I enjoy purchasing physical video games! GameStop is the only national chain with access to new and pre-owned games. Buying games from Walmart or Target does not really compare to a dedicated gaming store. That being said, shady practices and mismanagement abound with GameStop in general. This particular store services the Cullman area and the staff are friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going again!

The lady here knows everything about games!! She really helped me with my purchase!!! Highly recommend this GameStop. They did not have the game I needed in stock so she ordered it and it will be shipped to my house. Shipping was free. She also answered all the questions I had about game purchases and gift cards. If your kid likes gaming and you dont know much about it I highly recommend you go here!!

This store is clean with staff thst actually interact with you and is quite knowledgeable about what they sell which is rare these days. Nickey is awesome! She is so down to earth as well as friendly and very helpful. She stays up to date on her merchandise to be able to be of the most benefit to her customers.

Its GameStop and I normally like it but theres one employe that is horrible made me wait top trade in 3 games THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS FIRST

The staff are super nice. The game prices are usually really good. The collectible can be a mixed bag depending on sales and etc. The prices they offer you for games are rarely worth it. Sometimes deals make it worth it.If you like games youll like it.

Its just your average game stop, but Ive never been dissapointed with their service. People there are nice, the store is clean, and the long term GM there is just as knowledgeable and awesome as can be.

Gamestop offers the best extended warranty policy to be had. You walk in with your broken whatever. Gamestop pulls up your account, checks the serial number, hands you a new whatever. If the whatever is out of stock ( like every console everywhere right now). They can get a new one on special order faster than any other retailer. Try THAT ask at wal mart.

My daughters favorite store in the whole world. The staff is very helpful. Especially since Im not familiar with gaming. Lol it helps when a non gaming mom who has a gaming fanatic daughter can go to a store that can point me in the right direction & answer my questions. My daughter wants to work here when she is of age she loves it that much.

Always have bought my games and consoles at this chain in each state I lived inBest prices and with used games you can try it for 7 days to see if you like it and if not you can return. Great trade in prices especially if you have a power up rewards card and they have midnight releases, some locations have midnight release parties.

Absolutely scammed me! They sold me a controller that was busted to hell! I paid 61.97 for the controller and it has two huge issues. Number 1. The audio Jack is busted. Completely I tried three headsets on it and it didn’t work at all. Number 2. The controller is coming apart at the seams. The body of the controller is coming apart by the bumpers and triggers. It’s also coming apart at the bottom of the controller.

My son and I took 10 PS3 Games in to sell or trade. One of which he had recently purchased from the exact store for $30 just 15 days prior. They offered him $9 for all 10 games. Highly recommend selling/trading games yourself.Great place for buying. Terrible place for selling.

Game Stop. Well my son has went there for over 10 years and purchased games. This place is like a friend shop. For guys. And girs . I love it . He loves it they say games and things arent that great for kids . Well. If your child has ADHD I think it actually teaches them to focus and concentrate on something besides medicating them. Hes doing great. Hes a well established guy. This is a personal opinion. Thanks.

I illike it quite a bit have been going here fo around 8 years but still not 5 stars for two reasons the trade in price for games is just not right and that their not a disk repairer pr what ever their called that they allow public use of like an easy solution to this is just charge a few dollars a disk but not more then 5 or run deals on it idk i know vault games really the only competetor around had one and it was like 2-3 dollars and get how ever much use you want out of it was quite nice but sadly their out of buisness

It only seems like two people there actually care about there customers. Like straight up if I see certain people working inside I wont even bother going that day, because I have been told different stories each time I went in there by some employees like they didnt even want to work with me. For years now I lost my reward card and I had to guys there constantly say I could never use my points because I didnt have my card and when I told them I was able to not even a few days ago he straight up called me a liar and told me I couldnt do it. On a different occasion I asked if they had a game in Stock and he just laughed at me like it was a joke me just asking for it. Theres another guy in there who straight told me a legendary edition of a game I wanted wasnt available in North America, but on the day I went to pick up the game he asked if I ordered the legendary edition and when I told him he said it was unavailable he lied and said he told me I had tried to order it to late and never told me it wasnt available.So over all aside from having some of the worse trade in deals Ive ever seen and some varying deals its some of the worse customer service Ive ever experienced aside from like two people and the manager. So over all if possible I dont even order games from there unless theres a pre-order bonus I want that I can only get there. But I still think Ive only been there maybe four times this year.
