Jeremy Vanhorn is my go-to guy for anything with my billing, or when I need a new device. He has helped me set up my tablet and my sons phone; down to making sure I am happy with the device once we have had it. He has even offered to help us find the appropriate monitoring apps for my sons phone. Hes also extremely good at talking me into new products!! Thank you Jeremy!!!

We bought a new cell phone at the Cullman, AL Verizon store. There were problems getting the phone number released by the previous carrier, but the Verizon employees stayed on it for three visits until they got it right.The only negative was with whoever was contacted to approve credit for the new phones payment plan. She declined our credit. We asked why and she refused to answer. Since our credit scores are in the 800s, we assume its because we have a lock on our credit due to a previous attempt to defraud our account and she didnt bother to check this out. Two days later we reapplied with a different credit checker and had no problem. This was not the stores responsibility...they were easy to work with.

Jeremy was extremely patient and understanding with us old people. He spent hours setting up our new phones and explaining things. He is our go to guy! Very knowledgeable

My experience here was wonderful. I was with Garrett and he fought tooth and nail to get every problem I had fixed. I bought a couple of phones from him, and he explained what my bill would be and he nailed it! My bill was exactly what he set my expectations to. We had a great experience! Went in with a simple question and Scott had the answer, but then he also had an amazing deal we didn’t even know about. BEWARE!!!!!!!!! although I love my new phone, I will not be going back to cellular sells, did not care for this guy Garrold, first I told him that I did not want the insurance, well he took it upon himself to add it anyway, go figure, but what really chaps my behind is that he refused to clear my old phone before I left, every time I asked if it was cleared, his answer would be, no but it will be, and I asked 3 times...I mean who does that? I should have refused to leave until he cleared it but I didnt, bad on me, has worried me every since, soooo, if he or anyone in there chose to go through my old phone, anything gets stolen or goes wrong I know where it came from...NOT HAPPY AT ALL

You cant just simply go here to pay your phone bill without having your account looked at and being pressured into buying a new phone or change in your account. I was shown a smartphone that I could purchase for $200 less at Walmart than this Verizon wireless location its the same phone and color. I will be going elsewhere to pay my phone bill from now on.

I went into the Verizon Store on HWY 157 to check and see about new serivce. I have had T-Mobile and its absolutely terrible. The staff was friendly and very helpful and the store was very festive! I was able to get my phones swapped over and they saved me money, they even added my home phone. It was the best experience I have had in any cellphone store. This will be the only store I visit from now on, I highly recommend going to this store!

Its the best Verizon sales I have ever dealt with, each of their customer service personnel are remarkable. They never try to pressure you into a purchase and they are extremely knowledgeable about every product in the store. I personally will never go to a main Verizon store again.

I have tried to get my phone activated for several weeks. I bought my phone at Target... They did not activated it correctly. I have been to 10 different targets and that many Verizons. No one could help me until I met Scott at the cellular sales Verizon on 157 in Cullman. He took the time to listen to my problem. He got me set up and ready to go. Normally, I absolutely HATE going through the process of changing to a new phone. I always dread it, and it is never a pleasurable experience for me. Today, however, was the first time I have ever actually enjoyed visiting a phone store. Our sales associate, Mr. Scott Ross, was an absolute hoot, and his attitude and humor most definitely took the edge off of what would have typically been a miserable process for me. Great salesmanship. A true assert to the Verizon company.

They met my basic needs, but I was a little disatisfied. I asked them to backup my old phone to iCloud so I could transfer Notes, etc. to my new phone. I even asked again before leaving if that had been done and then later that day at home when I was going to make sure the new phone had the apps and notes, etc. from the old phone I realized the old phone’s info had not been backed up. I also had an issue transferring pictures and the customer rep was not motivated to solve the issue. She was satisfied with “I’m not sure why it has done that.” The store was not busy so they had the time to make sure I left satisfied and this particular customer rep chose to provide less than great service.

I went in to the Cullman store on highway 157 looking to purchase a new cell phone. I have always been an IPhone user but thanks to very polite and knowledgeable sales lady she showed me the Samsung line of phones. She didnt try and sell me something I didnt need or want. She was very patient and understanding the entire time. She even offered to show me the different features of my new phone and told me to come back any time to get more help. This trip to this particular store was very successful and very enjoyable. In the past I have dreaded to go in person to buy a new phone. I would recommend a trip to the 157 Cullman Verizon Wireless store if you are in need of a phone and you want help with a smile and a no rush environment. I will visit again.

Verizon of Cullman helped me out in multiple ways. They set me up with a new phone, new case, new screen protecter, and transferred all of my stuff for me. They traded my phone in for me and reset everything. I also got a 25% discount for coming in today.
