Weve been taking our jeep here for years. The mechanics have done a great job so far and are usually pretty fast and friendly, the lady at the checkout area is fantastic and so sweet, and the ladies at the parts area are amazing as well. However, like many other people, most of my trips have been soured by the bald guy with the large earring at the service desk. Not only is he rude.... every single time.... but he is also beyond slow with doing his job (if he manages to do it at all). It seems he tries his best to do minimal work and is genuinely annoyed that he has to deal with customers. Maybe the service area isnt the best fit for him?

We had a part that had a recall. Was able to schedule appointment online. Took about an hour to get it fixed. While we waited there were complimentary snacks.

They was amazing! Went to have my jeep serviced and the oil changed. I was walking out the door with everything done in 15 minutes. Yes my jeep is doing great and everything was done correctly. Not to mention the people there are extremely nice. I will be back and would definitely recommend them.

I have had more than one good service experience here. These folks are organized and get the job done. I had a list of concerns and the whole list was addressed. And...they have refreshments for customers. Keurig coffee and good snacks.

We come down from Huntsville to use Cullman CDJR for service for all of our vehicles. Previously we used a Birmingham dealer but we followed Cliff Smith to Cullman. We couldnt be happier. Theyve done upgrades on my 2010 Challenger R/T (that I inherited when my dad died) and keep it in the best condition possible.

We were lied to by the staff. Were told Capital One wouldnt accept certain paperwork for us to be approved even though my husband had already spoken to them & had a Pre-Approval letter in his hand! We went to Bill Smith Chevrolet & bought a nice one owner 2016 Nissan Pathfinder.

RE: SERVICE DEPARTMENT HOURS ARE 8AM - 1PMThe overall experience here is impeccable, however, Saturdays hours of the service department are incorrect on google and we found that out after driving over an hour one-way to get our oil changed. I called and let the dealership know and I also suggested an edit of Saturdays hours on google, hopefully it will be changed. No big deal for us but some people arent as accepting as others. Weve been customers here over 10 years and absolutely love our Cullman Dodge family!

Great place to do business. After looking at reviews, I called Scott McCormick and told him exactly the truck I was looking at, he had it parked up front ready a test drive as soon as I got there. They made me a fair trade offer (after just being lowballed by another dealership) and gave me a good deal on the truck. The buying process was painless. I had my own financing procured, but I imagine that if I had needed it, that would have been just as smooth of a process.

I came here at 12:00 pm on 10/30/2020 . Had two recalls done . This young lady named Meredith helped me out really well, great customer service on her part and gave me updates every thirty minutes. On the other hand when I went to the counter she was busy and the bald guy with ear rings looked up and told me to ask her . I don’t know why but I waited till she was t on the phone and asked and when I walked away the dude with the bald head, told me how “he worked here for 7 years and wasn’t gonna play her games “ I don’t see what stick is up his butt, but his customer service skills lack there of .

I purchased this car for my 72 year old father. I live 6 states away and had to do most of the deal through their website and at the end the salesman.They would not honor the sticker price that was on their own website after I had someone drive my father 60 miles to get the car.They added over $1300 of items on a handwritten bill of sale for some items that the salesman couldn’t explain but couldn’t (wouldn’t) remove.We placed $5000 down on the vehicle and when examining the paperwork (over my phone) they had charged us for GAP insurance which is a shady practice for a car that has no negative equity plus a $5000 down payment and it took a manager approval to remove that.They disrespected my father by saying that the sale had to be nearly 100% complete before he could test drive the car because they can’t just let someone test drive a $50,000 car.Overall a disgusting experience. Had I been able to be present that transaction would never had happened.I would pay double and drive 1000 miles the other direction instead of dealing with someone who treats an elderly veteran with that kind of disrespect.Buyer beware doesn’t do it justice. Avoid them all together if you want any chance at a square deal.I do have every email and text where he tries to explain the mystery charges. It’s laughable.Find a place that will appreciate your money .

