I made a rookie mistake and used a SOS pad to attempt to get some tree sap off the roof of my car. I got the sap off but also scratched my car up pretty bad and removed some of the clear coat. I was sick to my stomach all night and came in to P&R first thing in the morning because it was closest to my house and on the way to work. I’m thankful I stumbled upon them because they were able to buff it out and it is as if it was never there. They were reasonably priced and saved me potentially hundreds if not thousands having the repaint. I would highly recommend using them with any paint and body issues with your car. Lesson learned: DO NOT USE SOS PAD ON YOUR CAR!

A tree fell on my truck, and so I needed some bodywork done to the front end where the damage occurred. P and R did an absolutely incredible job! They basically repainted the whole truck so that the paint would match, and at the same time they even repaired dents on the back that were not technically part of the job. They also cleaned and detailed the interior, so even though this is a farm truck that has taken some beatings in the past, I felt like I got a brand new truck back!

Just picked my car up from P&R for the first time and I am very impressed. My body damage is fixed, it only took ~ 24 hours, the people were kind, car looks great, cleanest my car has been in years (outside AND inside), and absolutely no headache. I accidentally unplugged my headlights to my car and couldnt figure out how to plug it back in everyone I went to told me I had to wait tell the next day or that they couldnt do it, But I didnt have time to let my car sit somewhere for a whole day I work at night and needed it replaced immediately..... brought my car to P&R and they fixed my car right up the day i brought it in, only took around an hour or so thank you so much P&R

Repairs were quick and done right. Courteous staff. Only issue is they left the interior a little dirtier than when I gave it to them, but they did give me touch-up paint for future purposes.

I called for an estimate. Angie insisted that they go by my previous estimate and deal with the insurance company, which I already settled with, yada, yarda, yada. I just want a good, honest estimate. A minor accident, which they dont know that because its like pulling teeth trying to get that. Guess theyve had their share of problems with people but didnt seem like she wanted my business. Guess theyre busy enough. Theyre not the only game in town. Im going elsewhere.

I cant remember how I found P&R, though Im glad I did. I believe it was when the air in my car went out and I asked my insurance for a recommendation because I was new to the area. Well, they fixed my air in my car, and have since worked on two other cars for me. They are professional, with prompt service and their estimates are super reasonable. They have washed and waxed my car, and it always looks better than it did when I left it to them. I would recommend them to anyone. Not only are they nice, as a woman, I dont feel like Im being talked down to or taken advantage of, which is rare with mechanics. Ill stick with them as long as I own a car.

Came here for a quote because they are a USAA verified company and was not disappointed. The staff (especially Angie) were helpful, prompt, and honest. Would recommend them if you need auto work done through your vehicle insurance.

Absolutely recommend. The folks at P&R always do an outstanding job but thats not why I continue to come back for all my repairs. The reason I come back is, I can tell that everyone of the team members cares that the best job is done every time.

I took my van here for simple body work, and when I went to pick it up, the mounted 24 inch flat screen tv had been ripped from the molding and stolen. Either way, the tv was stolen under their care and I would not recommend this place if you want your car to be whole when you pick it up.

They did excellent and quick work while maintaining open communication and updates throughout the repairs.

They have always been able to get me in and fixed our cars to an amazing level of craftsmanship. Highly recommended if you are in tri state.

Did a great job repairing my car after a semi tried to make a convertible out of it. Car could definitely been cleaner when I got it back but the sub contractor that installed my window messed up the rubber gasket and they replaced it immediately.
