I took my shattered phone screen to the phone repair shop near Lowe’s. Strike 1: they are a vape shop too. Strike 2: he was 20 minutes late opening the shop. Strike 3: the young man pulled up at an angle to where I was parked in front of the shop and honked at me to move. As it was not marked as a handicapped or reserved spot, I stayed where I was. He glared at me for a while then parked beside me. Then he was the one to open the shop. No thank you. I left and went to the phone shop repair place in the Dollar General shopping square near West Elementary. The store was clean, well organized. The man there was polite and knowledgable. He fixed my phone while I did errands. For $100, I have a newly functional phone and I am happy.

I took my grandmothers phone here to get repaired. She had shattered her screen. The gentleman that helped us was so nice and so helpful. He fixed her phone and it looks amazing! She was so happy! Also the store is clean and well kept! We were are very satisfied with our service! And will definitely return if we have anymore phone issues!

Really Good service. I cracked my screen so bad I couldn’t touch it with risk of getting glass in my finger plus the screen was barely responsive. I was in and out within 20 minutes or so and my phone was looking really crisp when I got it back. It even looked liked he cleaned up the speaker on the top half of my phone. All and all would definitely recommend this place if I ever have another problem I’m going here

Terrible... Said he would refund our money if part not in by 5 days. It has been over two weeks....now he says he is not own and can not refund! This is the second time our family has had trouble. Never again will be give benefit of a doubt. Do not know why there are good reviews for this guy!

Unfortunately I allowed this little guy to rip me off not once but twice I no nothing about the smoke shop side of this place but after what this little guy did to me twice is really terrible and he does not deserve make any money please people if your phone is broke or just need to be repaired dont even let him touch it because then its to late this little guy took me for several hundred dollars in a 2 time scam yes this is a sincere try to help others from getting scammed

Good place to get phone fixed but phone

Paid $160 to have my S7 repaired then screen failed within 5 days I asked for warranty repair he kept phone for 14+ days I had to initiate contact always, never made right, refused to give me my phone, returned my phone in pieces after I called for LEO. DO NOT BE A PATRON HERE cant leave less than 1 star His catch phrase I give you money back tomorrow

Awful service. Employee replaced the screen of my iPhone 8 with the screen of an iPhone 6 after I specified which phone I had more than once. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received and will not return. Do not bring your phone here.
