Had my screen replaced on my Samsung phone for $120, when I picked it up the display was too dark to see in sunlight and progressively getting darker, now the keys dont work. Owner refused to do anything about it and used profanity when I asked for a partial refund. I advise everyone to avoid this business

So y’all please do not go to this store I went last week to ask if they had a iPhone 12 Pro Max case with bling and different designs and they said to come back Monday that they where going to have different ones went today and he did not have any of the cases he told he was going to have then he starts to tell me I am a picky girl and that I could go to Amazon to choose the one I wanted. So rude and what kind of business are they running to start to tell people they are picky they should have a sign on the window to let people know if they don’t have what they need to order from Amazon

Top notch shop. Selection of unlocked phones is unrivaled in Cullman. Repair service was unbelievable!! I was in the shop for no more than 15 minutes and my iPhone was repaired and got a good discount since I bought a new case from them. Chose to visit this location because of their high ratings and was not disappointed. Walked in at 1:20 P.M. and I was the only customer at that moment. Needed glass replaced on my iPhone SE. The attendant began work immediately and completed his work in 5 minutes; the price was very reasonable. Again, the five minutes above was not a typo....I was pleasantly surprised.

Took my mother’s iPhone 7 in to repair broken screen. She was charged $87 for screen repair but they broke the home button. They gave us $70 back so we could take to the Apple store to have the home button repaired. At Apple we were told the reason the home button wouldn’t work is because the cheap replacement screen used didn’t have a home button sensor. We ended up having to pay $169 to have the phone fixed properly. I took the repair receipt back to Phone Shop for a refund of the additional cost of repair. After arguing with the person behind the counter for over half an hour, a phone call to the store owner finally got us the rest of the cost of the repairs reimbursed. The guy also told me they already knew about the home button sensor issues.

My experience was by far the finest in any retail establishment Ive ever experienced. Im headed to AT&T retail store to buy a new phone due to my current phone needing repairs. I passed Phone Shop Repair....I thought....why not stop and see before signing my life away at AT&T. Considering Ive worked retail for many years myself I was impressed within seconds of entering the shop. Even though the owner was with another customer I was greeted and eye contact was made. Within minutes I was being waited on. Within minutes I was given a quote to repair my phone. Within minutes my phone was repaired. I spent pennies on the dollar compared to signing my life away at AT&T on a new phone. You honestly do not receive the service I experienced today in any retail establishment and at a savings on top of it. Your shop received a customer for life.

WARNING I had my phone screen repaired here, I have a iPhone 8 and the screen they put on my phone did not fit my phone causing it to lift up at the bottom which you can only see at night in the dark, it would not screw in properly they did not fight the holes attached to the screen and LCI was not even plugged in because there was no where to plug it in so they just left it laying there unplugged. I would never ever get my phone fixed here again.WARNING do not take your phone here you will be out 90$ and getting ripped off.

In January 2017, I took my iPhone 6 into the Phone Shop for an evaluation on problems I was experiencing. Horrible at phone repair and doesnt back up faulty repairs with either money back or replacement phone. All my wife needed was glass replaced on iPhone and ended up with an internal antenna burnt. Phone was useless afterwards.

He fixed the screen on my iPhone 6 Plus and broke the home button and I told him it did and he refused to fix it and then said for $30 he will fix it. After 4 screens Ive had him do I will no longer go there. Do not recommend going here he does not stand behind his work.

Nice person but the back screen was replaced on my phone and I didnt drop it or anything and I found cracks... soo then i grab my brush and tapped on the back not even hard and it was cracking... did not say anything. Why? Because I didnt want to seem rude. But i dont believe Ill fix my screen here anymore.

They told me $65 for a new screen for my phone. After he did it. He changed me $130. Then the Screen was put on incorrectly and broke a week later. They told me I had a warranty but when I went back they said said I would have to talk to the owner. So I went back several times and everyone just kept saying he wasnt here. Do not use them!!! Its a scam
