Made an appointment and brought the car in. Replaced the strut assembly parts that I provided and realignment. Some shops wont use parts provided by customers so they can upcharge and/or warrantee the part. The price was very fair. Another shop quoted me $300 more than what I had to pay here. Good work guys! Ill be using you again, Im sure.

I rolled my van window up, and heard a very loud pop noise. When I next rolled it down, the whole glass fell inside the door and would not come back up.I took it in to Express Automotive, and after diagnosing the problem, get me right in to the shop and replaced the drive cable that runs the window.I was very pleased with the service and grateful that they were able to get me in that day because it rained hard all the next day. Great job.

Good work and prices are comparable to most shops . Can give you a ride home sometimes,if needed. I would recommend going there.

$600 For thermostat housing replacement & coolant and 300 miles later the motor overheated and fried the motor. Over charged my daughter who was traveling alone from AZ to OK. Told her when she left the fans werent coming on but youll be ok. Not worth a negative star review.

They were very busy and squeezed me in and I was so grateful. They fixed my truck so well that it runs better than it has ever run before. These guys are honest and contentious. The prices are fair and the work is excellent. Their Ford mechanic is as good if not better than what you will find at a Ford dealership. I cant say enough good things.

Express automotive took the time to help us cut off a bolt and get us back on the road without even charging us a fee. You were the third place I stopped at and it should’ve been the first! Have been trying to figure out what was wrong with my air conditioning for a year. Went to many shops, did not feel that my clues and concerns were taken seriously. No answers, lots of wasted money.Went to Express Auto, as I always do my oil changes with them.They found the problem, were very honest, and answered all my questions. Huge relief, thank you so much!Shouldve gone sooner, they are small, but they are the best.

Honest, fast service.

I trusted this shop to CORRECTLY repair my jeep. Shoddy repairs with a zip tie and a poorly attached ground on my fuel pump left me stranded in the desert miles from a cell phone tower in 100 degree heat. You can imagine how happy I was with this shop!!!! Total waste of $420 for the repair and to really add insult to injury I watched as my tank was dropped by another mechanic who pointed out the loose ground screw laying on the tank, and when the pump assembly was removed, the broken zip tie and the pump laying on the bottom of the tank told me I had brought my vehicle to a very poor repair shop. I was also told at the time of the original repair a new pump assembly was not available and if it was available it was over $500 just for the part. Seems a little suspicious I was able to go on Amazon, find a dozen vendors from $163-$236 dollars with shipping available overnite if I chose *and I did*,for a brand new pump and assembly with fuel gauge sending unit. The failure to properly attach the ground wire is just inexcusable and in mine case could have resulted in serious injury. I would not recommend this shop to change the air in your tires.
