I ordered an English Breakfast tea latte with soy 5 minutes after getting the tea it was cold when I asked why the girl said it was probably because of the soy added to the hot water. I told her it was a tea latte not a tea with light milk. This new baristas need to be trained properly.

Extremely long lines which would make you think this must be the best ever....but no, something about the long delays causing of adding the frustration of slow service. Forget about getting a large straw for your venting old drinks, they have been out for over 45 days now. I wonder if the local manager is trying to save the sea turtles or something and refused to use them....

I have been going to starbucks around the world for almost 2 decades now, always outstanding customer service and quality, this location was the first location i have visited that is soo filthy and disgusting,The staff is very unwelcoming and rude, none of them wanted to take the order.The display food was FULL of fliesNot to mention the coffee was rushed and terrible taste.Starbucks is an amazing company, but this location was extremely disappointing

Never know if they are open or not. I placed an order the other day and when I arrived they were closed at 11am during the week. Today they closed the lobby at for no apparent reason. Incredibly slow

Started off rough in the drive thru.. dude kinda made up for it being chatty in the window when we got our drinks. Weren’t able to finish our order because we were asked “which type of green tea do you want” in a strange tone like we were inconveniencing him and my husband wasn’t done with his order but after that question he decided we were done…ordered hot green tea because I have bronchitis. Was very hot! Haha!

Always have got a pink drink from this Starbucks and many others and the last few times I got one at this location it taste like water. You can tell they are using water as well as coconut milk, strawberry açaí. Has no flavor. Taste terrible and watered down. You can literally just look at it and tell it’s made incorrectly but yet they still give it you. I even called about it and was told they diluted it with water. I don’t know, maybe they run out of supply fast and try to save by adding water, regardless if someone is a regular and gets the same drink they notice the difference in things like this. Taste like sour water.

We ordered a few drinks from there and they messed up on one and we wanted a remake and the person said that they couldnt do anything because it it was already drank from when we only drank one sip and this person was very rude had a big attitude but eventually made a new but also came out wrong so we left mad. Very disappointed.

Good drinks. Only critique is that maybe if the baristas weren’t on their phones they wouldn’t have a pile up of mobile and in store orders. There was only one barista working and I could see at least 3 in the back all on their phones.

I asked for extra mocha nothing to extraordinary an as she’s walking to me I can tell there’s no mocha/chocolate in it at all then I ask if there is for reassurance an she lies to my face I tasted it an it’s extremely caramel 👎🏾

Horrible drinks. I got two $8 each drinks at this Starbucks and they were both over blended and like liquid when I drank them. Absolutely disgusting and a waste of money. Will not be coming back to this location. Ridiculous to spend $20 on 2 coffees and they aren’t made properly. Worst Starbucks location

They were out of cold brew but the guy ty was so nice he went to check for me, the place was clean and put together just likr any other starbucks, they had so many choices. They were a little more expensive than the other starbucks i go to but I think that is because of some city tax here in culpeper not to sure. They worked down the line pretty fast. The food was fresh too

Usually good but not true to hours posted. Some times I get here like today at 7am and they aren’t open... but their hours say 5am. Hopefully management will fix this!

There are beverages for sale here. Hot beverages. Cold beverages. Sweet beverages. Bitter beverages. Drinks are consistent across this franchise. I go here when I want a coffee. I go other places to. Ill drink most any coffee. I like my coffee black. No cream. No sugars.

No exaggeration, this is the slowest Starbucks service I’ve ever had anywhere ever. It’s a pretty slow Saturday morning. 6 employees are here working, but you’d never know it - my latte and bagel took over 20 minutes.Since, I have all this time on my hands, I’m able to look this place over a bit more thoroughly.. overall cleanliness is not great and I’m noticing there are flies buzzing around.If you have the time, maybe try the Starbucks in the Target across the street.

Never waited this long to get my drink, also if you order more than 2 be ready to wait even longer because apparently even if you order and paid for 2 drinks they make one, skip you with multiple orders and then give you your other drink. Makes no sense.

Where to start. I have given this Sbux location to many chances. They are extremely slow and consistently inconsistent with orders. Every other visit they are out of something. Today I had ordered 2 venti mocha cookie crumble frappes that tasted like water with whip cream. Idk how Starbucks allows this place to continue. You’d think a coffee shop would have a little more pep in their step instead of the 23 minutes waiting in line. I recommend finding another Starbucks in Warrenton.

