Just wanted to give a BIG TIME SHOUT OUT to Corbyn (General Manager) at Covington Verizon. Not only was he very professional but extremely helpful and sweet! He saved my day by transferring all my data from my broken phone to my new phone. The reason why this is such a big deal is because I went to Maple Valley Verizon and was told since my screen is locked they can not transfer any data that it is all lost. After being told by friends to go to Covington I took their advise and was EXTREMELY HAPPY with the results Corbyn was able to do. He took his time to try many ways to unlock my phone after numerous attempts and finally got everything transferred saying all my contacts, photos and apps. Verizon you need to give Corbyn a raise. If I ever have any problems I will be back here and ask for Corbyn. Thank You BIG TIME Corbyn!!!!!!!!!!!

My phone had a mind of its own and was writing all kinds of things that I wasnt. The general manager helped me with the appointment I had made and brought my phone back to working order after some serious searching for the issue.
Verizon @ Covington has raised the bar for pandemic shopping. We were greeted at the door by a knowledgeable guy with excellent customer service skills. He listened to our request and explained our options. Only one person is allowed in the store at a time. When my 91 year old mother was called in, a super nice and attentive sales associate assisted her in choosing the right phone and giving instructions on transferring data from her old phone. Verizon no longer do transfers in store. That sales associate reviewed the instructions with me outside after the sale. Excellent service to accommodate sales in a pandemic.
Eule is AMAZING!! I had a bad experience on line trying to set up my new watch. Eule stepped up when another associate wasnt as kind. Thank Eule and the store manager who came to my rescue. They helped efficiently and I was in out of there in less than 20 min. Eule you rock!! You deserve an extra bonus of some kind!!! I will definitely return to this store for Eule and the managers help. THANK YOU!

Terrible corp store the customer service are terrible they have no knowledge about their product and they are not helpful with anything in their store or with their job positions and dont even try to help you at all like they are just there like showcasing something and being paid to ride the clock to do nothing and to not help you with any issues or even resolve then.

Do not go to a Verizon store and think hard before you use their service. I will give my experience, so you can use it as a guage versus the sales pitch. I signed up for 2 lines and 2 wearables. The monthly amount is 196 before autopay. This is a rip off compared to competitors. However, what Verizon didnt mention is that the 40 per activation is non refundable even during their 14 day trial window. So for 6 days of service, I paid $256. You can go online and the fee is $20 instead of $40 for the activation fee. I do not see the store experience as being that valuable when compared to online. Now for the reason that I cancelled. Verizon would not honor the new customer trade in which is far more attractive than the upgrade. When I was deciding on whether to do the trade in on same day as activation, the store was closing. I went in nearly 3 days later but within the 14 day window and they would not honor the trade in. I would recommend that people use T-Mobile as their network is inferior but they care about their customers. Verizon hates their customers and has lost customers for nearly 5 years. I gave them a chance and regret it.

Not happy. Picked up a new phone today and they would NOT transfer my old contacts/pictures etc and would NOT check my account for changes. Tony would not do the first he said because of COVID and the second he said he did NOT have the capability. Told me to go online and do it myself. No help whatsoever. Wont go back there again.

