Taylor was a great representative of what I believe Metro stands for. She was patient and kind, and was sure to handle the merger of my plans with accuracy. She was extremely accommodating to not just myself, but the other customers as well. I second the motion of her being manager for this store, and think Metro made a great choice.

I went to this location to have a line on my account switched from an old broken phone to my new Samsung Tablet. The associate was extremely helpful and had me out the door in just minutes.

Manager Grant patience and understanding is more than you can ask for in Customer Service. If you go in this location ask for him and the young lady associate knows the business. There were some hiccups and misunderstandings but Adrian understood or mission! want to thank them for assisting our family with the switch! You guys rock!

They make promises they dont keep. I used them for a few years buying new phones regularly till they treated me very shabbily thus last time making promises and then not keeping them. Its called a switch and bait folks when they tell you one price to get you to purchase and once the transaction is through they tell you oh, by mistake its actually double what we told you... And by the way its too late to back out because we already switched your phone to the new service! Guys, here in the USA that is ILLEGAL. Ill never give your company my business again.
