Rafael has dealt with us at the Coventry RI store for a few years now. He is always pleasant and professional. He takes the time to help and answer/explain any questions we have.Additionally, he suggest phone products that are suited to our needs and does not try and up sell or talk us I to buying a product that we really dont need. Raphael was absolutely awesome. I was having a poor experience dealing with online representatives so I chose to head to this store location as I’ve always had a good experience there. I’m so glad I did because my whole day turned around. Raphael was so helpful, extremely knowledgeable and honestly just a really personable representative who made me feel like customer satisfaction was what he was there to do. He answered so many of my one-off questions and was so competent about everything going on. I will always head over to this store with my business and truthfully Raphael did his part to keep a Verizon customer today.

Raphael went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I was very pleased with the products I purchased and with his honesty.You should have more people like him in your organization. Anytime I need to purchase a Verizon product I will come back and see him.

Helpful. You call their number and they let you know when you can enter. Face masks required.There were no more than 2 other customers, and 3 total employees.

This store is way better than any other Verizon store I’ve ever been to. They always have plenty of staff on and the staff is extremely friendly and attentive to the customer. Can’t wait to get my iWatch 6 when it comes in, which they promised to call me when I would be able to preorder it...AND THEY DID!! I won’t shop anywhere else but this store.

Today I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon. I always get nervous dealing with phone plans but Chris was such a great help! There were a few confusing moments in the process while I was on the phone with T-mobile customer service and Chris was very patient, very descriptive and explained each step in the process well and made me feel comfortable with the switch! Very poor customer service went in to pick up a new WiFi router for my home and when I didnt want to discuss my wireless plan sales person got very sarcastic this is the second time in this store I will try very hard NOT to go BACK there!!!

I upgraded my phone just yesterday and it was SO EASY. Rob was kind and funny and was a ton of help. I was there for less than an hour and lost nothing after the transfer! Would highly recommend!!

I am currently typing this on my new Note 10. I cannot express how grateful I am and my family is for the dedication and patience of the workers on a black friday night especially. Me and my family came in at around 8:30 and were inside until about midnight. There were a few issues along the way which were met with nothing but admirable patience and friendliness. I dont remember both of their names but one of them was named Raphael and they were both very accommodating and certainly knowledgeable in recommendations for deals, pricing, and switching over from T-Mobile. Absolutely wonderful, if I could give more than 5 stars, I wouldnt hesitate.

Raphael Valentin was my in store representative today and in a world of “shady” sales reps, Raphael was VERY honest. Every question I asked was answered with clarity, and Raphael went as far as to write the detailed breakdown of my current costs and what my new one would be so I could see exactly what my new monthly charges would be.He was patient, friendly and willing to answer all my questions. He never once made me feel rushed or uncomfortable.If you’re looking for a patient, real friendly and honest sales rep who is EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE then you need to call Raphael, and set up a scheduled appointment. He will work with you to stay within a comfortable budget.Rafael is at the Verizon Wireless (TCC) store in Coventry(RI) located after BJ’s, but before Walmart (and on the same side on the road).

The associates at this store are awesome! They helped my 94 year old dad with his locked phone. They were quick, courteous and NO UPSALE. They did not over talk me with tech jargon. They updated the phone and got us on our way! True pros!

They gave me me fast courteous service, what else can I ask for. They even let me use the bathroom. As far as FiOS, thats a different story. Having worked retail and cellular I can tell you that those stores are closer to the fifth circle of help rather than a place of employment. Both on the phone and in store the associates were nice and to the point. My issue was resolved quickly and without a second of stress and minimal waiting. I wont dread having to go there if there is an issue.

If at all possible avoid this store. When you walk in there is no one to greet you. No way to put your name on a list so you know when its your turn. You dont stand in a line either. You have to remember who you are in front of!!!! And one of the 2 employees was not very friendly. We did not stay.

Great experience, very easy transaction.I was helped by Dustin who got things finished in a matter of minutes. The store even had the red iPhone 7+ in stock which made things even better. Will definitely be back.

The worst experience that i ever have with verizon has been at this location. They have, without my permission, put my information into getting spammed with ads. And now they are literally withholding my phone that i am paying full price for because the person who made the sale isnt working right now. Absolutely ridiculous. The quality of care that Verizon offers has gone down the drain to the point of straight garbage.

Got a new phone. Sarah was knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to be with. Answered all our questions . She was extremely efficient. We were done in no time. She made it a pleasant experience.

Had a terrible experience with the “manager” and his colleague who took advantage of my son who is under my phone contract. On a phone that is insured we were up charged for an unnecessary upgrade. When returning 7 days later (after receiving the insured replacement phone in the mail) to the store we were told the phone couldn’t be returned. Customer service here means commission is the top priority. Buyer beware!

I have been using Verizon store in BJs in Coventry but Verizon decided to close and open a new one in same area. When I went to buy my IPhone XS. I had the worst experience. I ended up paying $ 89 extra as the representative did not give me the details of hidden fees like upgrade fee and set up fees. Even though I was given the appointment the representative was dealing with any customer who walked in as she felt guilty. It was a total chaos and I came out more confused. If I had known about these hidden fees I would not have bought my phone from the store. When I came home and looked at me next bill I was stunned and spent multiple hours on phone and chat understand and remedy my bill. I miss Verizon store in BJs where I got individual attention and out front explanation of charges. I will never go to this store and will advise others to do so.

Went in to buy a car charger for my new note 8 and was told that it was going to cost 58 dollars. My head spun and I asked why so much and was told that it was a fast charger! Went to a different store and bought a fast charger for 22 dollars what a rip off!
