2021-10-09 Still waiting for the firmware update for the UIS-522B and UIS-622B, 2 Outlet IP switches to fix the Power-on delay. No matter what the setting is for Power-on delay for Outlet1, it always powers up ~ 30 seconds after you power cycle the switch. It does work correctly when you do a Reset.

The equipment arrived on time and it was packaged extremely well. After connecting the wiring and changing out the ear piece to the one that fit, it is wonderful! Now I can move around freely throughout the office and not worry about running to answer the phones when they ring. The sound on the ear piece is clear and precise. The ear piece is very light weight, you almost forget you have it on.

Outstanding customer support.

Ordered 10 Yealink T46G Phones over $1,500 worth and were sent Verizon branded version of the phone. They will not take back the phones even though I tried returning them within their 30 day period. Their policy is no returns on phones and they will not budge. Do not buy from them! They are horrible to deal with and will rip you off.

Called in with a strick nat issue. They spoke like they knew what they were talking about and sold me a MBR1400 Router. So I call for support and NOPE- It wont work. I had to Have a Static IP,.. so that took just over 30 days...so you guessed it - NOPE it didnt work AND they will not refund. Stay away !! Keep your money, stay with a well known brand.
