My family and I had a Great Experience yesterday at the T Mobile store in Coventry, RI. We are former Sprint customers and this was our first interaction with T Mobile.We were serviced by Ally who was polite, professional and a good person. Shes smart and a wonderful ambassador for the T Mobile group. Please let Ally know we appreciated her attention to detail and thank her for making our first experience pleasant and special.I hope that the leaders in Bellevue, WA are reading this note. I love this store. July 5 I call to ask about plans because my daughter and grandson are with Sprint but want to change Mike was fabulous telling me everything I needed to know. I walked in and Jacob greeted me, and legitimately took his time with me, on getting my moms phone setup. He went above and beyond to make sure that, I got everything that my mom asked to get. He is a great employee.
I have frequented this location for many years including when it was a Sprint store now owned by T-mobile. I was dreading the experience of having to go and replace my daughters phone that broke. Instead, we were met with extremely helpful Customer Service Representatives who were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to expeditiously get my daughter a replacement phone and troubleshoot some issues I was having on my phone. They were patient, knowledgeable, and seemed genuinely interested in our questions and concerns. Top notch service, highly recommend! Big Shout Out to Allyson and Chris who were the reps working there today. As a business owner myself, I think that they are exceptional employees!

I went in just to browse and walked out with a great phone and a great service plan. The service was great. Definitely check out this store if you need a new phone or want to switch providers
I am manager so i am quite aware of customer service. Tmobile is far the worst carrier ever. They have 0% customer service. I would not reccomend anybody to go with tmobile. Verizon might be $15 or $20 extra but they are worth going with.

Monumental Ripoff!I am embarrassed to say that I was talked into spending $40 on a screen protector when I bought my new phone. They told me I could come there and get a replacement screen protector anytime it gets damaged as they installed the screen protector for me.Well I scratched the screen and showed up to the same location only to find out I have to order (and potentially pay shipping) the screen from some third party and I get to put out on myself.Considering that you can buy a screen protector for $5, the value here was they would replace and install it. Shame on me it wont happen againMy advice would be to avoid this location
I had bought the pixel 3a phone in late February. I had trouble with it between march and july. I had three replacement phones besides the original phone. It was having problems with getting dropped calls, no notifications on both calls and texts and other problems. I was told it had alot of software problems as well. I will be careful on picking out a phone. I will try a different phone Not pixel 3a or 4!I personally think that pixel 2 was the best phone overall!! I have Samsung galaxy a21 and its pretty good!!

Had to wait 15 minutes to pay my bill! Wish they would bring back payment kiosks! The sales people were really nice, considerate and helped me as soon as they could. They were both busy helping others. Thats the only reason I gave 3 stars.
Great phones and prices to match
Terrible service. Waited for hours and no one would assist us. Staff members were wearing earbuds and we’re more interested in their music than the customers there. Decided to stick to Verizon because of all this. Absolutely awful reflection of the T-Mobile brand.

Pay 45 dollars for a screen protector n it fell off after 3 days and they dont help me out after telling u they been having problems with faulty cover. Give u the run around. Been a customer for 17 years. Think the people working there had a clue
