My first experience with this pharmacy was really good. I called to have my address updated and to refill a prescription. The lady was very polite and accommodating and let me know when it will be ready for pickup. Will edit this with info regarding my pickup. So far, so awesome!π
This is one of the best Walgreens, the staff go out of there way to assist, Haley at the pharmacy was absolutely fabulous, she qickly handled our request. Its a great pleasure to deal with nice people, like the ones that work at Walgreens.
The customer service here is horrible. The pharmacy technicians and pharmacist is very rude. They do no follow up with you if there is a issue with your prescription. The manager really need to have a conversation with this staff regarding customer service. I will be taking my business to Publix pharmacy where they value their customers and communicate with you if there are issues regarding the prescription from your doctor.
Stopped in this store for the 1st time. The very large woman in the pharmacy was absolutely useless. Go to a different location for your pharmaceutical needs.
Covid vaccination review. The process is great handled well by the pharmacy and the tech who administers. However, they are using defective needles and I had to get stabbed twice for one vaccination due to defective needle. Ouch!
For a drugstore, this place is just alright. It usually has everything I need when I go, and weekly deals within the store, which is nice. The service isnt as bad in my experience as the other reviews I see on here, but I usually dont need any help when Im shopping there.. however, no one has ever asked me if I needed help, keeping their distance, possibly because of the covid situation...If youre like me, and prefer an undisturbed shopping experience, then this is a good place for that.
Since the change to Walgreens. The pharmacy service & knowledge has fallen. They call me continuously bordering on harassment. They donβt seem to understand insurance coverage. My experience has been frustrating, redundant and answering the same information repeatedly.Not a good experience- ever.
At least three employees at this pharmacy have been so rude and not helpful at all. Ive never been treated so rudely. I know theyre busy but they need to learn its how you say things to customers not exactly what you say.

I called to get two prescriptions refilled. I tried to go through automated system. I was transferred to store. I was put on hold at least three times, at one point someone answered and said oh my god then placed me back on hold. I addressed this with the person that FINALLY answered and they just brushed my complaint off. Then she advised me the link to my insurance was down and asked me if anyone explained that to me. How could they explain anything when they never picked up the phone. In my opinion extremely bad customer service.
I had not been in Walgreens for awhile due to the unfriendly service but thought Id try again. Not a good idea. Super unfriendly especially in the pharmacy area! Why dont local businesses understand that such unfriendly customer service makes people not want to shop there!
Greeted by cashier with a big smile. All employees said I walked by said good morning. The pharmacy had my prescription ready in less then 10 minutes while i was shopping. Im very pleased with your stores service!
Yes, pharmacy tech staff is rude. Definitely not concerned about customers. My experience took about 4 minutes. 3 waiting while tech started to check boxes in, 1 minute to say name, throw the prescription on the counter, check me out and say here you go. I miss Publix...they definitely pride themselves on customer service. And rightfully so.
I gave this place a few months, but Ive had consistently bad service from the pharmacy. The last straw was today-- not only were they out of stock on a new prescription medication I needed, (they said they MIGHT be able to get in a few days, but no promises), they were also out of flu shots. So-- they didnt have medicine, and they didnt have vaccinations on hand. What exactly is it you people do again? They also let me stand around for 10 minutes before they relayed this information to me. Yeah, taking my business elsewhere.
Used to be the best in town...not anymore. Customer service and helping people be well are no longer priorities. I took my business to CVS where the folks are friendly, helpful, and frankly a delight to do business with.
I stopped by to drop my prescription off like usual. Pulled up at the window and it took about 5 minutes for the lady to acknowledge me. She asked if it was a drop off or pick up and I replied drop off. She looked upset and very rudely said she could not process it. I asked what the problem was and she said it needed to be signed by my Dr. I told her this has been the same way every time I have been coming here and no one has every told me this. She made a big deal about it and got her supervisor. He held my prescription up and showed it to me and slowly repeated what the lady had said... AGAIN, RUDE! He called my Dr incompetent and said he should have done a better job... I asked him if this was such an important policy then why have I been able to fill my prescriptions there every other time before now? He blamed the other staff members and said he would have to write them up for violating state laws... I asked him what were my options and if he could just call my Dr and verify legitimacy. He said NO! Are you kidding me! What is more foolproof? Handwritten ink on a piece of paper? OR An interactive conversation with all legal information needed for 100% verification VIA MY DR!!! Absolutely amazed that these people are operating such an important business. I wonder if the owners or investors know of the incompetence at there soon to be failing establishment if they dont straighten up. Losing customers is the opposite of what they should be doing................................
I tried to give this pharmacy a chance also but everyone I encountered on my 3 trips there was rude and didnt do their job correctly. I have never had such a difficult time with any other Walgreens as I use them exclusively with my many prescriptions. They definitely need to be in a different line of work. Very sad! And shame on you!

Most of the time the pharmacy has great service, but not today I stood in line about 10 mins before I was acknowledged. My meds were ready. But they put it up . And didnt even call me and I was sitting in the waiting area. For about 20 mins. Was getting very irritated. Not happy with this visit.
The staff was extremely rude. Aside from it taking longer to fill the prescription they Seemed as though they were annoyed we were there. Not a pleasant experience... sticking to Publix were although they are busier and it may take longer, they are helpful and kind.

Needed a box. The lady in the photo department was helpful and went out of her way to assist me.
Terrible pharmacy. Uncommunicative, slow to respond, and just plain disrespectful of my time. Be prepared to wait for a ridiculous amount of time. Very disappointing. People in this line of work should have much better personalities and better communication skills.
It should never take 2 hours to fill a prescription. Either the staff is badly managed or the are all working blindfolded with one arm tied behind their back. And they didnt even seem apologetic. ....awful
I will have to agree that the staff are difficult at times. I also can say please dont let a ver bad apple spoil the bunch. I have always received my RX on time or ahead. Speed is in response is 100%However walk in. The drive thru will make you postal. One lane and people want to sit and hadle larger topics like insurance issues or Dr office problems and slow down the ONE lane. Other then the staffs not so friendly manner and drive through.... I would have give all stars!

Bought a green dot card doesnt work put money on it and its not letting me use my card talked to the manage to check the transaction history and she placed me on hold and never came back on the phone going to corporate

They have a prescription for three hours and fail to tell me it was out of stock. Then dont call it over to another store after they said they would. Worst service ever
Pharmacy staff VERY rude. How is it possible that the pharmacy has been open ONE MINUTE and yet, there is still a 30 minute wait quoted for a prescription to be filled? Then, on returning to pick it up, the tech didnt bother to run the insurance, so they tried to charge me 16.00 for a 69 cent prescription..and believe me, it wasnt the first one I ever had filled there! Ill find a new pharmacy.
