I’ve always really liked their location in ft Walton. At this location I felt like Inhot attitude when I was giving instructions about my car. It’s a 30’year old car and opening the hood, and checking things require special consideration. I ended up doing my own oil change instead of having a lazy day.

I have been working in Crestview temporarily for a few months. I have gotten my oil changed, a tire repaired, and a tire rotation and every visit has been pleasant with good customer service and expert technician support.

Express has always been my go to place for oil changes and tires. I have never had an issue when I arrived at their location. I highly recommend them!

I absolutely loved the service here, I went for a oil change it says 10 minutes, but I happened to go when they were busy and under staffed. I was greeted by Charlie, and he informed me that they were a little behind, but would get to me as soon as they could. I waited 10 minutes, then as soon as my car was on the track Charlie had me out of there in 10 minutes! Not to mention he noticed other things that I already knew was wrong with my car. Our conversation while I was waiting was hilarious, and he reminded me that he gave military discounts ha. Hopefully by the time I come back hes Supervisor!!!

Came in to have my alternator changed after having it checked at another place and was told I have a bad regulator in my alternator. So I bought a brand new one and came to Express to have it put in. Michael one of the mechanics came to me after looking at my vehicle and asked me why I wanted a new alternator put in. Currently had no problems other then my car jumping and the lights flickering. He decided to do his own test and it turns out my battery was loose. Saved me 300 dollars!! Im always skeptical with places since Im a young female but I fully recommend coming to Express, very satisfied!!

Mike and his staff went over and above. Gives meaning to customer service. We had an issue with our tire and Mike did everything he could to make it right. If I lived in town I’d come back, we like to show loyalty to businesses that have great customer service. They are busy but I can see why.

My appointment was originally at 3:30 and I wasn’t going to make it due to being held up at work. I gave them a call to let them know and they were very understanding about it. Got my belt changed here for 50$. Kind employees that are experienced when I did arrive around 10 in the morning they were packed the only thing I wish is that they had an expanded parking lot for customers. Mike Mathis worked on my vehicle. He did a great job . He is also a licensed DJ if you need a DJ go there and ask for him !

This is the only quick oil change place in Crestview Florida that I personally trust and will use.

Back in April, I had my oil changed and my windshield wipers replaced. I went out of town, and on the way back, while it was raining as I was driving down the interstate, one of the wipers just flew off! I stopped in a town to get it replaced, and the man who put the new one on for me fixed the other one (for free) from this place because he said it wasn’t on correctly and he was surprised it didn’t fly off, also.The worst part is that I went up to this place several times for a refund. Each time the manager takes some notes, looks at my car, says it should come via check in the mail in a couple of days…nothing.

Charlie informed me on all me services I needed for my car and my mothers. Appreciated the kindness and knowledge he had, will continue to come here for my future vehicle services.

I got my car serviced today — 4 new tires & an oil change — and it was a great experience! When I called this morning, Corie got me in for an appointment first thing this afternoon. My appointment was at 1:00, and he said it would take around an hour. He had four new tires on my car, rotated, balanced, and ready for me within 55 minutes. Right on time. He was polite, professional and so helpful. Also, they beat the price of everyone around! We have always had my tires serviced at Goodyear, but I use Express Oil for my oil changes. Last time I was in for an oil change, the representative let me know that my tires were worn and printed out the price and everything for me. I told my husband that instead of going to Goodyear, we would use this place. Their customer service is consistent and top notch every time I visit. Thank you, Corie, for taking care of me today, and thank you Express Oil team for always taking care of me when I bring my car in for service. I love this place!

I called to have tires rotated, balanced and an oil change. They said come on down. When I got there I only had to wait about 15 minutes, oil change done and a new air filter. They drove my truck to the other side and took it right in and holy cow - all done. It was ladies day so I got $5 off each service. Nice guys, all gloved and masked and facility was very clean. Time consuming, but what vehicle maintenance facility isnt at times. Originally showed up for my 8 AM appt, only to find out the wrong size tires were ordered. Got an oil change (quickly), then came back just after 4 PM for the new tires to be installed. Took right at 2 hours, but finally finished. Great workers, and Mike was up front and friendly with information. Overall, highly satisfied.

The staff was kind, considerate, polite and professional! Michael the manager was helpful making a traumatic experience less upsetting. Getting my two damaged tires replaced quickly. Answering all my questions with kindness consideration and patience. Michael and his entire staff treat their customers as if they were working with their family members. As if it was their Mother, Grandmother or wife. You never feel as if your questions or concerns are an inconvenience. They are there for you! Your safety and satisfaction is their top priority!

