Always a good experience here. They won’t look for problems unless you ask them to, which is great.(although if something was dangerous, I’m sure they’d let you know) Mr. Stanton and Robert are always pleasant and professional to talk to. The other mechanics are also friendly. They’re the last of the good mechanics, at least I think so anyways. I’ve had both of my vehicles worked on here and they’ve never done me wrong.

My daughters 2016 Hyundai Elantra started running rough yesterday on her way home from work. Shes a single mom and relies on her car to get to and from her nursing job. A coworker of hers recommended Stanton Automotive so I (her momma) gave them a call to see if they could take a look at it. They gave me a same day appointment and once there they ran the diagnostic and quickly gave me an estimate for the repair. They had the car running smoothly in a short amount of time. They gave me updates all along the way. Very professional and reasonable.

Wasnt informed the diagnostic fee was NOT included in the bill until afterwards. As it was at Hardcore Tire. Not very professional. Once we decided to not do business with them they left our window down with the vehicle unlocked in an unattended parking lot until I could come pick up the vehicle hours later. Left the plastic door sound barrier on the inside ripped off and didnt put it back on. When questioned, I was told thats the way it was found and then they tried to tell me we were in fact the ones who took it off and they dont have the product to put it back on Are you kidding??? I then asked if we HAD decided to have it fixed here, would they have left the plastic ripped off? Then, magically they would have found a way to put it back. Oh? But I thought you just said you didnt have the product? Funny. Charged me to duct tape my window up since we werent getting it fixed there. The window was not up. But yet I got charged parts and labor. Comical. NEVER returning. Not sure how this place managed to get good reviews. By the way...a shop down the road quoted me HALF the price of what this place did to actually fix my window. This place SUCKS and customer service is a freakin joke. Dont waste your time and money at this low life company.
