I really love this place. I come here often. I felt bad for the girl working alone today very busy. But I ordered 2 - 4 piece tenders and paid $10 for this. Yes kind of upsetting but oh well. I will also add that yes I do love the food and the girls at work here are very sweet.My response to the owners response:Exactly. I ordered 2 orders. So it should have been 8 tenders, 4 each in 2 separate containers. So paying $10 for this was not correct. This is NOT 8 tenders. Im undecided at the moment on patronizing this establishment any longer. Im sure no love lost either way..... I was not nasty or angry in any kind of way, I was just saying that it was not correct....but for the owner to say it was correct, just really doesnt sit right with me. This is my opinion, nothing special just my feelings as a customer toward a purchased product, thats all. Thank you for my 1 and a 1/2 order of tenders ( that I paid $10 for 2 - 4 piece orders that should come with 4 tenders each, in 2 separate containers)!

One of my new favorite spots. The three employees working this evening (5/30/2021) are AWESOME! They were the ones working last week too when I stopped by with my son and were wonderful then as well. The boy who took my order even remembered us from last time. All three have always been so exceptionally friendly and you can tell they care about making the customers happy as if they were running their own business. The owner/manager is so lucky to have employees like this. On top of the great customer service, the frozen treats and food are are tasty! Will definitely come back again and again and I hope that team of three get recognition from their manager.

Best. Waffle Cone. Ever! I have never eaten at this location before. I was just in the area and did a quick search for ice cream nearby. I am very glad I chose here to stop. Quick and friendly customer service! I had a waffle cone with chocolate dip and like I was it was amazing. I will definitely be coming her again.

Huge change in selection - the menu has to have quadrupled in size, so many things to choose from. Still my favorite - Large Vanilla Malt! Recommend hitting them up for a Breakfast Burrito on your way into work.

I just tried this place last week and have been here 3x, so that should tell you something!1st time I got a hot mocha latte and an iced extreme mocha with a hot pretzel. All delicious.The 2nd time we got coffee and breakfast. We ordered two iced extreme mochas, and the 3 egg, with bacon and 2 English muffins to split. They had English muffins on the menu but didnt actually have English muffins, so we got toast instead. Food came out with lots of butter and jelly packets and the eggs were cooked perfectly! Over medium is hard to get right, cause I hate jiggly whites but love runny yolks, so these were great. The owner or manager came out and chatted with me about the English muffin thing and apologized, and told me about some plans they had for the location, and everything sounds great!The next time we got iced extreme mochas and a hot pretzel. Delicious again. I think its going to be our thing.Definitely give them a try. Im excited to explore more menu items.

For over a month, maybe 2 now, Dari-Crest waffle cone making machine has been broken. I believe now after tonights visit that they have discontinued waffle cones because the girl said they didnt have them. New owner definitely making appearance changes but the service is sometime a little blan. Even if your food is good, customer service is key to keeping returning customers. Over all still a good place to go but time will tell. I would just emphasize to the owner to stress the importance of friendly customer service to the workersand keeping up with good food.

Staff was very friendly and professional. New owner has done wonders with this place. Bean Haus has spent more $ improving Dari-Crest in 6 months than previous owners did in 6 years. Much better menu..malts were delicious..we shall return.GREAT JOB BEAN HAUS

So thankful for good coffee on my way to work. This neat very clean little gem was once an ice cream summer only place, now under new ownership but keeping an old familiar name with an excellent twist, you can still have ice cream but you can also have A great cup of joe(coffee) and they offer delicious options for breakfast and lunch. Im told portions are large so come hungry or bring a friend. :) cant wait to stop again.

I finally made my way to try the food since it was under new ownership, and yet to my suspicion nothing has changed! Hours of operation are from 7AM to 9PM. I am looking through the menu and the food seems decent, one of the staff members approaches me at the window and says we’re closed right now but we will be open in 30 minutes. I asked if there was a problem and received the same response”We will be open in 30 minutes” did I mention it’s 2PM in the afternoon!!!! Red flag after red flag. Would NOT recommend!!!!

