Prices were spot on for part s and labor was very reasonable for the professional job that was done. Yes, I inspected thoroughly, and yes I am thoroughly happy with the work they done.

I took my car in for service. Sadly they did not have the expertise to repair it. I waited almost a month for parts to come in. They replaced power steering apparatus. Took it back 3 days later. The power steering had failed completely! They kept my car an additional 3 days and declared it unrepairable. I would recommend this group for minor maintainable repairs, oil changes, and tire repairs. For more complicated repairs Id suggest a dealership for proper diagnosis and accurate repairs.

Jerrod and his staff are best in the automotive business in Okaloosa County. No suprise repair bills. They call and give you a detailed explanation and the cost. They even give you a bare minimum price to get you back on the road until you can bring it back in for the total long term worry free fix !

Needed a belt and tensioner replaced. Initially, there was a mixup with the wrong size tensioner being ordered but the technicians worked diligently and ordered several new parts to prevent any further delays. They also replaced tail/brake lights for me and made sure my car was ready for a long road trip I had coming up.I highly recommend their service to anyone in the area with automotive issues. They are very kind, upfront and honest.

Very good shop!!! Professional and serious about fixing your vehicle. I come from Panama City to get my work done here. Recently got my brake pads and rotors replaced with parts from Lexus dealership.Brakes had some squealing but figured this was just initial break in period. Brakes still squealed so I went back. Found out Lexus knew their brakes could squealed annoyingly so at that. Main Street fought tooth and nail with Lexus to get my parts warranty replaced since Lexus wouldnt replace them because they didnt install the parts.Thank you Main Street for taking care of me!!!

Jared and James are incredible. I drove from Gulf Shores to Crestview to look at a car, brought the car to them, and they took the time to test drive it for me, and notice a couple of small issues (brakes, struts, tires) that allowed me to negotiate with dealer and knock off several hundred dollars. James even drove the car with the salesman in it.Everyone needs a mechanic who is honest and trustworthy, and these guys are the embodiment of those words.

I was given a very fair price on new tires to be mounted/balanced and plus alignment. Also I realized after I got home that they matched & installed a lugnut that I had been off/missing for years! They didnt charge me nor tell me about it. Just saw that it needed one and fixed it.Im their newest loyal customer. Thank you very much guys!

We live in Jackson, MS. but were visiting my son and family!! Brakes were bad and got progressively worse as we traveled the 6 hours!! My son has done business with them for a decade and called them and they worked us in on Friday!! They did a brake job on the front brakes!! Every time I go they greet with a smile, have fair prices and high quality work! Bend over backwards with their customer service. They have given me great deals and fixed things the major dealership mechanics would never be able to figure out. Everyone in town should go here. Im writing this immediately after I picked up my vehicle because of another great experience.

If I had to find a bad thing about the place...I would have to lie! Great service, price, and did some work for FREE! Yes, free does exist because the work was done and wasnt even stated on the bill also I know for a fact they spent 30 minutes on a specific thing on my vehicle and didnt even charge me for it how much better service can you get. If you can find a place cheaper than $15 for oil change and be a certified professional business GOOD LUCK

They are great! So this is the part I thought I would remember everyones name, but I do not. They are nice people and have a lot of tolerance (believe me I had a lot of questions about my car and they answered them all). Ive been using their services for years. They are very personable, professional, and most importantly honest. The prices are pretty competitive. Yes the wait time may be a little inconvenient, so instead of a 5 I would give a 4 1/2 if I could, but the wait is what it is due to the quality of service; customers continue to return and spread word of the quality of company, so theres a high volume of work! A family owned business hasnt been in business this long, for nothing. There were times when they could have made up something, but were honest, told me what the issue was, when asked how much they said it was so minor you owe nothing and sent me on my way. At this point they feel almost like family! I love the team there!

The auto repair shop is run by a gentleman who is kind and courteous. He goes out of his way to insure customers get top of the line service and repairs at very reasonable costs. The latest service needed for my vehicle was to repair a tire that had a nail in it, took van there and was headed back home, with repair complete, within 45 min.

Awesome place great people good price. Use only this place for my cars. They will check your vehicle from top to bottom. They wont suggest or charge for things you dont need. I take both my vehicles here. Family owned and operated. Best place in town for needed repairs. I trust these guys. Fair prices. Very busy so you will have to leave your vehicle in most cases.