I took my Super duty in to get an alignment after Ford was unable to do complete the job. Mike took the time to ask me what my vehicle was doing and would pop in to give me updates on the progress. Following the work he took my truck to ensure all my issues were fixed before handing me the keys. Mike and his staff definitely made me feel like I was a valued customer. I will be returning for all my maintenance issues I have with my truck in the future.

Long story short: Check to make sure they replace the oil.I went to get an oil change and tire patch done. Had to schedule to come in for the tire patch, which is something Im not used to, but I also dont usually use chain stores for that, so its whatever. Anyway, not a drive or two after the oil change, my engine starts sounding like it needs oil. I pull the stick and, sure enough, its pretty dry. So, I refill and go on my way. I check for a leak and cant seem to find one. Driveway remains clean, and I cant find the signs of a slow leak that would keep it from dripping. Also, since Ive replaced the oil, its level has remained as expected. I can only assume they didnt put the oil in, which sucks because I paid for the best. Two stars because the patch was a tire patch, and has worked as expected.Update: Its been a bit and I still havent experienced oil issues, do I can only assume my assumptions are correct. I also looked harder to ensure theres not a slow oil leak thats gunking up. Nada.

I see that I didnt leave any details on my review from some 2 years ago so I will elaborate now. My wife took in our family vehicle in for an oil and filter change while I was away. You ask what done better, well maybe not try to take advantage of women or those who you feel are not as automotive savvy. Why I say this is due to the servicing technician trying to convince my wife that the brakes needed to be changed and wanted to charge some outrageous price amounting something close to $500. Thankfully she had enough sense and guts to tell you no. For the record I checked the brakes when I returned and there was more than a half life still left in the pads, in fact I just changed those same pads this past January. We drive this vehicle near daily and some 15k miles a year. So if you would please be a little less shady in your business practices. Thanks.

Quick oil change informative employees

Let me know what you think. I took my car to tire engineers in crestview because my car was making noises when turning the steering wheel and when hitting bumps in the road. Thought it would be them putting up on the left and checking underneath there, but the first thing that happens is one of the techs take it for a test drive. Thought maybe this could be normal. 18 minutes later he comes back. Thought maybe then they would put it up on the lift and check it. Nope. Another tech gets in my car and drives away. This guy stays gone 30 minutes. I have a muscle car so you can see my worry when imagining someone just joy riding around in it. Hoping that this 48 minute “test ride” would bring me some answers. When the second tech gets back he says we can’t hear anything. Now I’m frustrated, but I hold my composure because where I work I have to. I said let me show you something. We go out to my car and I get in and turn the steering wheel and you can hear the noise and he says oh that’s normal. I told him it was not as it just starting making that noise a couple months ago and has only gotten worse. He say it may be struts going out, but everything else is tight in the front end. How would he know that without looking at the parts under the car. No offer to put it up on the lift and when I asked he said that they wouldn’t know. Waste of my time and now I have to worry whether two people just decided to go play in a nice sports car and something else going wrong with it. Very unprofessional of them not to communicate what they were doing or asking to take it for a test ride the first or even the second time. Steer clear of this place.

Ok, so due to unusual circumstances, my oil change did not take 10 minutes. However, they were so friendly, especially Jacob. A part on my car broke, and they not only offered a discount (that I accepted), Jacob wanted to help pay for the part. Of course, I refused to let him. Very friendly, and explained everything. Would definitely recommend them.

I sat in line for 2 hours waiting on the car that was in the bay before me while 6 or 7 cars came and gone in the other 2 lanes

The guy I spoke with ( I believe his name was justin, with a Alabama mask) told me it would take an hour of labor to put in a new headlight bulb in and to put a washer on my windshield wipers arm because it had feel off and my wipers quit working, I was perfectly fine with that. Well that hour passed by and nothing had been done to my car and it would be another hour then he proceeds to tell me it was going to be 109.00 an hour and the part for my wipers was 15 dollars. He was very rude and I feel like that was unprofessional. Trying to charge someone 218 dollars for him to sit around for an hour and the hour it would take to fix it. Thats ridiculous!

