Erin at this location is Exceptionally nice. She answered all of the questions I had didnt rush me and was overall very nice. Great customer service ! Shirt wait times. I usually dont review but this location deserves a good word. This is a 5th time Im at this location and the employees always go above and beyond.

So my friends car broke down at the drive throu. The Starbucks employees did such a great job on helping us out. They came out and made sure we were ok. They made sure that we didnt feel bad or anything. Thank you all so much for the help. You guys are the best team at Starbucks. Just wow so thankful.

Everyone is so nice there I have a great experience except idk if she is the owner but older lady blonde hair was extremely rude and snaps at people like calm down and don’t make your other employees look bad 😂

They make good drinks but I might have to stop coming to this particular location. One of their baristas is straight up rude, will ask How are you then completely ignore your response when you ask how she is, and will put her finger up to hush you when replying other times to take the next order. Maybe she just doesnt like me, because Ive seen her happily chat with other customers. Im just disheartened after coming here and having her be the one to help me, not the way I want to start my days.

Absolutely made my day going to this location. The man with the blonde hair was extremely nice and professional when we told him we had some car troubles. It absolutely made my day how warm and inviting he was also offering us any help he could provide. I will definitely choose this Starbucks over many others in the future.

Everytime I order the same drink it is a bit it miss if it will be good. Apparently they do not always flow recipe. Sometimes it is absolutely delicious and others watering or just taste different.

If you want a location that is less busy than some of the others, this is it. I thought the Vanilla Latte could have been a little frothier, but Im splitting hairs here. The staff is always friendly and the egg white wrap was pretty damn good.

They always get my drink right - in fact, they know it so well that when my husband tried to order it wrong - they recognized it and asked if it was for me and made it the way I like it! This store is lovely! Its always impeccably clean, the drinks are made to perfection every time, and the staff is just wonderful! Paige, Anthony, Kate, Sarah, Sam, Becky, Lisa, Michelle, Nate Brandon, Mary, Amanda, David, etc. you guys are all incredible! You kill it everyday with the customer service, drinks, and cleanliness. 10/10.

I decided to try something new this time around at Starbucks. I gave the Iced Cloud Caramel Macchiato a whirl. It did not disappoint my friends. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys the savory sweet caramel flavor and whipped foam layered with espresso. It was actually heavenly. Kudos Starbucks! I will be ordering this again. The cool thing is I can get it leaded (caffeinated) in the morning and unleaded (decaffeinated) later on so Im not hyped up at bedtime.

If you have a custom drink, its hit or miss if they get it right.

Like the app and rewards along with almond milk sugar free mocha and one pump of pepperment.

I went through the drive-thru yesterday on Valentine’s Day and the gentleman working the window (who reminded me so much of Troye Sivan) was so kind and helpful. I will make it a point to come back to this specific Starbucks for very fast and pleasant service. Usually my breakfast sandwich comes out cold in the middle at other stores but it was perfectly warmed and my drink was delicious.

Excellent service with a smile. Surprisingly, unlike, other Starbucks locations that have an integrated drive through - this location seems to have its timing on point.There is seldom a line here (except the morning and lunch time rush), and the orders are always pretty spot on. Drinks are made accordingly and are always served by a smiling face.Most certainly among my favorite of the Starbucks locations in McHenry county.

Once again, great friendly quality service and good drinks, hot or cold. I just cant give any starbucks 5 stars because in my opinion the high prices lower the overall value you receive.

Love your coffee!!! Hate your restrooms.I get the transgender stuff, but as a female, I dont want to look at a disgusting urinal filled with urine. I also dont want to have to put the toilet seat down. That certainly ruined my taste for my lemon pound cake.

There was girl at the window that took our order. She tried to talk so fast to get us through and she wasn’t listening because she got our order wrong and didn’t care to make it right. I would rather not feel like one in a heard of cattle. That is not friendly or serving the people.

Even busy the service disnt take long. Often seems like no one knows who is supposed to take care of customers at the register. Counters always seem sticky or dirty. But everyone is always friendly.

Nice staff, they are always accommodating... I usually start my day here and they have always been great. Some may think this is what is expected at Starbucks, but I pass many other Starbucks (who are not as friendly) to come here to start my day.

Clean fast service. Bar barista was great love how she sticks to standards an goes above an beyond. Store is always clean. All baristas helping each other. Moves smoothly.

Came here after church and got a chai tea latte with classic syrup and extra foam. Oh my WORD!! It was literally the BEST chai latte I have ever gotten. I came and ordered three drinks and they were prepared quickly and efficiently! Im still in love with how good mine tastes. I wish I could come here more often, but living over an hour away makes it hard. If I didnt need a ride from one of my friends, I would make the long trip down here.

HORRIBLE GRADE SCHOOL EXPERIENCE. SERVICE SUCKED. Ordered a green tea frap with no classic nor mellon add raspberry girl taking my order thought that was super funny had to repeat my order then the entire time i waited for my drink she was talking about me like she was in elementary school. She said theres no Mellon taste with classic, I explained I order this all the time and never had a problem. Maybe they should hire a little more mature minded people. Im not a clown and fyi everyones taste buds are different genius.