A rat jacked up my car. They werent judgmental or grossed out (it could happen to anyone really).They helped me out and are still totally available if I have any questions. Very friendly to both me and my husband. Super quick fix and provided a breakdown of price and parts. I was referred by my coworker who, too, was very pleased.

Just visiting Crestview, Florida from Texas for a few weeks. My truck engine light came on.I googled automotive places and I picked Main Street and Im so glad I did. First time there but overall a great experience. Jason made sure that I knew everything that was wrong with my truck. He had great customer service. I will definitely be going back there when I come to visit again. Id recommend anyone else I know to go there too. Not over priced and pleased with the work that they did.

Called ahead to confirm we could get a nail pulled/tire patched. Rough time was 1.5 hrs +/-... fine. Showed up, waited 2.5 hrs to then be told every compressor was out of commission. I understand their end, things happen, but I even called ahead then was on site for 2.5 hrs. Conveys the message my time is absolutely worthless to them.Called ahead to Pep Boys, 45min fix for same job. Lesson learned. Lots of great reviews for this shop but I had a pretty terrible experience, for what its worth.

Ive needed major work done to both of my cars and let me say, they made a customer for the time I live here. The other local location I choose did not make me feel like I cared, gave me wrong error codes, and would rather help with a quick oil change than my $300 repair. This shop not only offers better rates but their staff has never, I repeat Never, made me feel small or cheated for my service. The owner, he never once made me feel unwelcome to his Establishment and that is very important to me.UpdateFour years later and I still come to this shop exclusively. I have retired my old mustang and bring old of our household cars to this office and these guys never, I mean never, disappoint me.

Got an oil change and was in and out in about 30 minutes or so. Very friendly people at the desk.

My starter went out late on a Friday evening. The owner had already made it home and showered and sat down with his family. But he came to my rescue and fixed my truck that same night because he knew I needed my vehicle for a wedding cake delivery the next day. He not only saved my day, he saved the brides! Now I only trust my vehicle to this automotive center.

Main Street Auto has been doing great business in Crestview for years however, until now Ive never needed their services but have always heard good things. My Mothers car needed some work so I contacted the manager Jason ODaniels and he bent over backwards to see that my Mothers little car was repaired quickly, safely, and for a fair price.Auto mechanics usually charge an arm and a leg but Main Street Auto is more that fair and even repaired a few minor things at no charge.Great place with honest people.

One day after the radiator blew up in Ormond Beach I was driving through Crestview and my sons Toyota 4Runner blew a spark plug out of the cylinder. I was stranded on I10 at 9pm. I choose Main Street Automotive because they were part of the warranty network that I got earlier in the day from the excellent shop that did the radiator work. I had AAA drop off the 4Runner and the next morning Jared called and they were on it. They did everything they could to get me back on the road. After some difficult parts to find everything was done that day at 500pm. I got back on the road and didnt have another problem all the way to CA. Jared and the techs at Main Street did a great job. Went in to get my oil changed here in Crestview, FL (trying somewhere new after something BAD happened at another place that will not be named here in Crestview). While I was waiting they had noticed the previous oil change was not done with the correct factory recommended oil which would cause issues if used for long term in this 2013 Nissan Altima. Super friendly and I also hear they have a great reputation with car repairs here too. Good quality work for far less than dealers charge, they are my new people from now on!!

My friend told me about this place he had work done there as well and was extremely satisfied so I took my truck there to get it fixed needed tie rods for shure and a alignment so I can get the new tires put on ended up needing upper and lower ball joints witch I figured was quoted $ 1,700 or just over it took a few days becase nothing i have ever gos right lol I dropped it off on Monday and was off Friday called them toldThem who I was and was checking on my truck no worries I had another car I was driving till it could be fixed he was like oh ya the on with the 04 Sierra you mean the on that has been kicking our butts lol it dont normally take this long but every thing is fighting us thus my bad luck. he said they had to cut the ball joints out the shocks were bad and frozen had to cut them out and replaced them at no cost came out under $1,700 Nice and friendly as can be and felt like a member of the family for what I paid was worth ever cent If I need work done in the future they have my business they go above and beyond and only use quality parts and I highly recommend them five stars all the way around 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Thank you all of you at main street auto .

I was crying I was hurt because it seemed like everything bad has came to me but somehow i got to these people who seen someone strugglin w a child w a father who walks in and out of our life. They seen I was trying my hardest i had no help and They helped me. they fixed my tire for me amd told me to get going. Prayed w me and even prayed for my son ls surgery w all the employees i personally got to meet the Owner who Hugged me and told me everything was going to be okay !