I went into this Verizon location with my mother who was having difficulties with her device. Adam came up to us immediately and was very fluid in touching on her needs and taking care of the situation in a timely manner. In the process, the issues that I was having with my phone were brought up. Adam was quick to address these issues and arrange for a warranty replacement for my situation. 5 stars for Adam, and 5 stars for Verizon for hiring such a customer focused and quality employee.
After much frustration with the customer service rep, I went to the store and Euel was awesome. He was helpful, thorough, patient, friendly and professional.
Mad cause when I first got my screen protector here I was told there’s insurance on it and I can come and replace it at the store whenever it breaks. So I show up to get a new screen and now they tell me I’m supposed to email the company who sells the screen protector to order a new one which would take a while to get AND THIS IS THE STORE THAT SOLD IT TO ME! irritated about the situation but whatever never buy phone cases or screen protectors from inside the Verizon stores. Wasted over $50 bucks 😒
Bought a new iPhone on line and made an appointment for help at the store. After driving 30 miles to the store the employee said that since I didn’t have a critical tech issue they would not help me. I said that I was told by Verizon when I chatted with them while buying the phone that they said to go to the retail store.We were treated rudely and turned away. I’m a 70 year old veteran who just needed a little help, but they just didn’t care.
Tony was extremely efficient and helpful! He got right to the point and after only a few guidelines he knew what my sister wanted, very competent. 😊
Worked with Euel to get my mom a newer phone. He has so much patience and was very kind. We had to come back because of a problem. He did a great job!! I continue to be a very satisfied Verizon customer.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the third time I’ve left this store without being helped! This time I walked in at 6:25pm, knowing they close at 7pm I didn’t want to waste any time. I did my research and knew what I wanted. I waited patiently for someone to become available to help me and was finally approached by a man who came out of the back at 6:57pm. He asked if I had questions and I told him which phone I’d like to purchase. He said he had the phone but no one is available and he could make an appointment for tomorrow. I told him I just wanted to buy a phone and he replied they were closing in 2 minutes. He walked me to the front door and asked me what I would like to do. I told him that I wanted to buy a phone and he again said that I could make an appointment for tomorrow. What happened to customer service? Although this is the closest Verizon store to me I won’t be making this purchase here and I’ll definitely avoid this place in the future.
First, I realize the store closes at 7. And I would of been fine being turned away. Disappointed, but fine. I walked in at 6:55 and there were still many customers so I thought it would be fine and I walked in just to check. The man at the door basically said “I can’t kick you out but I want you to leave” in a passive aggressive way. He was very confusing and rude. He kept saying “we’re closing in a few minutes but I can’t kick you out.” When I clarified if I would be able to get a phone, he basically said “I can make you an appointment for tomorrow but we’re closing in a few minutes. You can stay if you want but we’re closing” I was confused and just said I would stay. He was obviously angry and frustrated and took my number in a very rude manner and then never addressed me or anyone with me after that. Decided to leave out of frustration and poor customer service. I spent way to long trying to understand what he wanted from me vs. actually being helped.
I came into the store on a Sunday afternoon and was promptly checked in. After a wait of under 2 minutes, Colin greeted me and assisted me in purchasing a phone for my son and adding another line to my service, as well as adding unlimited data. Colin was very patient, helpful and knowledge about the products, services and pricing that was available. In about 35 minutes, we were on our way out of the store with a new phone that Colin had put on a screen protector and case for us, as well as updating my service plan. I cant imagine any other way to make my visit another than what it was.
The team at this store has skills. Able to interact well with people with different comfort levels with technology.The store has a quiet bustle with products on view.
Predatory sales tactics used on my elderly father. They offered him a free tablet with the purchase his new phone. He didnt understand it came with another additional wireless charge every month. He didnt understand it was a 2 year contract. He didnt understand they were offloading old obsolete inventory in the guise of a genuine gift. Stay away from this store, keep your parents safe
Two employees there when I arrived and I was the only customer. The guy with the tablet was friendly enough upon entry. I just had my new phone shipped to me and I wanted the experts to transfer everything from my old phone and get the new one active. Every other time I have purchased a new device there the person who assisted me got everything going. This time I was informed no they dont do that but could guide me through it. I turned around and walked out. Both representatives were doing nothing but waiting to assist potential customers. I can read instructions and yes I can get it going on my own but as I stated before I wanted it done by the experts. Was going to buy phone case while I was there also. Very dissapointed in the lack of customer service
I havent always had great experiences here. I came in today raring for a fight regarding my screen protector...Josh was super kind and fixed it for me immediately. What a sigh of relief. I very much appreciated his customer service.

We have a business account with them so we have to go to the corporate store. Stopped in for help transferring from a phone that wi not hold a charge to the new unit we bought only to be rudely told they are only doing emergency work. Then the guy tried to tell me what I need to do, when I told him I was directed to his location for help he said it does not matter and motioned the security guard over. For a customer service rep to be this disrespectful of a company that has 32 phones thru them is un heard of.

Agents were helpful but Verizons technology was awful...they screwed up my phone order from last week deleting my promotional credit so I now have to wait 3 months and check my bill to see if it is a computer error or an actual deletion. They could not take care of it for me at the store. I am the customer...this should not be additional work for me! They also could not credit my debit card for a faulty item I returned because their system was malfunctioning and had to credit my Verizon account instead. For my inconvenience I was not offered any discounts or credits. Not the best customer service.
Phone Upgrade - I upgraded online, then decided I would go in and pick it up instead so I cancelled the order. The gentleman that I worked with told me I already used my upgrade and couldnt upgrade again. He made me use my own phone to call customer service so I could ask them to fix it (he would not do it himself) he was then rude the entire time getting me my phone. I didnt like the phone, went back to return it, the next gentleman I worked with was amazing and got us fixed up and with a new phone out the door in 30 minutes.Edit: Returned for customer service on said phone, guy was rude and wouldnt even attempt to help us troubleshoot our problem.