This Starbucks is very, very slow, at least through the drive through. Then, first I was given someone elses order. Our order was partially wrong and they had to remake one coffee.

Staff is amazing. Best place in town to get coffee sit down relax read a book, get work done, play games, go online, etc... Environment is clean and inviting. Never had an issue with an order. Go Here Get Coffee Be Happy!

Went in for bags of coffee beans. Had good selection, easy checkout.

I have never had to wait so long to get a coffee.....it doesnt matter if you go inside or go through the drive thru. I literally sat in the drive thru today (and previous times before) for 37 mins for 2 drinks and only 3 cars in front of me. The baristas get your first drink then skip you to make other orders and so on before they get back to finishing the first order, its ridiculous! I cannot believe I waited that long for 2 DRINKS! PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER or ill be goimg some place else.

Best Shop I have ever been too.They treat everyone with respect and kindness. The manager is very playful and tries to make everyone laugh. The employees are hard working and polite. Love it.

In what world does it make sense for a coffee shop to open at 9 o’clock?! Completely missing commuters!

They seem to be behind lately. Every time we go in to get a mobile order we have to wait almost 10 minutes maybe longer. Not sure whats going on but the wait is getting worse.

Its nasty inside. No ones cleaning behind themselves. Theres sticky looking syrup and sugars and coffee all over counters and flies landing in it. The coffee was good but the sanitation is not good.

The staff was really friendly but they made the wrong drink and i didnt know u til after i left.

Every time my twelve-year-old daughter and I venture out, it is made crystal clear that Starbucks is not an option. However, somehow I always end up at the drive-thru paying more than I would like, for *two* drinks. Then again, the first sip reminds me of how I continue to be manipulated😋☕.

I have never waited so long at a Starbucks. The cashier was incredibly slow. She got our order wrong - we clearly said unsweetened tea and the label didn’t reflect that. If my stepmom hadn’t been watching and said something she would have gotten sweet tea. Then they forgot the second drink. They were clearly prioritizing the drive through because most efforts went to those drinks. I have never had worse service at a Starbucks and don’t recommend this one. I will never go here again and this experience reinforces why I’ve should support local coffee shops.

Every time I’ve gone they have gotten my order wrong. I get the most easiest drink and they still manage to mess it up. The first, second and even the third time I’ve gone, I thought oh okay must have misread it. But NO!!! They have done it again!!! I think I’m about done with the Culpeper Starbucks next to Chili’s!!!!!

This Starbucks has the absolute best staff! Its always super clean and the baristas are all very friendly and will work to make sure youre satisfied with your drink. As a regular, they all know me by first name as well as what I typically order. They work quickly and efficiently to get drinks to their customers as quickly as possible, especially during very busy times!

Too expensive

They make an iced coffee with cream in some odd way better than any other Starbucks for me. Its tastes better and is done with a smile as well!

Great service here. Its Starbucks, so you pretty much know what youre getting into, but Ive never been disappointed with the service or quality.

The slowest Starbucks on the planet. I dont know why but it takes forever to get anything here. I place my mobile order when Im at least 10 minutes away and still have waited more than 5 minutes when I arrive. I dont know if its staffing or just heavy use, but Ive seen more people cycled through the Harrison Crossing starbucks and they too have a sometimes slow drive through, but their inside service is quick.

I love the fact that the staff tries and remembers my favorite drinks. When I use the app to pre-order my drink, they already know the extra stuff I like added. Not all the options for my particular drink are available for me to specify when using the app. However, they make sure that they put forth the extra effort, as if I was in the Drive-Thru or at the counter ordering the drink in person. This is by far my favorite Starbucks location to go to.

Went drive in... they made a mistake in my order. I asked for a large, they gave me a small. I paid with a new 10 $ gift card, never used. then i asked if they could change it for a large, but the lady was unpleasant with me. She then change it, i gave her the gift card again and she says i don t have enough to pay the 5$ and something in the card. Suspicious for me, bit since i had people behind me a decided to pay and leave.Will not come back here for sure.

The baristas are ALWAYS accommodating, warm, and efficient. They know their craft and execute it with smiles on their faces, which isnt the easiest thing to do. They provide coffee sippers, tea lovers, and latte connoisseurs of the central va area from the wee early, but still bustling, mornings of the 9-5 commuter crowd, to the late evening bunch and do so seamlessly.
