The lady was super nice even though we came in kind of late. Lots of flavors and a very friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend the Blue Moon ice cream.

Great ice cream. Unfortunately none of the employees are wearing masks which is problematic as their customers are a lot of unvaccinated children.

Been coming here since I was like 16 and I love it. They just made a custom cake for me and my company party and it turned out perfectly. I had at least 13 out of the 20 people come up and personally ask where I got the cake because it was the best theyve had.

Good icecream, but its kinda outdated

Both my nephew and I got one scoop in a cone and both of ours had hair in the ice cream. It has happened before when the place is really busy and I didn’t care much because I felt bad for the busy workers. But there were maybe two other people in the store so I don’t see any excuse now.

Not as good as Baskin-Robbins, but its in a great location. Its nice to get a scoop and then window shop up and down the main Crystal Lake drag. Cheaper than BR.

The ice cream is good and the staff is friendly. The deals may not be amazing but its a great place to bring friends or family. If a school event just got out expect crowds, otherwise its usually pretty quiet.

During the crystal lake parade holiday parade, we stopped in for a bathroom break. We walked in and asked to use it and the young guy behind the counter pointed us to the back, we thanked him and headed back. We walked our three girls in back so they go and while the girls took turns the women working in the shop was cursing and yelling about us using the bathroom, (there is no sign posted anywhere in or on the store saying that the bathroom is for patrons only.) We had planned on buying hot chocolate before we left but instead We hurried the kids and made our way to the exit. The woman that was cursing started yelling at us as we left the store. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. This is somewhere we stop every year during the parade, NEVER AGAIN. No one deserves to be treated this way and the way she was swearing unexceptionable. Don’t patron this place unless you want to be verbally assaulted.

Husband loved his butter pecan. I had the strawberry, which was way too sweet for my taste and I ended up throwing it away. Overpriced, but okay.

The staff was really patient and friendly. In the summer, the location is open late. They have many flavors of ice cream to chose from. Will be going back!!

Worked there for a few years in highschool. When I worked there the staff was paid below minimum wage (if you were under 18) due to some legal loop hole about small businesses.Make sure you tip if you like the service.