The last few times I had gone in I felt like my experience was 2 stars because I couldnt get straight answers about how much everything would cost and they tried to get me to update my plan. However the last two times I came in I was looking for a new phone and found that their service had improved. I got straight answers to my questions and they didnt try to get me to update my plan. I think that they are improving and that is why I have given them 3 stars.
Love Verizon. Have been with 3 other carriers, and Verizon has the best service hands down. Yes its more expensive. But youre not going to get Cadillac service for Kia prices! The staff here at the store is always helpful to me. Honestly Im glad Im with Verizon. Its the best.
Great customer service. The manager offered us water and was very attentive. We were in and out quickly even though we got a new phone and transfered all the data from the old phone to the new one. At other Verizon locations it seems like it takes so much longer but the staff at the Covington location is efficient and quick which was much appreciated.
Covid is lame. Had to set up my phones at home.

I was refused business because I didnt have a mask. Due to an ADA medical issue I cant. I asked if they wanted my business ( a screen protector). They said no. I have 150 Verizon phones in my small business. Ill start looking for a new carrier Monday.

He even had the nerve to tell my 70 year old dad to be more mature. If I could give this location less than one star, trust me, I would. Youll never see me there again.

Husband ordered phone on 12/10 for my daughter. It was supposed to be delivered today. He went in to this store to find out the status of delivery because he had not received any communication since he ordered it. He was told by a manager named Chris that the phone would not be delivered until the 28th now. My husband asked why and Chris said it happens sometimes and this Chris says to my husband what do you want to do about it and called him a baby. I cannot believe how rude this manager Chris is. There was more but too much to put in this review. Chris needs to be spoken to by corporate, put on probation and given major customer service training.

This is an awful place. The employees insist that you HAVE to change your plan every time you try and get a new phone. I have a plan through Starbucks that allows unlimited data no matter what, and multiple times they have told me its impossible to transfer that over when I upgrade my phone. Then when I tried setting up a different data plan shared with a family member, they set my data limit at 1g which forced me to go over my limit basically within two days, and wouldnt fix the problem until the end of our pay period. All they do is try and talk you into unnecessary sales, are extremely rude, and dont take responsibility when you prove them wrong. I have never had a good experience here, please dont support this store.
Used to be a great store but they remodeled and took away most of the sales people. Lines are pretty long and employee morale seems to be low.

This branch went out of their way and got me a great deal on my new phone and tablet. I brought my friend in the next day to get the same deal. Btw, 50 dollars a month less than the federal way store. Covington was worth the extra fifteen minute drive.

Just upgraded my phone to a new pixel from the note 4 two weeks ago and the experience was great, we worked with Jay and he was great. He said the phone was going to be 300 trade in, awesome! I took my note 4 home to make sure everything I needed was able to be transferred. Took it in tonight and got the amazing pleasure of working with a stand in manager. I told him why I was bringing in my note 4 and made me feel really stupid because I kept saying trade in instead of upgrade, then when I got the device appraised he told me 100 dollars less than what was told two weeks ago and didnt believe me. So I go home thinking there has to be some proof of this and of course I for some reason dont have the receipt anymore. We called into actual Verizon and they said it should have been 300 dollars trade in, called the store again and the manager actually said he didnt want to talk about it.------Well its now a day later, my wife went while I was at work and got told we were told wrong and that they pretty much werent going to honor the 300 dollars we were told. What the hell?

Great place to buy a phone. Not a great place to get help with your existing phone. All they want to do is sell you a new phone. Told me my phone was junk, and they could not save any of my data. I was unsure, spent a little time on Google, backed up my data( thank God the rep was incapable of doing a master reset, like he tried) reset the phone myself and its working now.

Worst customer service of any store I ever visited, been a customer for over ten years and have not left twice without resolving an issue. Poor form from the first visit. I work out of town alot and am here from California, needed a new phone and all I heard was they cant multipletimes. Cant do their job was all I saw, theyre extremely negative and seem too bothered to help a customer and said there was nothing they could do to transfer a credit to the new phone and said Verizon cant do it either. What a joke. Spend hundreds and even thousands on phones with Verizon and think Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Zero level customer service from the person who managed my order. I visited them November 3rd 2016 at about 4 pm to change my Pixel phone with another phone (job done). To cut the long story short, that person was extremely rude, disrespectful, unhelpful and immature. I can see from the tons of negative comments here that no one from Verizon do care about the issue. Otherwise, he wouldnt have been working with them anymore. If any one from Verizon needs details or care about the reputation of the brand in such popular area, please contact me. I really appreciate the kindness of the other people in that store who are truly helpful and seem to had enough experience working with his victims !
I needed to activate my new phone and transfer data from the two previous phones. Only data from one got transferred. Which means another multi-hour trip to this store. Why people stopped checking quality of their own work? Sad and unprofessional.

