I currently use Cricket for my personal cell phones service provider and i really couldnt be happier with the service i get through Cricket with the 60 dollar plan i have. I hardly have any issues with losing signal no matter where I am at for the most part.Now I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THE CRAWFORDSVILLE STORE TO DO ANYTHING WHATSOEVER. The customer service in this store is the worst and most terrible experience Ive probably ever had in my life at any store in general. The employees hardly know anything about the phones they carry in store at any time or about anything that might be giving you problems with your phone that is related to your phones connection with their service towers etc.When I started my plan with Cricket at the Crawfordsville store I was asking the only employee that was working at that time which phone would he the best fit for what i needed and what my budget was at the time and i also asked which phones there at the time had recently came out and which ones were about to have its next generation come out and She couldnt answer any of my questions about the phones and just repeatedly read off what the specs and description of the different phones were. Finally she used her own phone and looked up how recent the phone i wanted was and told me it had just came out about 3 months prior. LIES!!! I went in to pay my first bill because the autopay wasnt working for some reason and when i walked in the store to pay for my 2nd month only 30 days after buying my phone outright for over 200 dollars and signed up for the insurance plan to protect myself hopefully well guess what!!!! The new generation of the phone i have just purchased 30 days prior was out on display and for sale. I was furious beyond belief and that finished me ever being a customer at that particular store.

I have had my cell phone service w/Cricket for almost 3yrs & I wouldnt go anywhere else now. Excellent service & the staff is always so helpful when I do have to go into the store. I reccomend Cricket to everyone for excellent service and cheap rates.

Don’t ever go to the Crawfordville Indiana cricket waited in line for 30 minutes to never get help walked into store at 6.20 pm store closes at 7pm the store employee was very rude and told me to leave that he had a life and to come back tomorrow because he was to lazy to help me very young rude kid working there that needs fired from that store definitely calling corporate on him

New to Crawfordsville so still working out some employee kinks. They will do anything they can to fix problems and get you the services you need.

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. However, both times that we went in to the store they were out of the phones we were looking to get, so we placed our order online instead.

Always have the phones we are searching for in stock and are knowledgeable about their services. We drive from north of Indy to get our phones here.

Very friendly staff

My phone stopped working and I went in there because that is where u have my service and what I got from their store manager was I needed to look up the phone number for that phone and then I could send it in for the warranty and they would either send me a new one or fix my existing one and I could put my sim card in a different phone till I got it back. What is the point of the store? They didnt even give me a number to call. I was very disappointed with their customer service.
