The store was nice and clean. I havent been to a bed bath & beyond in a while. So I was surprised they no longer have their wrapping center. Which was always nice.

I love bed bath and beyond but especially for their clearance section. You can find good supplements, protein powders, ect. On clearance in the vitamin/supplement section. Also the big clearance section always has tons of good stuff in it. Only downside is I can look through the stuff for hours!

Felt like I couldnt shop there. Two employees in the front were doing nothing but watching me and kept approaching me and and making small talk and I felt pressured and it was way too annoying. I like to take my time shopping and figuring out what to get for my place and where would I put my decorations. Should I really have to explain this to employees? Im very hesitant to go back, I mean theres more stuff Id like to get but I dont want this type of experience again.

Emily at the Crystal Lake BB&B was such a BIG HELP!! She even got me a cart when I realized the folding chair was a little more than I could handle. Everyone seems like they’re in such a good mood. You don’t see that very often!!

Except for the kitchen utensils they dont really sell anything with bright, vibrant colors. I was really disappointed!! Everything they sell is beige, brown, cream gray! Boring!!!

This last time I went there, the store was pretty busy. I was looking for a specific item, couldnt find it, then left. The store looked clean and it appeared that things have more space around them. There were a lot of wall displays that looked kind of empty. I was looking for sage green bed sheets which are really hard to get anywhere. BB&B was no exception. ☹.

I had bought a makeup mirror & it was still brand new. I took it back because the light on it wasnt that bright. I took it back to the store in Crystal Lake. I had lost my receipt so they wouldnt let me return it? What kind of policy is that? I will never shop at a Bed, Bath, Beyond ever again if their policy is you cant return an item without a receipt.

BB & B had always been a favorite even though their stores are PACKED to the gills. However, lately, stock has deceased & there is actually room to move between aisles. I wonder if theyre going out of business???

Beware of the same day delivery. They are using Shipit and doordash and have no visibility. My order still hasnt arrived days later.

Store#190 Crystal Lake. Absolutely Love Bed Bath & Beyond.... Only 2 problems....#1. The price checkers did Not work, All of them kept doing the circle thing searching for Internet, so a few other customers & I couldnt chk the price...Which wouldnt have been an issue had #2 They put the sale price tags on items that wer on SALE......NONE of The Items (HAIR TOOLS) I purchased Had a Sale tag or sign. Just original reg. price shelf tag. I like to see whats on sale!!!! Makes me wonder about the other items i put back cause i wasnt aware they wer actually on SALE!🤷😁 Our Cashier was Awesome and Very Knowledgeable on a few of the products i purchased and gave me a few tips...She Answered my questions on Return policy & coupons i had. She also asked if i needed a gift receipt which was great! The receipt does Not have her Name on it but she was SUPER and definitely is a keeper!!

Subpar customer service overall. Very little flex flexibility when it comes to using coupons. No empowerment for cashiers to override store policy. Lack of knowledge from store associates.

Was an exciting day as i recently got a brand new bed. walking into bed bath & beyond i was a bit overwhelmed by the ten trillion bedding options that were available. luckily with the help of a friendly melinda, i was able to find the perfect set and after one nights sleep, can confirm sheex was worth the money!

Nick was very helpful and patient with me at this location. He helped me in a timely manner and offered to carry the heavier supplies I needed. I would come back again!

We were in your store today and had terrific service. The manager came up and gave us a 20% off coupon if we went online. But the best was Erica waited on us at checkout. She was delightful! She was quick, knew exactly what she was doing and was friendly and smiling the whole time. She’s definitely a keeper.

This store has quite a bit more than you would think of. Considering the name one might think its just bedding and such but the and beyond that makes it worth going to check out. Yes they have bath stuff and bedding but also a great selection of cookware and many items that you might not consider when thinking of the name. Check it out and youll probably find many more things that youll need at some time. You have to spend some time in there to realize everything they have to offer. Youll like it.

