Theyve got a large updated inventory and great knowledgeable staff i visit almost weekly to see whats new

GameStop is the best place to go and get some games if your bored and they have really chill staff

I walk in to make sure they still take trade ins. Girl says yes. I walk back out to grab my items, two full hands, only when I walk in she informs me they wont take a 90% of the things I have. Last experience with this location, they didnt have what I was looking for. Prior to that my experience with this location has been forgettable at best. Id rather take the trip to Lafayette and visit any three of those locations than this one

Nothing special. Just your average Game Stop. The one staff member was very helpful. Mostly cause I was the only customer in the store. Prices are average. Clean store. Well decorated. If your looking for something you cant find in a retail store. Odds are you will in a Game Stop

Good store lots of game cool coffee mugs awesome systems and everything u could want or need for a system. I didnt like any games until we went there the other night. We had more fun shopping for games then on vacation. And I went back today!

This store will look for any and all ways to rip you off, not in their trade in policy that they are known for, but this store has lied to me multiple times about purchases, and has sold me faulty product that I was unable to return, if you are looking for a place to get your gaming systems and such, go elsewhere.you might get lucky a few times with good product but they are juat waiting for the opportunity to screw you over.

I really like going to GameStop but since the virus hit they are out of alot of stuff like ps4 controls. They are hard to find now days.

I have been a customer at this store since 2011 and have always received good customer service. Jessica has helped my son and I a lot over the years and appreciate her exceptional customer service !

My favorite place to shop for video games

As usual no one seems to know whats going on cant tell a just tell her about a change in a release date for a game that they pre-ordered. No one mentioned or said anything about the change before purchase. That would of made an effect on if I got it or not wont shop here again.

Clerk stared at her phone for 5 minutes straight after I walked in- this is AFTER I stood at the counter, four feet away asking her a question. She finally looked up and asked if I needed anything(with a tone of who gives a damn) like I hadnt asked at all. If it had been someone other than me I would have been laughing my ass off. No headphones, just completely ignored me. The rest of the team seems pretty cool and knowledgeable, though, so I guess you take what you can get.

My grandson has this on his list of favorite places to go!

Had some sales listed with game cases out, but when we checked out, they were out of stock. Just something to be accustomed to when shopping here. Would have just ordered online. Seems foolish to have a brick and mortar if youre shipping everything when bought at the store.

Considering this is the only game shop in town, and that the workers are nice and knowledgable about most games, its a gem in a sea of rocks.Dont hesitate to go if youre a gamer!

Only place I could find a Wii bar

I had a ps4 slim and I traded it for an Xbox one s and it stopped working after a month. Just recently since I now own an Xbox 360, I purchased grand theft auto 5 the two disc set. It didnt work so I had to take it back the next day. Then just a few days ago I purchased halo 4, again the two disc set and it didnt work, and the case looked like someone threw up a piece of butterscotch candy on it. Good service but the workers need to make sure all the games work before they sell them to their costumers.

Only been here once. the one time i did go i had to explain to the person working there that there was something in stock that was held for me because the time i got there the original person i talked to had left i told the original person about what time i was going to be there as well. They kept saying the item wasnt there until it was like the 4th or 5th time I kept saying it should be they ended up calling the opener and he was like yeah its in the drawer where we keep most of the stuff at for holds.

The people that are working there right now are rude the one that I talk to too before promised me that the season pass I was getting was the year two. Instead of them giving me a year two they gave me a year one. They are rude and disrespectful. No one wants to help and everyone is very lazy!
