Great company. My car is my baby and I was worried about the repairs. They finished in two days, and the car looks like the day I bought it. The nice lady behind the desk even came outside and held my nine month old while I transferred car seats. I didnt even ask. She just offered! I would recommend them anytime.

I highly recommend this shop. It is family owned, offers great prices and they do fantastic work. The customer service is beyond amazing. I am always skeptical when I go into a new shop for three reasons: 1) the female tax, 2) the out of towner pricing and 3) the import upcharge. I was pleasantly surprised to find the owners to be honest and fair. They told me where I could save money and gave me a final price that was less than the estimate. If I ever need more work, I will definitely return.

I took my GMC 2500 to CAC & spoke with Todd the Owner/ Manager. He was Very nice & helpful. I took it there first for a written Est. then later for a tear down, & a thorough inspection of the damaged frontend,.He called back & gave an exact $$ dollar estimate. Picked up my 2017 Ford Super Duty yesterday and spent almost an hour looking to find something wrong with the paint or body work . However i wasnt able to find any issues at all .... its perfectWhoever is the painter at Covington Auto Collision is in my opinion the best i have seen .Todd ( the owner ) was a pleasure to deal with and Kim was great as well .I highly recommend this body shop

Needed a new tire with RIM asap. Lead on an extra day, also got a cheaper estimate for fix at Mikes Tire Depot. Shop around people. They gave me a loaner vehicle at no cost while they fixed mine.