Went in looking for a Queen sized bed cover. Seemed like every time I turned around or looked lost there was an employee there to help me. You cant even find a person in an entire store in some places but here there was someone nearly in every department. I had a few questions on picking the right cover out and the clerk walked through the different ones until I understood the variations in the products and standards they were classified with.Good job.I bought one!

A lot of appliances and house hold goods available, with a wide variety from high end to basic needs. A lot of options yo choose from.

Last year my now husband and I had the pleasure of working with a lovely auburn red haired lady who helped put our registry together. She was sweet and energetic. Explained what would be the best things to place on our registry and why. She was an amazing representative for the brand.However, today is probably the worst examples of customer service. After being told I couldn’t buy gift cards with my gift card I had began to walk away to text my husband if there was anything he would rather have. I notice Disney gift cards and wanted clarification that I couldn’t even get those because those are 3rd party gift cards. I will admit I was annoyed, but not at the young man who was graciously answering my questions. He was doing his job and had a smile even after my questions. His coworker who was working interjected that trying to buy gift cards with a gift card is money laundering. That in itself was fine and I understood that. So I continue texting. I now hear the one gracious gentleman say “she had an attitude”. I let it go because there could have been another guest while I was texting. I then hear his coworker go “what?” And he repeats his sentiment. “She had a bite” to them his coworker responded “yeah, She was trying to use gift cards” So I now know she is referencing me. I called her out about it and asked directly “Are you talking about me?” After that I just put on my most professional face and made small talk. The coworker attempts small talk and is now pleasant. What she saw was a foreign looking woman with 2, albeit, clearance items and gift cards. Did she think I didn’t understand English? I was only 5 feet away from her and the young man while they had their employee banter. You better believe I walked out and called the manager. I don’t want anything from you, other than you to learn tact and courtesy. This one horrible experience overshadows the good work that happens here. Good job at representing ignorance.

I wanted to buy a mug from this store and later found out it was only available online. When I went in, one of the workers was very kind and attentive to helping me order the product I wanted. She helped me get free shipping and the mug only took two days to ship. It was a fast, easy, and painless experience and I always like coming back to this store. Items can be pricy if you do not use a 20% off coupon, but as long as you are part of the email or text club with them, you get coupons often.

My wife and I feel many of their items are over priced. Example, $189 for bed sheets? We bought a toaster a few weeks back for $89 and it lasted a week. It will intermittently only toast one side of the bread. The info in the box says we cant take it back to the store. Not a happy consumer at this point. Should have bought the toaster at Kohls because they have a fantastic return policy.

This store has alot of nice things.So give yourself a good couple of hours to look at everything in the store. Happy shopping

Disappointing... dirty, messy and generally disorganized, this store is not what I expected. Ive been to the Schaumburg location and so I expected the same level of cleanliness, service and stock. Not here... if you are looking for registry items like dishes, this location might not have it in stock. The dishes area was tiny... also, sales associates didnt seem very with-it, friendly or motivated. Whos running the ship over here? It just wasnt the level of service I expected. Also, no wrapping area.

This store has an awesome coffee selection and a lot of great kitchen stuff my wife likes. We bought some measuring cups and spoons there.

They have everything you need for your kitchen, bathroom and bedroom from a linens / knick-knack perspective. I was looking for one of those side-of-the-can opener (that doesnt leave a sharp edge) and od course they had it. A little tough to find stuff because there is so much of it, however the staff seems to know where everything is.

Store personnel are always pleasant and helpful. 20 percent off coupons make for wonderful deals.

They have a lot unusual things, their prices are pretty good. And you can get good discount coupons in email.

The person who said its now a dress barn is thinking of linens n things. BBB is still open and by sports authority. This store is small, pretty cramped, not a great selection compared to the other area BBB stores, I wish they would upgrade it.

Huge store and a great selection of facial mask and other products you do not see in any other cosmetic or skin care type store. There clearance prices and selectionof nail polishes, hair care, cosmetics and foot care is fantastic!

The store is very crowded with things hanging out into the aisles and blocking paths everywhere. Its very hard to go more than 10 ft without a DVD screen blaring an advertisement at you. Not interested in going back here ever.
