Great ice cream shop.

Ice Cream cake!! So much better than than ice cream cakes at that other ice cream place. Order early, website says 24 hours, but they say 48. The manager worked some magic to get our birthday girl her cake. Thank you!

Went to pick up ice cake for my son birthday ordered 2 boxes of coffe everything was supposed to be ready for pick up i got there first they couldnt locate where te cake is than i found out they have to make the coffee cuz nothing was ready yet after being already late for the party they give me overfilled boxes that looked like well see the picture yourself Jaxon or whatever his name was was totally clueless about anything that was going on never going back for business to that place again horrible horrible experience and Service

Was super helpful even when orders seemed to be messed up. Were really nice about taking care of us and correcting issues.

Very Disappointed. Today Was My Last Visit. Dont Have Items On Your Menu If You Cant Make Them. Also, Dont Charge Extra For Something Then Forget To Add It In(Literally Stealing Money From Me At That Point)

Website and google search shows they close at 11 pm. Yet when we stopped at 10:30 pm today, 2 girls were outside smoking not wanting to work. Either they are getting paid for the hr and avoiding work or they are taking their own breaks while lying to customers. Where is management ??

Ice cream is good... quite cold. Pint size ice cream didnt seem to be full though when I got them home. Also, speaker quality in drive through is horrible... they need to get that fixed. Had to pull around and wait in a parking spot for ice cream to come out, and it seems like they took car of everyone else in line before bringing our order out.

I love baskin robbins but this location is not the best. The ice cream was all frost bit and i had ice chuncks and shavings in my scoops. The lids they lift over the ice creams were off the hinges and fell into the ice cream tubs. Staff was nice at least.

The building itself sometimes seems to be in slight dissaray but my interactions with staff here have always gone well. I cant say that I recommend any of the food items sold here but the dairy products are usually pretty good. Would be a four star but the occasional presence of wasps and other bugs makes the experience so so.

Very friendly place smiling staff members, excellent customer service, nice sitting area little hard to get out of parking lot to go left other than that no issues o yea restrooms are clean as well as place itself

Just left the drive thru and had the worst experience ever! They were rude and didn’t even have many of the flavors that the girl told us they had. We were given our drinks and told to taste them and if they were to watery that she would fix them, so she took them back, I then watched as she took the drink dumped it back into the blender and added a scoop or two more of ice cream to thicken it. I’m no health expert but I don’t think you’re supposed to do that... and then they forgot one of my shakes so I proceeded to ask for my missing shake and the man started to throw a blender into the sink and be rude to me and everyone in my car... they also didn’t give us straws so we went down the road to McDonald’s where they gladly gave us straws. I’ve never ever had such a horrible experience at a restaurant In my life I will not be going back!

This place is just down right foul. You can smell the rotting dairy residue as soon as you walk in. Theres cracks in the floor tiles near the front left corner were a steady stream of bugs was coming in while we were there. I dont know who runs the Crystal Lake area establishments but they should be fired. At least bring in someone who has enough pride in his work to hire people who clean things properly. And the attitude on some of these people is just atrocious.

Sam provided great, fabulous, friendly service. We are glad to have gotten great customer service, on this vist. We will continue to come back to this Baskin Robins. As service has improved at this current Baskin Robins location. Makes life easyer for the customer, when customer service is excellent.

The girl that was working was awesome very helpful

The number of times i have had a bad experience at this place is ridiculous. Today I ordered 2 small shakes. 1 mint the other being chocolate. I got, 1 mint shake that didnt taste like mint because they had put a banana in it and not to mention they filled 3/4 of the cup, I also got a chocolate shake in a medium cup filled 1/4 of the way. If this isnt enough for you, one of the people working there dropped an iced coffee all over the place while freaking out calling for help. If only someone else could have seen the stupidity of the 3 people working there. The man that took my orders was also laughing about 75% of the time messing around. All in all, the workers are awful 50% of the time and the only reason i gave 2 stars is because i have had at least 1 good experience here. DO NOT come here expecting anything special.
