Helaine and Barb are some of the most helpful professionals in automotive that Ive ever gone to.2007 Hyundai Elantra needed a clutch assembly replaced.. they took care of it like it was a piece of cake.Labor was well priced, part arrived quicker than expected, repair completed in no-time.These are some of your local superheroes that help get high school kids into a real trade too. Highly trained, would recommend 11 out of 10.. dont hesitate, bring the car right to 360 Auto.

I came in for a simple repair on my ac. I felt comforts like having a woman work on my classic truck. Ill be bringing it back this week for another repair. Ladies, its so nice to have a woman mechanic. Warranty work is performed there too

My vehicle is a part of my work and is essential to everything I can possibly do to make income, so I reach out to shops for good work and warranties. I spent $1267 on a radiator replacement, fan clutch and rear brakes. Thats it. I figure the labor is expensive due to quality work. Well heres the reason why youre reading this review, to save your time and money. After the rear brake caliper bolts walked out (and all the lug nuts cross threaded), my rear driver side tire locked up, stuck at the entrance to the Grand Canyon, 120 miles from home, I reached out to the shop to see if they be willinng to get me in to make up for this.Well it seems like you have to book an appointment months out to get your car worked on these days. And this was no exception, they were offering to help fix it, but at the expense of a week or two sitting. I have had an appointment set at a different shop to do maintence long before this break down. Due to the issues and lack of skills, I missed my scheduled work due to the shop fixing 360 autos failure (locked up wheel, couldnt roll it into the shop after truck dropped it off.) Then $970 worth of a tow to get back to Cottonwood. All I ask for when a business really messes up, is to make time for the customer. Its literally a matter of time, the only thing theyre not willing to offer. Ill pay again, but theres a reason why Im paying, so its done right, and Im rightly helped when mistakes happen. The result over a simple mistake has cost me thousands of dollars in lost business. There was no effort to offer anything or any reimbursement for the new parts having to be replaced. Just well work on it when we have time, and get it done by the end of next week maybe.Charge me more if thats what it takes, and this is why its a 1 star. Not because of the mistake but the lack of care to the customer and the amount money Ive already paid.

Terrific service when me and my family need it most! Our alternator went out at 4pm on the Friday of July 4th weekend just as we got into Jerome. Power steering went, car turned off, couldnt get it to restart. As later Friday, everyone was closed until Tuesday and I had my wife and 3 young daughters. AAA towing by Stix Men (THANK YOU JIM!) called Helene the owner who told him to tow it there, and shed do the work on Saturday morning. She met us Friday night to open her shop, confirmed the needed part was local, and had us fixed and out the door by Saturday afternoon, all at a great price and service.Helene even confirmed that other work recommended to me by a local Toyota dealer wasnt needed as well as the price quoted being way over work cost.A HUGE help in a stressful time when trying to figure out where to take car, howd we get back to hotel, and eventually back home 100 miles. If I was local Id be taking all my vehicles and needed work to Helene. THANK YOU!

Helaine saved us stress as we had a 1600 mile trip home when we noticed a problem with the front wheel bearing. We had tried several mechanics in town first, all who were too busy to even take a quick look. We found her to be very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend her.

I cant recommend Helaine enough... wow I am beyond satisfied with her work! My husband and I have gone to her twice so far since weve been in Cottonwood. The first time, there was an issue with our transmission in our truck. She repaired it in less time than she told us AND way under budget for the estimate she gave. The truck has been running great ever since! The second time was just yesterday. My brakes have been squeaking for weeks now. At the Subaru dealership up in Flagstaff, they told me the brakes were fine, and fixed my power steering instead (which I agreed to, I mean.. Im not a mechanic so who knows). Obviously this wasnt necessary and did nothing to fix my squeaky brakes. Yesterday I took my car to Helaine, she initially fixed a part of my brakes that was very worn down (showed me the old parts and where the ware and tear was happening) and did so at a reasonable price. I went to leave the parking lot, and my brakes were still squeaking so I brought it right back. Not only did she have the issue fixed up within a couple of hours, but she gave me all new brake pads and rotors FOR FREE!! I was dumbfounded by her generosity, and kept asking to pay her but she wouldnt have it! Im just so beyond happy with Helaine and will never take my cars anywhere else if I can help it! I trust her 110% which I cannot say about any other mechanic Ive been to in the past. I know nothing about cars, so I simply have to take people at their word and her word is absolute gold.

If I could give 360 Automotive and its owner less than 1 star, I would. My car went in for a balljoint repair and came out with more issues than it went in with. The price went up close to $1,000 more after the job had already been started even though nothing else was authorized to be worked on. Bait and switch. They damaged the radiator while trying to stop a massive oil leak that was caused by them during the repair process and put it back together by sliding a loose hose over the connection on the radiator which was causing the radiator to leak everywhere. After having my car for over a week and taking their sweet time with it, I called them back the next day to get my warranty work done since they caused more damage and the car was leaking everywhere, no one returned my call, ever. I decided to use another (honest)mechanic and when he looked at it he asked why the radiator hose wasnt connected properly and showed me how it was loosely slid over the connection which was causing it to spill everywhere while driving. The radiator had nk issues until it went into 360 Autos shop. The car had a very small oil leak that turned into a major one hemorrhaging oil everywhere after they worked on it. How the hell does that happen when someone is only doing a ballpoint repair. They also claimed to have changed out parts that my 2nd mechanic showed me were never changed. I have video evidence I will be glad to share of all the work 360 Auto did while going through it with the honest mechanic. They either dont know what theyre doing or they just took advantage of me, and from my experience I would say both. Hands down the most dishonest, lazy, bait and switch, poor communication and downright fraudulent repair shop I have ever been to anywhere in the country. They came recommended from friends that own a local business in Cottonwood that has integrity. I came to 360 auto in a late night crisis when my balljoint broke and left with a car in much worse condition over a week later. The end result was the car was beyond my financial repair costs from the damage they caused to the radiator and the massive oil leak that I ended up having to scrap it after paying $2,500 to an amateur unprofessional rude and DISHONEST repair shop that should be closed. They damaged my vehicle and instead of fixing what they did by repairing the damage they caused, they did a half ass fix and lied about it trying to cover it up. 360 Auto in Cottonwood is absolutely shady and youd be better off junking your car than paying them to touch it.

Helaine Kurot was recommended to us by another auto shop for her expertise in diesel trucks, (as well as other autos). We went to her for advice on our truck not pulling our rv up hills. She came out and looked at our truck and immediately knew what was wrong. She is a knowledgable, efficient and honest mechanic. She explained what was wrong, what it would cost, and stuck to her price. No surprises. She even drove us back to our campsite while she worked on the truck. We would highly recommend her.