This place is very unprofessional, this was my second time experiencing this, with the hope and expectation that the first time was just a bad day/busy day they were having. However, that was not the case. 10 minute oil change is in large print on the outside of their building and as any educated or anyone that can do math would expect if there is two cars ahead me that I would have approximately 30 minutes of wait time (total)... not 1.5+ hours... they guys don’t know how to stop talking long enough to do their job. The manager had the audacity to try and say he was busy with a vehicle and didn’t see it happening, no he was busy talking with the employee that he didn’t realize how long the vehicles were in the bay... go if you must but expect to wait and wait.. oh and expect for them to haggle you to sell you things your car doesn’t really need...

Place was clean and Techs were friendly and worked fast to get me back on the road. Cost was very reasonable

Stopped in for an oil change. Did a good job, did it pretty quick. It was pricey. Almost as expensive as going to a dealer. I usually do it myself but havent had time. I would use again if in same situation.

We had an appointment for 8 this morning for brakes, Ac, tire rotation, and oil change. We were told brakes were fine, and AC was fine. Despite the brakes have never been changed in vehicle, a squealing when brakes are used, and the AC making a loud noise as well. I do not feel confidant that they even know what they are talking about. We called back at 12 to see if the car was ready, we were told that they had already done 70 oil changes that day and they were having to squeeze us in. I think that is unacceptable considering we had an appointment. We should not be the ones being squeezed in. We then waited longer just to call back at 4 to see if the car was ready, and have them tell us that the car has been ready for a long time. Why was no phone call ever placed telling us that we could pick up the vehicle? We get there to find that the only service that was performed was an oil change and freon added to the AC. They also were so gracious to let us know that our backup light was out, but didnt call us to see if we wanted it replaced because in their words Auto Zone has them for 8 dollars and we could do it ourselves. This place is a disgrace, and should feel shameful for saying it performs other services besides an oil change because an oil change is obviously the only thing they can do.

I wish I could give 10 stars! Mike is always able to squeeze me in on short notice. Ive taken my Chrysler 200 and Chevy Colorado there and everytime they do a great job. Was quoted over $500 to get my window fixed at the Chrysler dealership in Crestview and paid under $300 for it to be fixed here. Great prices and management is amazing. My favorite is that just because Im a woman they dont see dollar signs, they will tell you if something is able to be held off on fixing or if its urgent and needs to be done right away. I always recommend them to anyone with car troubles or just needs an oil change.

I was quoted $55 for an oil change. After the oil change, the price magically jumped up to $69 with no warning. When I asked why, they said it was because my car takes more than 5 quarts of oil. My car took more than 5 quarts when they gave me the quote too. I definitely will NOT be coming back

I was in need of 4 new tires immediately. My dad, who is in another state was paying, need quotes. This place was the only place that did not make me guess. They gave me a detailed print out including taxes and all associates fees. I called ahead and was greeted at the door. They were not the least expensive but their customer service was outstanding! They even stayed open late for me. I’ll pay more for good service any day.

I was impressed with Landon when I went for an oil change. Very polite and helpful. So I made an appointment to fix something else. Bad decision. First the part didnt arrive and no one called to reschedule the appointment so I showed up. I was told the part was not ordered... really? So Landon apologized and told me to come back Monday and offered me a discount. I waited until Tuesday to call to check if the part was in. They answered that the part was in and the person who was supposed to call me ‘forgot’ to do it. This should have discouraged me to show up, but I DID. It took Mike -mechanic who fixed my car problem- about less than five minutes. Time to pay came. 😳 This young man was rude and condescending. I mentioned the discount Landon offered because of my wasted time and the military discount they said the give. The bill ... the part was $129., Mike gave $10 discount (wow 👎🏼), $5 military discount and was charged half an hour service. When i expressed my disappointment, rude Mike said that they are the only one who give military discount in town, and the minimum time they charge for labor is half an hour even if the job takes them five minutes. He added ‘that’s the way we make our money’. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. i gave one star because of Landon, otherwise would have been none. RUDE, CONDESCENDING and OVERPRICED!

The guys at Express oil and tire are the best! I went in for an oil change on my wifes Volvo XC90, they noticed that the oil plug was defective, even showed me it once removed. Oil changed, new plug in and on my way just a few minutes later. A day or two later I noticed a small puddle of oil on my garage floor called them up, and they had me bring it in ASAP. I bring it in, and they noticed that the new plug was again defective. They got a new one, and assured me that the problem is resolved, and they were correct! No one else in town will do my services from here on out! So if you want real quality and professionalism, these are the guys you are looking for. They also love our Military and its Veterans, ask me how I know!

