ALWAYS impressed with Verizon and its superior customer service. The level of service that they demand of their employees is refreshing in such a fast paced, hectic world. Jason took the time to explain everything I had questions about, stayed focused on helping fulfill all my cellular needs and was very cordial and polite. Ive found my forever cell provider, in Verizon and all its satellite stores.

Place way clean. Lady was friendly and helped my friend going out of her way to explain his upgrade options thoroughly. Did not have the phone he was looking for in stock, but referred us over to Walmart as being only other place to buy a Verizon phone in crawfordsville. Purchased cheap phone until upgrade comes in at Verizon.

Awful customer service

Clerk was rude and made assumptions of my income not realizing a long time customer to Verizon. Not only did they lose a another customer but my wife was planning on buying my step son a phone for his birthday the newest Samsung was his preference. If this store shuts down Lafayette has always had great service and better options on top of that.

Poor customer service bought a Screen protector there I’m a new customer there just got my service a couple weeks ago came in a few days later bought a screen protector the guy put it on same day it fell off call twice nobody answered had to go somewhere else to get another screen protector paid $45 for this one and they need to give me my money back

I had wonderful service from this location. They do not try to pressure you into items you dont need and worked with me while I was still trying to get data off of my old phone. I had a ton of questions that were easily answered. Even if they dont have what you need on hand they can have it in just a couple days. The phone I wanted was on their next delivery the following day. Also I spent a third of the time I usually do at the larger stores which is a huge plus for me. I will definitely be back to this store for any of my future purchases.

Great customer service

Save your money and go anywhere else. They will probably have to order your phone anyways because they are too cheap to keep them stocked. If you see a good review on here it is probably an employee. I switched to Cricket Wireless and saved $120 a month. Still have great service. It was the best decision I made!
