Love, love, love this grocery store! It is so clean, well stocked, many items to select from, andvery friendly team members always willing to help. Great experience and would highly recommend!With the great experience in grocery, one would expect that same treatment in every department, and they do not disappoint until you get to pharmacy. Pharmacy is very efficient and quick but I have never had a friendly team member assist me and very seldom do they speak. I dont have to have a long personal conversation but anytime I have spoken to anyone in the pharmacy there has been minimal, if any, interaction or smile, just hand me my bag and thank you and walk away leaving me standing there fumbling to get out of the way for the next patient to check out.

Always a great experience here! I go to the deli a lot and Im addicted to their sweet potato wedges. When I asked for them if they dont have them they always immediately go and look to see if they have any and if they do they will cook them for me right away. This Publix is always on their game. No other grocery store hold the candle to the way they treat their customers

People are always friendly and helpful and the buy-one-get-one free items are almost always something I need!

Love most everything about Publix. Excellent produce! Good meats. Great deli & bakery! Very clean! Friendly, helpful staff.Only disadvantage is I have to go to Warehouse Grocery to get bananas that are green enough & now Golden flake Original Thin & Crispy potato chips. So when at Warehouse I go ahead and do more shopping there.

This is the only store we shop. The best tasting, freshest meats, seafood groceries. Excellent service that cant be beat. The deli subs are amazing. The hot dinner lunch/buffet is just incredible. Great price, big selection. Home cooking!!!

A little pricey on pretty much everything-especially meats and seafood. But...nice cuts of meat for sure.Floral dept.: Tulips...they have them when nobody else does.

Cullman public is a wonderful grocery store. It is very clean and inviting. The staff is super friendly and the items are top of the line. A little pricier than some grocery stores but you get what you pay for. The quality of everything is truly great.

Very friendly staff! Clean store and bathrooms. The deli is also very nice and well stocked with meats and cheeses. The bakery section could use a little more variety in its ability to make things. Motor carts are always available and charged. The only reason that I didn’t give 5 ⭐️? I wish they had more competitive prices. Compared to the other “grocery only” stores in town. The prices are around 2-3 dollars higher than the other stores. The quality in most items. (Can and box foods) Are the same. That’s my only complaint. That being said. This is the only store in town that I’ve found that you get a more upscale meat, seafood and produce department. You get those “rare” items. That you won’t find in let’s say warehouse discount grocery. I would definitely recommend this store! I do shop here frequently. The higher prices only somewhat deter me. The coupon savings are not as good as I’d hoped. Although that just may be me being picky on what I buy. All in all. Great place to shop! A must if you need those lobster tails for dinner!

Everyone is always helpful & the store has so much to choose from. My only issue is there has been numerous times I was in a rush and was trying to get checked out and the customer service shut down their drawer after I had my groceries on the counter out of the basket. Theres times when more registers need to be open and less talking between the cashier and bagger so it doesnt hold up the customer.

The store is beautifully laid out. The products are where they say that they will be not like if you go into Walmart you cant find anything.

Love drug store get my scripts so much faster with no problems

4 stars bc of one incident imparticulat. Ive only ever had one bad experience here and the lady was rude and demeaning. Other than that theyre always super healthy. They have great quality products.

Great experience. Fresh sushi roll, made to order, only $5.00. Fresh cut watermelon, beautiful and red.Freshly cooked sweet potato wedges, plain (no crust) chicken wings, onion ring plate. The sweet potatoes are to die for. The deli and sushi workers were HELPFUL AND KIND. I will shop here for these items in the future. Was not expensive, either( I assumed it would cost me a bunch, I was wtong). Great food for great price. Impressed.

Not the friendliest of the Publix chain. Sometimes not enough registers open. As with all Publix stores the smell of seafood knocks you over every time you walk in the door.

The cashiers were very helpful and the store well organized.

I usually only get my refrigerated dog food here but I will get items on sale if I need them.

They were nice and friendly.This is the only place we can find the mushrooms and wild rice.

Dairy products are too close to expiration date. Never have items in adds.

Publix is my favorite place. Wish they kept more cannolis and drinks in stock and a wider selection. Best selection of rc products but never have the sundrop we love.

Excellent stop for a few groceries and/or a quick lunch. Seafood department is clean and the sushi is an added bonus.

Missing a bag, bought a bunch of bogo only to get home and find out that it wasnt bogo. Called to get it corrected and was told sometimes their app ad doesnt show all the restrictions, but it is clearly written in their paper ad. So theres nothing to be done about it. I would have returned the boxes of shrimp but we had just opened them for supper. Everything else that didnt ring up what the app said is being returned. I am so tired of the bait and switch.

Done online ordering and got charged too much. I ordered 48oz creamer and got 32oz instead and still got charged 5 and some change for the smallest one. They were out of most of what I ordered and wanted me to approve changes that I didnt want. They didnt even have bologna that was not just beef and not gwaltney, how do you run out of every brand of bologna? I spent probably 100 dollars more to do this and it wasnt at all worth it. I will never shop at publix again obviously their shoppers do not pay attention to sizes ordered and paid for. Rip off!!!