In September My uncle and I went in to get his oil changed. He was told that he needed 2 new front tires. The tires he had on looked really good. The service person said that we will not see the damage because it was from the inside. The tires that he had were only 1 yr old. But against better judgment we paid for 2 new tires. Within 2 months the 2 new tires are completely worn out. Have to get 2 more new tires. I know that we will NEVER use Tire Engineers again.

The service took an hour which wasn’t so bad. However $97 for an oil change/tire rotation seems a little high. Besides the cost my reason for the 3 stars was the fact that I had an oil stain on my passenger seat which I KNOW FOR A FACT it was NOT there before. The MGR said he looked on the surveillance camera & no one ever touched the passenger seat. Was there cameras in view when the tech drove my car around?? I doubt it! When he got out of my car his hands were filthy. & I understand because he is a tech. But you need to wash your hands before driving the vehicle around. The MGR said he would give me a $5 off coupon for next service. Good try buddy, they already stapled one to my receipt! Not very good customer service in my opinion. I won’t be coming back!

Stopped here on the way home from a funeral and visiting another family member in the ICU in the hospital. Had a nail in the tire and it just was not our day. I opted to have the donut put on rather than have a new tire but when I went to pay they refused to accept my money. Said they were happy to help and hoped our day got better. Very quick, very professional and very compassionate

They are always very courteous and fast. I had a problem that happened they made a mistake but they never made any excuses. They just made it right and did it quick with no whining. Cody did an awesome job and I will be back when I need work done.

Yall, Im so thankful I could cry. I bought a battery over at Advanced Auto, but my battery is in a very (very) complicated spot. My mom and I were calling around to see who could do it, and I was thinking Id leave it overnight somewhere. Somehow, my mom called this place and was able to get it done today - right now about an hour before closing - and the crew was able to get it done. (and it definitely wasnt easy getting to it.) And at the same time, they did the installation for a battery they didnt sell, and they did it for free. Which I couldnt be more thankful for, as I was beginning to worry about how I was gonna get to work tomorrow. Now I dont have to worry! the two crewmembers specifically that interacted with my car the most common eight. Me into the garage and Cody is the one that had to replace the battery itself. Ill definitely be coming back, I owe this place a lot.

Christmas Eve and more than amazing service. Larry was very professional and friendly on the phone when I called to see if they were open and was the one to greet me as I entered the bay! He explained everything to me as a new customer and showed me what needed to be replaced. That is more than great customer service. Most places will just tell you that you need something but no actually show you. Service was quick and even though it was Drive thru the guys made it a welcoming atmosphere! Will be a return customer!

Great thorough service...

VERY VERY HAPPY with my service. I took my Honda to the dealer for and oil change and told me it would be 2-3 hour wait, so I left and came here. I was in and out in no time. They checked my Air filter and Cabin filter and replaced both quickly for a great price. The Honda dealership wanted to charge me over $150!!!!! Just for the filters!!!Again I am very pleased with the service and the professionalism I had here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I got my oil changed here for the first time and the assistant manager Cody was awesome! It took about 15 minutes and not once did I feel like he was pressuring me to upgrade anything which is why I did upgrade to a different oil. He didnt try to dcam me in any way which is a nice change from any other place Ive been as a female getting my oil changed. They did a safety check on my vehicle as well checking the lights and turn signals as well as showed me the new oil on the stick from van. They were extremely polite and thorough. This seems like a place that truly cares about the continued safety of their customers and not just the bottom line. I will be back here for sure!

Good service thats quick and easy oil changes.

Okay so where do I begin. I understand that a place can busy during the summer months. Here’s the thing. I came to this place a month ago to get a quote to get a converter catalytic change out. The guy looks at me shakes his head and tells me that it’ll be $2,000 to fix mind you this is what he told w/o checking his computer or doing a diagnostics test. Knowing that for the car I have (Chevy Cruze) dose not cost. So I walked out. That’s not how you conduct business. Today 6/30/18. I took the same back at 12 to get a coolant system flush. Was told that it was going to take 4 hours. I’m just like okay fine. I’m thinking in that time I can go get other errands done. I come back a few hours later to check on the car. In that time I was told that four cars were in ahead of. When there only were like 2 when I dropped the car off. I was told that he wasn’t going to be able to service or due to cars ahead of me. Other cars were being pulled in but not mines. I will never be going back to this place just for my car to sit and not be service and watch other cars get serviced and not mines. Not that it matters that they lost out on a customer but to lie to the customer twice isn’t good. Will he contacting management
