their way of doing business. This will be my last contact with them.

Stopped by to check them out after seeing one of their exhausts on the same bike as mine. They were super helpful and told me that either buying online or direct for them there really is no difference. They dont keep stock on hand so anything you wanted to buy they would have to build for you.

TBR exhausts and hardware are works of art worthy an Italian designer. But these are all made in America. Just amazing. Great customer service if you ever need it. Highly recommended.

I havent received my pipes back yet and Im already disappointed.I am converting a gen 1 into a gen 2 and was told I would get a call after my pipe was done. You could imagine my excitement when I received a call from Two Bros only to be told my pipe was only half way through the process. Also, I was never told that my credit card was only put on record for future charge and due to covid19 Im on unemployment and dont really pay attention to balance on my card (thats my bad) so now Two Bros calls me and says card didnt go through.I was lied to and I was not given information from Matt ...... I sure hope my experience with my pipe turns out better than customer service !

Ordered a M2 Black for a 2019 zx636. It came with wrong parts in a sealed box with all the plastic bags heat sealed. While they agreed to replace the parts, they refused to overnite the correct parts at their expense. I certainly felt they could do better as far as customer service. Mistakes are expensive and had greater care been taken during packaging this wouldnt be an issue

System does not fit properly. I ordered a Two Brothers exhaust system for my 2008 Yamaha WR450F. The muffler was ordered from a retailer but I ordered the header directly from Two Brothers because I was concerned about the fitment issues and wanted to make sure I got the right part. They assured me that the header would fit, and it does, but they neglected to let me know that the header blocks off access to the oil filter cover. The entire exhaust system must come off when performing routine maintenance. After no response to several emails, I called Two Brothers and they made it clear that they were aware of the issue. However, they refused to take the part back because the bike had been run with their part installed. I did not notice that the header blocked access to the oil filter until it was too late. (one screw is impossible to get to) Had they simply advised me that this was a known problem, I could have found another product, but they went ahead and sold the header anyway. I have been a long term customer of Two Brothers, but I will not be buying any more of their products. I suggest you ask them specifically about any known fitment issues before purchasing any of their products.

Bought the VALE M-2 and put it on myself and it fits like a glove. Called the shop today for a question and the guy was great that answered the phone. On my way for a Juice Box tomorrow! The bike sounds so sick - love it!

GEN 1 2-1 For my 2016 Dyna and I love it. Have had issues with the trany bracket breaking several times. Jake from TBR is Replacing my exhaust all I pay is shipping. Great parts and great customer service.

I love the exhaust for my 2015 ZX6R. I do have a problem with the light bulbs burning out that came with the fender eliminator. Going to stop by Two Brothers to stock up because I cant find replacements anywhere.

Im very disappointed with your poor management and products. I bought a dual exhaust an juicebox pro from here for my brand new RZR 900Xp for an extremely high price ...not only did it the juice box fail it also melted away a few pieces that i do NEED!!! Now the juice box was replaced only to go out again a few rides later ...listen everyone....when your product fails from washing your machine it should be on them ...not only that but any of 2bros racing programmers are not even made by them!!! You might as well go through dyno jet to get your stuff cause thats who makes it while they slap their name 2bros on it like its theirs!!! Ridiculous ....as a business owner myself i would own up to my mistakes if i screwed up a customers ride...especially a 17000$ machine...these people do not have their stuff together!!! Order at your own risk! !!! *GARBAGE* ...its a shame they make all that money and to greedy to fix their screw ups....have a nice day!

Bought a pipe for my 2016 dyna nothing but trouble fell apart..they want to charge me to fix their design problems .buy a different pipe so many better to choose from .all though they changed the design..customer service still sucks
