Ive always had a good experience at this particular Food City. For instance tonight I didnt realize what time it was and I left to go get a few things. I walked in FC door at 11:52. They didnt tell me I couldnt shop instead greeted me with a smile. I was so very thankful I got what I needed to get. Thanks to Food City (3rd shift) on West Ave! I appreciate the kindness!! 🙂

I like getting my meat at Food City because the have certified Black Angus meats and they have Gerber chicken. I used to work at an Amish restaurant for 13 years. We only used Gerber. It was delivered from the Amish every day . No hormones, no preservatives, vegetarian diet, etc. We sold over 500lbs of chicken a day. Highly recommend it.

Place was great! Ive have always got my meat and dry ice here they are ALWAYS busy and will still try to help you. Hometown store!

I went to the downtown Food City. It was great. A lady named Pat helped me with steak selection a couple of weeks ago. She was wonderful. All of the staff is well trained, personable and professional. Pat went the extra mile both times!! I do not like to shop, but the staff makes it very pleasant.

Prices are good. Great selection.They have enough cashiers and baggers so you dont wait in line forever like Wallyworld.

First time in a food city...clean store with lots of options...the in store made sushi and the bison was amazing

Friendly service but need to be more aware of people waiting at customer service desk or need a way to alert someone. Stood there for about 5 min before having to get someone. Dont much care for there prices.

We shop Food City exclusively. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I love the produce. The butchers go out of their way to get the best cuts of meat.

Good food great choices if eating fresh food is with in your list of priorities.Beats fast food joints hands down...Unless you are to lazy to cook and or have no taste buds in your mouth to tell the difference.

Weve been getting our groceries here for a very long time. Because they have a store next to our house its very convenient. Their prices are very reasonable and their fuel bucks save us quite a bit on our 20 gallons of gas every few weeks. Great service, good selection, good prices.

So far the fruit bowls have been perfect we like most of the things in the deli. We do most of shopping there. If the fruit bowls keep being as good as they are 5 stars will be come soon. Thanks.

I don’t care much for their prices. Lots of hurried young folks in here not sure where they are all going. The coffee shop always keeps them coming I guess. Their bathrooms are nothing to write home about. Produce prices are higher than Whole Foods, it is crazy. Also, the check out lines do not respect their elders. I get unsettled just coming here, but still better than Walmart I guess.

It is absolutely disgraceful for a manager to not assist his coworker on the floor to help her out. Then, walk by the customer as if they do not matter. Not a pleasant shopping experience.

Always have a good experience with food city

A well stocked grocery store with a Starbucks inside. Very good fruits and vegetables. Meat choices seem a bit limited, but might just be the times of day when I shop (early morning).

My favorite grocery store their produce is fantastic . Great meat department some of the prices are a bit high but its still a great place to shop for most items .

My go to grocery store, I normally LOVE it. That being said, I ordered a cake (simple white and chocolate 2 layer 6 cake) for our elopement. Go to pick it up and they marked the wrong day to the date and sold it. Never called to verify pickup, just sold it. Makes an all white small cake to pacify. Wasnt happy, but took it anyway. Was disappointed to say the least. The florist couldnt get what we wanted, but worked with us, so kudos to those ladies.

Started use the go cart when COVID-19,took over our lives. It has been a god sent, service. Probably will continue using because their fee for this, is cheap.

Excellent deli foods, especially the crescent stuffed with either chicken salad, pimento cheese, tuna salad egg salad. The barbeque ones were exceptional also

I love shopping here they have great deals and the only place I will grocery shop.

Great place if you dont feel like fighting the crowds at Kroger. So much easier to pick up a few things and get out quickly.

Can u say AWESOME?? I asked a salesperson behind the pizza bar if they sell pizza crust, and she explained that they had it for sale and that it was frozen. After she got 4 of them for me (I have a husband, and 3 teenage boys in highschool who love to eat), she went thru a thorough dissertation on how to thaw them and the best way to do it, what temp they should be cooked at, and what kind of bowl they should thaw out in. I was thoroughly impressed!! Thank you, queen of the pizzas at Food City!!!

Visited the store for a special request and a store assistant manager was very helpful.

A very cean store with helpful staff.Plenty of groceries and an onsite butcher, plus beer and wine sales.No Alcohol sales before 8:00am on weekdays & Saturdays and 10:00am on Sundays.There is an onsite pharmacy, gas station and a Starbucks coffee shop.The lobby has an ATM as well as a Tennessee Lottery self service kiosk and a few claw arcade games to win stuffed animal type prizes.

Overpriced but if you need a few items its okay. Never any crowds

They dont put salt out when it snows so watch your step! The service is rude. But its relatively easy to find everything!

We live about an hour or so away but we camp in the state park out there. We started shopping here because they always have the best selections in their meat dept and the store is always well stocked. Not to mention it is always clean and the prices are fair.

Had always thought very highly of COVID protocol at Food City. Was in there late yesterday evening. Very few cars. Staff was good, most of them masked . But the CUSTOMERS! Large number of teenagers with families- none of them masked nor respecting 6 ft distancing. This makes grocery store workers frontline workers. This is not right. I urge Food City to please protect their staff and refuse service to customers who come in clusters, who will not stay away from other customers and who will not wear masks the entire time that they are in the store.

This was a great visit. We were spoken to or greeted by a number of employees. I have never seen a store so well and so neatly stocked. I was very impressed with their fresh meat and seafood case. I wish we didnt live 90 minutes away, because we would shop here frequently.

Went in to check out the new remodel and see what changes had been made. Looked really nice inside and it looked like they have expanded their produce section. The seafood section looked and smelled fresh as well, will start shopping here I think

Its become the best food shopping center in Crossville. Clean, shelves stocked, employees are helpful. But would NOT recommend curb side ordering and pick up. Items were left off list, or substituted for the most expensive or largest size.

I really love the food, but Ive stood in line while the deli employees chat and look disappointed they had to finally stop to help me. Last time there were no lids for to go deli and I asked for some and the girl said I dont know where they are, so I asked if she could get some as I couldnt buy without a lid driving an hour home, she said yes, walked away and went behind the counter and refused to acknowledge me again. They have the best chicken salad, well, they did, seems employees are creating their own recipes as they are now adding mustard and there is barely any meat, dropping with onions, mustard and mayo now, really, really gross, tastes like a very sweet, oniony egg salad, not good, myself and a bunch from work loved it up until they hired someone(s) who likes to do what they want instead of what they are told, too bad. Ill try them again now and then and will update if the situation changes, but, please, FOOD CITY, customers pay for your employees.

Exceptional experience. This Food City has a Starbucks and what amounts to a restaurant within the store. Gas station next door making this basically your one stop shopping center. Great prices and sales, awesome location and friendly/helpful employees.

My boyfriend and I love the new remodel they have done great job. The food bar was good great prices and friendly staff. The store look very nice.
