Communication was great - when the tech who was supposed to come called in sick, the manager called to let us know what was going on and that they would be a few minutes late, and came himself with another guy, who were able to assess the situation. The technician at Sneider Heating And Cooling was fantastic! We have a water heater being used as a boiler for our radiant floor, and had some trouble with it last year. It was fixed, but by a guy that didnt have a clue how the system worked. He diagnosed the problem on his semi-annual maintenance trip, installed a new thermostat, bleed the system for air bubbles, and got the heater running better than ever.
