This is the second time we have been in there this year. The first time they would not sell us anything because my wife forgot to bring her professional license. This time she had her license, but CosmoProf didnt have the product she was looking for. Hence 4 stars instead of 5.

Today I went to the store and because I did not carry a license they could not sell me the product I am Hispanic and for 14 years I had a beauty salon and I think it is free trade I regret not being able to give a good image of the store
