I didnt want to give any stars! I think its really messed up for us to jusy be coming through a fluppin pandemic, an everyone is struggling right now just to have cell phone company tell us we have to buy yet another phone spend more money that most dont have just to be able to have their service!! Psh a lot of the otger providers are starting to come up an the arent making you have to buy a 5G phone to receive tgeir network. Pretty sad when you have been loyal to certain companies just for them to shaft you at every tyrn they can........... You should be ashamed!!!!!

Well the last 3 times I was there their open sign lit up cause I was trying to pay my bill but nobody was on there how really hard can it be to staff a store and nobody ever answers their store numbers tried Newport and latonia finally my friend and neighbor helped me by paying it and I gave him the cash so my phone service wouldnt be cut off crazily ridiculous RIGHT? !!!!!

When I called the store the sales person told me one thing and when I went there and added a third line to my account. He said on phone some phones were free. Nothing was free and then told me my bill would be 30.00 more. It ended up being over 217.00 and my monthly increase is now 40.00. Sales persons should be trained the facts. A little disappointed but still like Boost better than Metro PCS.

I dont ever complain but today im upset cause we walk everywhere and today we walked to boost cause it says open till 8pm today on google we get down there and its closed but the sign even says open today 11am till 8pm but no one there and lights were off

I have been a boost customer for 8yrs now and for the most part have been fairly lucky with services thru boost but the one in Covington is very poorly ran they take longer than normal lunch breaks they are curtousey and polite but they act like they no what there doing but really dont.anytime i have a problem with my phone there answer is to reset it but it never works.and since boost has changed networks my phone doesnt work very well and i pay thru auto pay and can only access internet at random .i need my phone unlocked so i can switch carriers hate to do it after 8yrs but have no choice.

The guy was very nice and i noticed something was a miss with my old cell phone. I complained my old phone was hacked so i bought a new one. My old photo was a Moto and my new phone is an LG. Im now having the same issues of my phone being hacked i believe.

What kind of place closes for an hour and a half for a interview trying to pay my bill and go to work and they are holding me up. So unprofessional.

I waited outside for a while waiting for them to open at noon to 5pm in which it never did but they have awesome deals for phones that you pay for that are locked and even months after paying bill still couldnt get it unlocked for a phone service I really want to try out called google fi

The worst Boost Mobile Ive ever been in and Ive been all across the US

If i could give 0 stars I would. I was in there this afternooon from 315 till 430 trying to get an upgrade on my phone. The woman was rude charged my account twice and i still ended up with no phone.

After a very unpleasant experience at the vandercar store in florence we decided to come to this store to get a new phone. Although the selection was limited they had exactly what we wanted and tyler provided us with an absolutely terrific experience. He told us all about each phone saved us money and kept us entertained while he took care of us. I will be contacting the company directly to sing his praise as well.

They are very friendly and helpful and go out of there way to help others.

Bought a LG Tribute on 9/16/17 at this store was promised a free phone case..didnt get it...promised a $50 rebate...didnt get it...not a very good way to run a business ...not a happy camper
