Love this store! Definitely need more storage baskets though! I do love the cloth ones i just bought though!

Guess what??? EVERYTHING ISNT $$$1 AT THE DOLLAR TREE, ANYMORE!!! OMG! ITS $1.25, NOW!!! WHATS THE DEAL??? If youre going to change the prices, YOU NEED TO TELL EVERYONE!!! AND, change the name to the $1.25 TREE STORE!!! Very disappointed! 🙁

Went in tonight with my little girl and saw cockroaches down the food aisle so I decided not to get any food!!! Went to check out and the cashier, MATTHEW, said JESUS CHRIST when I asked him to double bag one of the bags because it was a little overfilled. This guy either needs to be retrained on how to act professional OR he needs to be let go! Bad business, DOLLAR TREE!!!

Interesting place thats not even fit to be rated! Lots of items for a Dollar. The climate in the store is regulated by corporate. Therefore, if its 90° outside, its 100° inside the store in summertime and freezing in the wintertime. The air in the store is not circulated enough to be healthy. Lots of screaming kids, people coughing, shoppers destroying things, shoplifting and rude shoppers that run into people with their carts and are verbally abusive. The parking lot is another story. Its trashy, people driving not paying attention, and theres parking lot business going on there too.

Always a good experience at the crossville dollar tree. Great girl checked me out.

Its such a nice store! I have never been in this particular store that I havent been greeted with a friendly hello and a smile. Clean. It doesnt get 5 stars because they never have the air on enough. Its way too warm in there.

Always clean and organized, the people are so nice. If only the craft section would stay stocked up! (No fault of the company, just the customers!)

Found what I wanted, and it was still $1.00.

Today was my 1st time in Dollar Tree since this virus started. Boy was I in for a wonderful surprise! They have made a HUGE CRAFT SECTION!! One entire side if an entire aisle it s All CRAFT SUPPLIES. And great, useful items! The store was well stocked of their other regular items and they had a nice variety of outdoor & gsrden decor as well as holiday party planning supplies. And the not only had cleaning products, but also all paper products and even HAND SANITIZER! They had several cashier lines open so there was no long lines and no long waiting. Unfortunately my cashier was a bit on the unhappy/slightly rude side. Maybe just having a bad day. Overall, one of the better shopping visits in recent times & it was nice that stuff was put out on the shelves and not just stacked up in boxes blocking aisles or sitting stacked taking up the shopping carts.

Like shopping at this place and the products well worth buying.

While i understand the new hours of operation, I drove all the way over here to pick up ONE item. I arrived at 7:54 pm...giving me 6 minutes to grab some antibiotic ointment. The overweight young man with curly hair saw me walking up, ran and locked the door and wouldnt let me in. Your sign says 8 pm...not 7:54 pm. Then, when I called, the young man HUNG UP ON ME when i asked him what time they lock the doors. When I called back, the manager Sherry refused to give me his name. That is fine, I will comeback every day until I find it and will not be satisfied until he is either reprimanded, given more training as a CSR, or released from the company for his poor customer service skills and lack of common human decency.

Most of the time the people that work there always friendly and I love all the great deals!

Love this store!

Dated and in need of repairs. Our whirlpool tub drain stopper wont stop the water from draining when its closed. The hot water heater isnt big enough to fill the tub with warm water, let alone hot water. The corner of my nightstand has been knocked off and the jagged edges remain. This place has good bones but its not currently up to par.

I love shopping at the. Dollar tree. You just cannot beat the prices. Also, the products are equal t0 any other store that sell for higher prices.

Need more cashiers, and stock help. Aisles were filled with boxes of merchandise needing to be put on shelves. A good place to put in your application!

Isle are always a mess and stock is never put away...

Thank you for bringing the new manager to this Dollar Tree. Dennie has really worked hard to get this store clean, and the shelves full. She has new employees that are friendly and hard working. Big difference in this store since she transferred from the Fairfield Glade store.

Had alot of really good Halloween stuff.

This new location is already showing neglect. There is stuff in the floor aisles and the place looks messy. The challenging part is checking out. The check-out clerks are slow and disconnected from the process, unless they want to yuck it up with someone they know, regardless of anyone else in line. They typically open another register when you are next in line, just so people in the end of the line can get checked out before you. The problem with this store are the employees.

Whats not to love about a place where everythings a buck or less. Good variety, in a clean, & generally uncluttered store. Workers tend to be busy but helpful none the less. One casheer has an English accent. I like to hear her talk. Friendly place in general.

Pay a dollar for a lot of everyday items that you pay $3-$4 for every where else.. Dont be snooty,be frugal and wise.

Poor customer service, manager more worried about taking boxes to the back instead of helping her staff! 2 cashiers with lines going way back in the store have to stop ringing people up to fill balloons. So all if us wait and wait while the manager does everything in her power to NOT help! Just ignores that both lines are very long, pretending to be busy, like it would kill her to help, sad
