Auto Zone where they only want to replace a battery if it’s easy to get to. Instead I was sold a spray that I was told would fix the issue. $10 later I still have a dead battery

My fiancé prepaid for a part the guy asked if he wanted to pick it up or have it delivered. He chose it to be delivered, we it’s was suppose to be there by Monday and no part came. We went up there today to see where the part was the manager was rude and said we don’t deliver parts shipped to the house but if that’s where it was going then it went there and said next.
More than not seems like your item has to be ordered or brought from somewhere. But regardless most of the time their prices are very competitive so whatcha gonna do?

Went in to get clips that hold the molding into the trunk on my car. Also found an upgrade LED bulb for one of my tail lights. However they did not have the LED front and back turn signals in Amber.

On my way to Birmingham for work appointment. The car started running rough. I limped it to Autozone in Brewton Al. 7am. The manager unlocked the door for me. I told him that I needed the codes reader. He gave me one. Told me to bring it back in and he would find what codes came up. The #2 cylinder misfire. I was able to replace the coil and back on the road in less than an hour. That is why Autozone is my first choice for parts.

Amazing service! I know nothing about vehicles and had been by two other parts stores that day to figure out what was wrong with my truck and got no answers whatsoever! So, I decided to stop at AutoZone and Parts Manager, Chris D. was quick to offer to help me out. He read my check engine light codes, checked my battery, starter and alternator, and also gave me a print out of everything the tests showed that was wrong with my truck. Not only did he diagnosis the issues, he also explained what the issues were and printed out the results, plus the pictures of the parts and their prices as well. He also recommended a very honest and friendly mechanic that would deliver his services no matter where I was broken down day or night. As far as Im concerned, Cullman AutoZone is the best parts store with the most professional and helpful staff of any parts store in that area and I was visiting from another state vacationing with my children. It was an absolute amazing experience and I would recommend anyone and everyone to visit them first before wasting their time at other businesses that would try to take advantage of you. Id give them 10 stars if that was an option! Thank you! Now my truck runs better than it did when I purchased it.*Id like to add all those services were free of charge, cost me nothing, and were extremely fast!*

I dont typically like AutoZone parts stores but this one is different. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. They seen to do a better job training their people than most any other chain parts store. The manager is a carreer parts guy and knows just about anything there is to know about parts.

They have a few items that I need for my truck.
My MIL light came on in my truck. The guy at AutoZone plugged into my computer and it showed my oxygen sensor needed to be replaced. He said with the miles on the truck the sensor should be good. He said the gas l was using could be the problem. Recommended some stuff to clean it. Have to get my gas level down before I put it in. Should know in a couple of days if it works. I will be changing to a higher grade of gas. The guy at AutoZone was great. This is not the first time he has been a huge help to me. You have a great employee in him. Thank you.
Pouring rain, thunderstorm, wind and my windshield wipers just werent working. Made it to AutoZone. They were so great. Got great wipers @ good price. Had to wait for break in storm or would have been out in 15 minutes easy. Excellent experience!

Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience at AutoZone today . Exactly 7 Days ago I bought a $300.00 dollar part for my husbands Chevy, well unfortunately I bought the wrong part && decided to return the part I bought today. Well I go inside to return the part && the manager (James Morris) told me that he could not take the part back, he could only exchange it. Mind you there is absolutely nothing wrong with this part . So I go outside to tell my husband what happened, well my husband goes inside AutoZone to see why the manager (James Morris) will not return the part we bought && he tells my husband that he can not return it because the part is Dirty . We bought this part and we never put it on his truck, never even took it out of the box, but somehow the part is Dirty !!!!! I honestly have never had a problem with returning anything, purchasing anything or any kind of problem in general with anyone at this AutoZone. I feel like its pure laziness && being a manager, treating someone like that is just not acceptable at all . Now were stuck with a $300.00 dollar part that, we cant return due to a unprofessional, lazy manager that honestly shouldnt be a manager at all . I sure hope no one else has to go through what Ive had to deal with today . Never again will I do any business here, I will definitely go to Advance Auto Parts to further any business I may have .

Since I moved here from KY in July 2019, this AutoZone has been my go to auto parts store. This morning I awoke to a rear brake line rupture and I had to limp my Durango to Autozone to repair it. Within 30 minutes, I was back on the road. Thanks Justin D. for all the help.
On the positive note they are very friendly and they get to you pretty fast. On the other hand I bought a box of fuses because my cigarette lighter in my car went out for me to be able to charge my phone. I have a 2016 Malibu and just needed a fuse replaced. I never had this happen before so I had no idea where it went. Ive seen them replace peoples batteries before and I know they have checked our battery a while back. So I cant comprehend why they cant replace a simple fuse?? So I went to Chevrolet and they were more than happy to do it! And very friendly too! So Ill just go there for now on

While driving home from Birmingham a coil went out on my car. I stopped in and told the guy what I needed. He did really well until I paid for it. Thats where the customer service ended. I told him I was traveling home down I65 when my coil went out and that I needed to borrow a socket and wrench. He said that there were a few outside. Unfortunately, they did not have the right size and I had trouble removing the clip. None of the employees even offered to assist. I ended up stopping by a garage a mile down the road who popped the old one out and the new one in for nothing. Maybe I am just spoiled by my local Auto Zone in Killen where each employee goes above and beyond to assist customers.

Service was OK. I think I got all the things I needed for an oil change but it felt rushed and not much like they wanted to help. It maybe was just this one associate and its also possible this was because it was Thanksgiving but was still subpar to what I usually encounter at autozone.