They are the mornings when your role of bed to start your daily routine and realize youre out of coffee! I found myself in that situation this morning. I decided to give the new owners of Dari- Crest a try. I bought three large drip coffees with a small amount of cream. The attendant was very kind and Pleasant to talk to. When I got home I realized that the coffee was quite weak so I called and spoke to who I think was the owner or manager. They realize the coffee was weak. I called and spoke with the manager who tested their coffee and said yes this is too weak. They brought a new pot for me and I got them promptly exchanged.For those of you who like stronger coffees I would definitely order a specialty Brew. I found that the drip coffee was too weak for my taste buds.The Establishment was clean and well-kept theyve cleared out behind the establishment and put some picnic tables out for people to sit while they enjoy their treats.

I got 6 walking tacos, 2 upside-down banana splits, 1 footlong and a chocolate milk shakeAll was good until the footlong, the bread was so hard and stale we couldnt bite through it and the hot dog was so tough we couldnt even cut it with a fork!

Since switching owners to the Bean Haus, this spot seems much better. Opening early for coffee is a great move, and Im only a short walk away, so Ive made this a regular stop.The coffee selection is solid and the five-dollar burger is great, though one time I ordered it they forgot to add the toppings.Oh yeah, they have ice cream too. Classic soft-serve.Im always excited to stop here, though a couple times Ive walked by around noon and it looked like they were closed (no lights, walk-up windows covered up) so that was confusing.Overall, seems great for what it is, and a nice local spot to support, but a little inconsistent.

By far the nasty footling chili dog I have ever eaten hard bun definitely not worth $20 for 3 hotdogs and a shake and the shake was more like peanut butter milk for sure will NEVER be back

My husband and I went at 11:50 on Sunday, Dec 20th and it was the WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD A COFFEE SHOP!!! The girl took forever to get my order and when I was giving her my order, I asked her to use almond milk and I watched her pour regular milk. Then I asked multiple times for the drink to be frozen and she kept saying iced then agreed to make it frozen. However, when she gave me my drink, it was iced so she clearly didnt want to take the time to make it frozen. The drink was disgusting and it tasted like spoiled milk. I made my husband stop the truck so I could throw it out in front of the girl. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I go to Biggby or Starbucks every day and have NEVER had an issue with their service. I was hesitant to go to this coffee shop because of their location and Ill never go back. I wish I could have given 0 stars. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS PLACE.

I have never been here before and I will never be back.. the place wasnt busy, our small and large shirt sundae came out the same size,and our banana Royale was actually just a hot fudge sundae with bananas... Neither employee had gloves or masks on, neither employee sanitized or washed their hands, and in the middle of a pandemic, I would think that is important.. the inside of the facility was absolutely disgusting, and I wouldnt recommend anyone going here but the health department.

Update 9/20: they have a new menu and everything has been running fine. However, prices have gone up and quality of food has gone down. It might be because the worker who usually doesn’t like cooking food was working when I ordered the chicken tenders...but the size of these “tenders” are practically popcorn nugget size. $5 for 4 nuggets. It would really benefit your store if you replaced a couple people.Staff always has a bratty attitude and lousy excuses why they can’t serve food after 7:30. which all comes down to the oil, theyre lazy and don’t want to mess with it.Tonight was the worse experience though. One girl told me they weren’t serving food all day, but will *tomorrow* .... literally 40min later I see a man make an order and then walk away WITH FOOD.The owners need to establish who’s boss because they clearly are calling the shots on when they feel like working or not, creating a bad reputation for business honestly.

Could definitely use some better employees some of the kids there i think should have had better supervision. The time before when i went the milkshakes rocked was so good that my daughter and myself had 2 of them one after the other. Nice place over all. Just needs better supervision.

Great little place and they have actual food too! My in laws introduced me to this fine establishment and I am never disappointed. I will be returning Friday to try some of their hot foods and am very excited.

I have tried to contact anyone and have not been able to get anyone... I bought a shake that I kept getting crunchy bits into and when I got to the bottom I found out to my horror that the crunchy bits were dark blue paint chips... This does not look good and anyone going there with small children should be very careful until this is explained... I kept one piece that I have saved to show someone if they ever get back with me. I ingested guite a bit of this just thinking it was ice chips at first. Hopefully this is just a freak occurrence. I have been eating at this establishment for over 40 years and sadly this will be the last time.