I went in to buy plexi-glass covers for my phone. Their price was 29.99 for one. I asked the Verizon employee if he knew if there existed cheaper options elsewhere, or online, and he essentially scoffed at the notion. I ended up searching online and buying a 3-pack for 9.99.It left me feeling like I was a nuisance, rather than a valued customer

I went into Verizon because my new phone was not allowing callers to hear me. Justin helped me he tried to find the issue and tried to fix it. When that was not possible he exchanged my phone for one that works. It was not a hastle and it was taken care of right away. I will always go to the Covington Verizon.

Went in to get a sim card. The manager, Chris, was so rude and disrespectful. He was demeaning and immature.I turned around and left. Then he had the nerve to tell me to grow up. And this is the person that represents Verizon? Id rather drive 100 miles out of my way than go back to this store.

Never go here far anything at all! NEVER! I went into this location to file a claim for my note 5 because it quit charging for me. I was told that the phone wasnt charging anymore due to a small crack in the back glass of the phone even though that happened within 2 weeks of having the phone and didnt have issues with the phone not charging for just under a year after. I let them know that I needed to have a phone as soon as possible because I was currently between jobs and needed a phone for interviews. The manager Chris informed me that I could file an insurance claim but they told me the only way to do it was if I paid the $150.00 deductible and sent my phone in and waited 3 to 4 weeks to get it back, and that the only way to get anything any faster was to completely pay off the remaining $350.00 and get a new phone. So thinking I had no other choice due to being the only income for my house. As I support my stepdaughter and pay for my girlfriend to go through college and had to have a phone for interviews. So I paid it off and told them I wanted the cheapest phone they had so I could pay it off quick to lower the bill and be able to upgrade when a phone I wanted came out. So they informed me tbe LG V20 was the cheapest one they had and so I agreed to get it thinking that was true and got a case and screen protected because I couldnt afford anotbef issue. So the manager processed everything for my for the galaxy S8 instead without telling me and I didnt know at first because the case was on and everything else and it was going to cost me almost $300.00 more. So not only did I have to go back to try and get the phone I actually agreed to, bit them had the displeasure of sitting in the middle of a busy store with the MANAGER belittling me for,wanting the phone I agreed to because I should have just kept the s8 because its more expensive and nicer,and newer the the V20, but then I also found out my friend filed an insurance claim for the note 5 that next day and got his replacement without sending in his phone first . just to add a little more insult to injury my girlfriend does online school because of the kid and only having 1 car to get around in, so I needed to get her a hotspot so she can do her classes while she is out running around and a tablet to help give my stepdaughter something to do while having to spend a lot of time in the car. I told the MANAGER I only beeded them for e months and didnt want to be on any contract whatsoever due to only needing them for 3 months and maybe a month or two here and there in the future. I was told by buying them for retail price I wouldnt have a contract and would be able to remove and add the lines as needed. So I agreed to pay them in full yo avoid the contract. Well this MANAGER once again lying to me applied a discount or promotion to the lines forcing them into a 2 year contract which I didnt find out about until I went to cancel the lines. When I tried to explain the situation the rep I delt with was rude and snappy basically calling me a lied and saying they arent going to help me get the contract removed just because I had a chance of heart and that I had to wait the 2 years even though I never agreed to it. Do yourself a favor and just never go here. Their lies, dishonesty, rudeness, and general disrespect has costed me hundreds of dollars and making my bill way higher then it should be. Please please listen and save yourself from being ripped off, lied to, and treated horribly like I and many others have.
Ordered a phone online and set up store pickup, I arrive to pick it up and they tell me theres an hour wait. Why is there a wait when Ive paid for my phone, I just need to grab it and go? They said I cant go to another store to pickup either. Bs. I was in town to see family so I dont live nearby to come back and get it since I work 50miles away.

Terrible customer service from the evening shift (day staff is pretty descent, especially josiah). Went in at 715 on a Thursday night to exchange my new fire bomb, samsung note s7. They told me I had to pay $700 to get the new pixel phone in exchange, that my extended creditwas tapped. Well if I had $700 in the first place 3 weeks prior to straight up buy the phone I would have used that then rather than put $32 on my monthly bill. Why is this my problem that they sold me a pine that catches fire? They should gladly give me there new phone of my choice avid I be on my way. Instead they talked terrible to us and basically yelled at us telling us to be more polite, they didnt did this to us BS! So they let us leave there store with the fire bomb and no remedy in site. Dont go here they WILL waste your time!
