Their hours are incorrect on their Google places, drove all the way to the store to find out they close at 5pm instead of 6pm. TEERIBLE customer service from Maria. I arrived there at 4:50ish and was asked by Maria the reason I was there today. I told her that I was getting a new line (new activation) and she said she closed at5 PM and that she had another customer to help to activate a new line for them. I asked if there was anyway she could help out to activate the new line since the website said they close at six (so I was still under the impression that they closed at six). She said I’m going to help someone else activate a line and I close at five. Therefore, I’ll take my business somewhere else. Terrible customer service and rude Associate! P.S. They also take forever to answer the phone!!!!!

Our Phone number got stolen from Boost Mobile and put onto Metro, the customer service at the location was phenomenal and I would recommend going to this location

Well i was here this morning at 1030 to get a new phone and it says they open at ten and Ive waited quite a while but I guess they dont open til later or something

Maria stated it was required for me to purchase additional warranty in order to receive free phone because Corporate required it. When I asked to see the paper she was pointing to behind the desk she stated she couldnt share with customers. Called the Manager Augustine (Woody) and after long conversation he admitted that is something they choose to do at that store. Always be an educated consumer and never let people try and force products that are not required.

I walk in to 6 people not wearing masks.... A woman is at the desk and is talking to another woman... I was told to come to the desk... the other lady didnt move away she was literally 6 inches away from me... She then starts talking over me to the woman standing next to me.... then proceeds to tell me she cant help me and to go to the mchenry store.... i show up there and it is closed....

When you go online the Google says they are open until 5pm. I am here now. Its 1pm, its dark inside and the doors are locked. You need to update the hours to reflect when youre really open, I just wasted time and gas for nothing!!!!

Hours are displayed on door. However, they are never open. When they are open you cant get anyone to come out of the back to help you. Horrible customer service.

I bought a Samsung A 51 and the Internet does not work, supposedly it is 5G but it does not work, it is slow like 2G or 3G I already went to the store and they did not help me, they told me to call customer service, and supposedly they updated the antennas but it did not help either .I also bought a Motorola and it still does not work. I bought a similar Motorola in another store and the internet works excellent.But buying from this store is a disappointment. So I do not recommend it buy better in another store.
