Perfection! I brought my car in and was able to pick it up quickly. I had a bumper issue that I’ve been trying to fix forever and Jim and his team did an excellent job!!! It looks fabulous. I’m so happy with it. This team is super professional, extremely kind, and the prices are affordable. They make it so easy. I can’t thank them enough. It’s was horrible they lied too me About the parts that they purchased when I asked for a bill for the parts they did not want to provide me with the bill that they paid for the parts And on top of that the job was horrible as you can tell by the pictures

From start to finish, it was a smooth process. I had a severe dent on the passenger side of the car that was repaired and Jim was even willing to correct the repairs that were not done correctly by Covington Auto Collision. Also, they had me back riding in my Jeep within the insurance timeframe. I will definitely use them again.

Discovered D&C Collision by accident (no pun intended) but am glad I did. Wifes car was involved in single car accident, but was drivable. Took the car to D&C Collision and spoke to Jim who said theyd provide an estimate later that day. I left the car there. The next day Dave called back with an estimate that I thought was reasonable and I authorized the repair. Three days later, Dave called to say the car was completed, however, they were missing the exterior fog light bezel which was on order. He offered me the car back minus the bezel which they would install when it came in. Without prompting, I accepted his offer and told him Id pay 75% of the repair cost and bring the car back when the bezel came in and pay the remaining 25% when the repair was completed. When the bezel finally came in two weeks later, I returned the car to him to complete the repair. Heres the bottom line to this long tale. D&C Collision did a great job on the car and in building professional trust. While I hope not to have to use a car repair facility again, if I do D&C Collision is now my first choice. They have earned my business and my trust.

He helped me coordinate with the insurance company and completed the work in a timely manner. Even the work I had him do that wasnt covered by insurance was reasonably priced and efficiently performed. D&C is always my first choice whenever I need work done.

I am so happy with Davids work on my car. I swear it looks better than it did before we got in the collision. He came highly recommended by a few friends, and even though he wasnt in our insurance network, he worked everything out with our insurance company. He even had the car detailed when we picked it up. Cant say enough about them. David worked late into the night, for many nights, to finish up work on my sons Jeep so it would be ready to surprise him at our cities homecoming (from Afghanistan) event for him. The Army moved the date so many times and they were kind enough to make it happen anyway. Wont use anyone else EVER!
