George was a 5 star but Pam is a -1. Each time I called she was so nasty and belittling because she wasn’t making any money on a return. George went out of his way to help but she actually said she was tired of helping for free (when all I was calling for was a direct phone number for the manufacturer). They lost no money and I understand George took time out to make a phone call and help with a selection. She has no people skills or cares about customer service. I would never recommend her for anyone or anything.

I now have the most beautiful antique wicker chair cushions ever. Comfy, beautiful and truly my favorite pieces of furniture. Never had anything reupholstered before, going to Mueller Interiors was my best decision. They walked me through the entire process and offered the largest selection of materials Ive ever seen. Friendliest and very knowledgeable helping me through the entire process. The work was completed faster than expected. and the price was pretty wonderful too. Thank you very much. Mary Kay

I had chair seats recovered several years ago by Mueller Interiors and was so pleased I went to them again when we decided to do some furniture updates for our great room. While there I fell in love with a sectional sofa in the show room. We did not want a sectional but everything else about the fabric and style was perfect! No problem, Pam explained that it could be ordered as a single sofa. Problem solved, I ordered two for our great room. They were delivered last week and we love them and so does everyone else! Thank you Pam and George, your patience, knowledge and exceptional customer service is so appreciated. We have already referred friends to Mueller Interiors and they are just as impressed. Re-upholstered a platform rocker and ottoman for us. George was loads of help locating fabrics and making recommendations.The pieces were completed so very quickly, finished AND delivered - right around the Holidays! On top of that, they saved to good bits they found INSIDE the chair; car keys and a small game cartridge.Thank you George and Pam. Job well done!

I met the Muellers several years ago when I was searching for Decorator Services to re-decorate my home. I have been very pleased with the kindness and patience Pam has shown me. I have purchased furniture, Hunter Douglas shades and color coordination services (picking out paint colors for my entire home) from them.. Great service from Pam and George. Had some dining chairs reupholstered which turned out excellent and recently purchased a large roller shade for a living room window. Give them a try if youre thinking of purchasing window treatments, rugs, fabrics, or furniture for your home.

What a delightful couple - their expertise in upholstery and decoration is outstanding. They will re-upholster an antique sofa, and helped us choose rugs and drapes. We were able to, finally, make a decision on how to furnish one of our rooms, and they will ship to us tables, chairs, etc.. It was a great day for us, and a nice surprise to find such wonderful and experienced people.

We just received our sofa today that George and Pam reupholstered and it looks wonderful!!They offered a large selection of beautiful fabrics, so many possibilities that I needed their opinion to finalize my choice. LOVE IT.They make a great team; both equipped with knowledge, great taste, and professionalism. I will recommend Muellers to everyone.

Thank you, Pam, for selling us such quality blinds, and it was worth the price paid. And, also for your pick of the specific color shade - four (4) binds total - and, three (3) were motorized. NOTE: If I could do that original order over again, I would have purchased all four blinds with the battery pack motors. And, Dave, the installation guy, was professional and easy to work with during the final “tweaking” of each of those blinds. You would think that those Morgan Hill (McHenry, IL) town home window frames would be squared - NOT. Those contractors just “slapped” those window frames together, and just moved on to the next framing job - where was the quality check on those completed frames? What a joke.