Excellent truck buying experience. Wife and I decided to go look at a Ram 2500 I had my eye on for several months. Cullman CDJR is the only one that had what I wanted in stock. Arrived at the dealership expecting a high pressure sales experience. After talking with Scott and the other team members, Scott showed me the vehicle I wanted to see. He answered all of my questions. If he did not know the answer, he said he didnt know. I appreciate he did not waste my time. The entire experience was very professional and enjoyable. Service department is rude and short with my wife nearly every time she comes in. Off and on for 2 years. They act like she’s bothering them by asking normal questions. Obnoxiously shaking his head no before she barely even finishes asking a question. Sad that she wants to drive an hour to a Huntsville dealer instead as we won’t be doing business with any Benchmark location ever again. Sad thing is we gave them a second chance after complaining a while back and still the same results. Not to mention we use full synthetic and last time they randomly decided to put a cheaper synthetic blend in her car. Terrible

Bryan and the service personnel are amazing! Had a bad battery that left me stranded at Hanceville Al. Chrysler Roadside Assistance provided me with a toe truck from Lucky 13 Towing and Recovery, who did an excellent job in a timely fashion.When we arrived at Cullman Chrysler Dodge Jeep, all service bays were full, so Bryan had a technician replace battery and check charging system right in the service drive in order to get me back on the road sooner.Also, the facility was extremely clean and ordered, not cluttered like some, and everyone was extremely courteous, friendly, and professional.From now on I will be doing all my service and repair work here when I am in the area!

I brought my daughters 2015 Jeep Wrangler to this dealership. My daughter was visiting from Ohio and she was told by her dealership that she needed to replace her balljoints. I checked the vehicle out and could not find any issue, except that she was in need of new tires. Brian said they would inspect and test the balljoints. Brian called me later that day and said they found no issue with the balljoints. I had CCDJR install her new tires and I was extremely happy with this dealerships honesty.

Awesome experience buying our Certified Pre-Owned Jeep Cherokee here. Found the vehicle online and worked with Carolyn through the whole process. Flew into Huntsville to pick it up and it was beautiful, clean, brightly colored blue, and just as she described. She even organized a ride for me from the Huntsville Airport and she was so popular with her repeat customers when I arrived, they were all saying hi to her. We took the test drive of the Jeep to an ice cream place (what better location!?) which was creative and she had helpful staff working for her throughout the process. There was no four square dealer bologna and she gave us a great price. HIGHLY recommend working with Carolyn. She was honest about all fees, responsive to our questions, and extremely helpful individual who made our car buying experience here top notch. My financing credit union even informed me that very few salespeople they work with are as upfront, easy to work with, and respectful to their customers behind the scenes like Carolyn was. So if you go to Cullman Jeep, make sure you get Carolyn. She was gracious through the whole process of us flying in to pick up the perfect car we had been searching six months for. Great business and good deals just wasnt ready to buy at this time

My husband and I were on our way home and decided to stop in late to glance at trucks. Luckily, the salesman and my husband chatted about vans because one had just been sold back a few days prior and it was what I was looking for! The salesman and team stayed after-hours for the sale and were really great to work with.Update*** went back for a detail that i was due since they didnt get a chance to clean when I purchased. Waited, 2 hours for a cleaning .as soon as I complained my car was magically ready.

Just bought my 2nd vehicle from them! First one was a 19 compass and most recently a 16 grand cherokee. Both times at the dealer was super fast and their staff is friendly as well. Will definitely do business with them again in the future..

Noone can fix my car

After having to deal with Chrysler in Huntsville, we decided to go to Cullman to get a diagnosis on our Chrysler 200. Mr. Brian Fulford, a service advisor at the Cullman dealership, was very friendly and helpful in getting us in to figure out what was going on. We brought the car in on a Saturday morning and within an hour, the car was diagnosed and we were out the door. Come to find out, there was nothing wrong with the car and the ABS module that Huntsville Chrysler dealership was trying to get us to replace, a close to $1000 rip-off, was not needed. Brian and his team took their time to ensure that nothing was wrong with our vehicle and saved us a lot of money. Thank you Brian and team for making us, the customer, your number one priority.

Outstanding dealing with Jim our salesman. Prompt, respectful response to an on-line inquiry, he followed my request for no phone calls when I checked the Text only box and when we came to the dealership a week later, was professional and courteous. They were a bit high in their fees (DOC and Taxable fees) of about $730, but they really wanted to sell the car. I got a great deal and am quite happy with them. Highly recommend!

Dodge 2500 with 11,000 miles on it. They refused to rotate my tires because of aftermarket wheels. Aftermarket wheels were installed by a dodge dealer when it was new. I bought it that way when it was new!Update: They changed my oil and rotated my tires for free. They even washed my truck to try and earn my business. However, when I hit the interstate to head home... it was driving sloppy and then the low air pressure alarm goes off. 78 pounds of pressure in the front and 55 in the rear. Good thing I have an air compressor.
