I have been warned about this dealership and never had a problem until recently. This dealership bought a vehicle from me over 2 weeks ago! The finance company has still not been paid off nor do I have my portion of payoff. They do not return phone calls. This has been our go to dealership for years due to the fact we love Nissan.This is not somewhere you want to do business.

I love Tony Serra Nissan and all of their employees. They’re always so welcoming when I come in for maintenance, both the maintenance group of people and the people on the sales floor. Of the very few issues I’ve had with my vehicle, they have always taken care of it so fast!

I just recently purchased my 7th and 8th New Nissans from this dealership. Salesmen Zak Stewart and Donald Goodwin were both very helpful and knowledgeable with the vehicles I was considering. General Sales Manager Fred Crutcher was a pleasure to do business with as always!The service department goes above and beyond. I generally wait in the lounge during service visits. The staff always completes services in a timely manner.In my experience, the dealership is clean and well kept. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. This dealership had a vehicle listed ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE and AUTOTRADER for the SAME Internet Price. It states to call and verify, which I DID DO and was told by Bill, who CONFIRMED with someone else that it was the CORRECT PRICE. Bill was professional to speak with during this conversation. Later, I get a text that THEY were mistaken. I can understand it being a mistake on a third party website, but their OWN website showed the same price. This is false advertisement, is not right and is a direct misrepresentation on ALL points even after calling. They need to HONOR what they say... and not counter with a TEXT apology. That is not professional and information should BE ACCURATE if they are going to conduct professional business as it states in their advertisement while waiting on the phone to speak with them.

Ive just purchased my 3rd vehicle with Tony Serra Nissan in Cullman. Ive enjoyed all my experiences there. I get all car maintenance taken care of there as well. Ive always felt well taken care of. Highly recommend.

It was great the new service manager is great he’s the one that saw that the previous manager didn’t take care of it and said it was fixed but had ordered parts for it and never told me but thanks to the new manager he saw it and called me and said we have your parts in and ask if I could come by and they would take care of it so I did and they took care of it so thankful they have a good service manager now

I will never walk into that dealership again. I made them a offer over the phone and they accepted the offer. It was an out the door offer. When I arrived at the dealership to purchase the car they added a number of things on the offer I had made, transportation, taxes, title, etc. All of this was supposed to be included in the out the door price I had made. I had heard bad things about this dealer but thought I would give them a try. Bad mistake on my part. All I can tell you is buyer beware.

JP went above and beyond his job role to make my car purchase easier and less stressful. He greeted me at the parking lot with impeccable manners. Nissan is blessed to have him as an asset.

The only positive was that the young woman working the service area I think Claudia or maybe Chloe was her name took care of the issue when I called back. The service tech shot me a bad look when I picked the vehicle up. Do your job kid and there is no issue.

I have bought 5 Nissans now. I usually get a good price and good service. But my last car bevolup an issues with the radio, its a simple fix, just plug in a USB stick and update the software. Thus place wanted $200 to do that. No thank you. I replaced the radio for less than $100. This place wont be getting my business anymore.

The salesman Michael Al-Dijaili Aldi started out nice until I wasnt sure I wanted the car I test drove. He became extremely rude and yelled a rude comment at me and ran out the back door to avoid me. I have never in my life had such bad customer service. I will never go back to this place its an absolute joke with extremely terrible employees.

In addition to above, I had taken a coupon in to have brakes checked, fluid levels checked, etc from Nissan. My receipt does not show any of these were checked.

We had an outstanding experience with our Sales Consultant, Gary Krise. He was very informative and extremely helpful with our questions and concerns with the purchase of a 2020 Nissan Rogue Sport for my 16 year old new driver. I have no idea what happened to my application or vehicle that I was interested in. I went on the 30th to look at a vehicle, ended up liking another. Gave all initial info, returned the next day with check stubs(after being passed off to another salesperson bc mine was not available) and trade in. Waited for them to drive the trade in for 30 minutes to be told they forgot about me. ? You can see us outside through the glass. We left to be told that they would email me final numbers and I could come back to sign the papers maybe Saturday since they were closed on the 1st. STILL HAVE NOT HEARD BACK. obviously they dont want to sell me a car. Good luck to you. Im not going back.

The service department will not pick up the phone. I said on hold for 15 minutes as the number one person in the queue.Even if there was a medical emergency at the dealership someone should have picked up the phone and talked to me.

Rear seal repair done in a timely manner. Had ask for battery terminals to be cleaned; cables had corroded. I believe they were not checked during previous service visit(s). Cable were cleaned; however, I was charged. Serviced manager waived charges; however, I do not believe there should have been a charge to begin with. This was clearly an oversight on previous service call(s).

The employees were very nice the only thing I had a problem with is not keeping informed you need to keep the customer more informed of the job

Was very easy buying the car. Never did an online sale before and loved it. They made it easy. Had a long drive to get there but when I showed up, they were waiting on me, lol. Car was clean, ready to inspect, and test drive. After a short drive, I said yes on purchasing and every piece of paperwork was ready to sign and get going home. Everyone was like really super nice, easy to talk with, and joke around about various things while I signed papers

The customer service was friendly and things were done in a timely manner. The only critique I have is that there was no option for any kind of rental car availability or service during the time my car was being worked on. My husband and I had to walk and get something to eat during the servicing time. It would have been nice to be able to take another vehicle for just the hour to hour and a half you have to wait.

Was texting with a salesman about buying a new car. The salesman only cared about when I was coming in. He clearly did not want to take time to explain to me the specials they had. When asking about financing specials he said it’s clearly listed on our website. This was true but after every answer he gave he always asked when I was coming. Just not good customer service. Lynn Layton in Decatur has much better service.

Beware of the sales team...we had a offer brought out to us that we agreed on signed off on the deal then they wanted to turn around and up not only our down payment but our monthly payment.

I dont have my vehicles serviced here any longer due to bad experiences with the service department I take my cars to Decatur for their service needs but I thought ordering a part would be safe enough but I should have saved some time and just went to Nissan of Decatur and ordered it because the guy in the parts department at this location doesnt have a clue about parts or even how to get them I went in with a plastic retainer and asked if he could get some like it thinking if I had the part with me surely it wouldnt be a problem well it was he brought out a clip that didnt match the one I had at all and then after I told him my car information still couldnt find it? I left and drove to Decatur nissan they had plenty on hand and even put it on for me free of charge like I said I should have saved myself time and just went to Decatur to start with.

Jonathan was very kind and honest about everything. Hope was very comforting in time of stress. So friendly. Confident in their work.

The employees I interacted with were good. However, this is the second time my sunroof has leaked into my interior and I’ve paid over $100 twice when I was told the first time that it shouldn’t happen again. Also, when I picked it up the girl told me that they found my rear tire rim was bent. It was scratched when I purchased the car but I was told numerous times it was purely cosmetic and that the rim was fine, not bent, etc. I made sure to ask several times and was assured it was only a scratch on the outside. Then I’m being told that the rim is in fact bent and it will cost about $800 to replace it. I went on the website to try to talk to a manager the same day I got the sunroof fixed and was told the manager would contact me the next day and I was never contacted. Im frustrated that no one has reached out, especially when I was promised a manager would reach out. I’m very upset about this entire encounter and will be very unlikely to use Tony Serra dealerships in the future.
