I cant imagine ever going anywhere else for lashes!!! Ive been coming to the girls at LA Lash for almost two years now, for regular 3 week fills on my gorgeous, healthy, natural looking lashes!I usually see Kailee, but on the rare occasion that I needed my fill while she was out of town Ive also had Roberta and another girl (whos name I cannot remember now) fill my lashes and Ive never been let down or disappointed in the quality of their work. These women are truly masters of their craft.My natural lashes have maintained healthy growth and continue to look beautiful even at the end of my 3-week wear before a fill. I am complimented DAILY on the beauty of my lashes and even other women who also get extensions have to ask if mine are natural or not, theyre THAT GOOD.Ive also had Kailee put on the extra thick and curly lashes for special events such as weddings and weekend trips with my bf, as well as fun blue colored lashes for Halloween last year. Theyre always perfect!!! Ive never had a negative reaction to the glues used nor had any problems making appointments convenient to my schedule.I cant recommend LA Lash enough and will continue to refer my friends, peers, acquaintances, random women who stop and chat in the super market... pretty much every woman I meet to come here for gorgeous lashes. If you havent gotten them yet, or youve had a bad experience somewhere else I definitely suggest you give these women a call and get yourself some LA Lashes.Worth every penny.

AMAZING! Got a Classic set to begin with from Alana, who is SUPER-KIND, METICULOUS, and has GREAT ENERGY. She is precise, gentle, she did a fantastic job. They really care, and want to make you look great! The salon is clean, quiet and very relaxing. I came away very happy. Will definitely return!

Love this place! Decor is super cute and it’s always so clean. Nice spa music on to relax while getting my lashes done. I’ve never had a bad experience and my lashes last about 5 weeks which is insane for lash extensions.

The owner of LA lash, Kailee, has been doing my lashes for almost a year and she is AMAZING. So very detail oriented and meticulous with her work. I get compliments on my lashes all the time! I highly recommend this place! My lashes always last 2+ weeks no matter what environment I’m in or how much I workout. LA lash is the best!!!

Poor Hygiene and Worse Customer Service!My first appointment was 5 weeks ago. I had an unpleasant Hispanic woman work on my lashes. There was a dog there that day and she did not wash her hands after touching the dog. She touched the dog and then touched my face. I partially blame myself for not asking her to wash her hands first.I must admit that my lashes were AMAZING event though her bedside manner was less than spectacular. Since my lashes were so good and they lasted three weeks, I decided to commit to LA LASH. This commitment is basically a $90 commitment every three weeks.Last Saturday, Nicole worked on my lash refill. Nicole was sugary sweet and a pleasure to be around. My refill was a whopping $90! Even more when you add in a tip!By Wednesday, I left town for Las Vegas and my left eye was missing half of the lashes by Thursday morning. Since I was out of town on business, I held my call until Monday when I returned. (this was a big mistake!)I was told that I needed to notify them 3 days after the issue in order to qualify for a free retouch. After spending $90, I should get a full 10 days!The manager and the owner both mentioned that prior customers have had issues while visited Vegas due to climate change.They only offered a 10% discount off another $45 treatment to rectify the situation. Basically, they wanted me to spend $131 within an 8 day window for eye lashes.They explained that because they hire contractors instead of employees, they cannot be responsible for this. Yet they allow their contractors to represent their brand. Clearly a brand that does not honor or value repeat customers.Clearly Im lash-less in Los Angeles!

Lexie is fantastic. Ive gotten my lashes done with her every time and she is fantastic at her job. Professional. Sweet. And fast.! This is definitely my only spot!

My girlfriend goes here to get her lashes done and I really like that they last a long time because I pay for them lol and every time she gets them done here it always makes her happy, so that also makes me happy. Just wanted to say thank you.

I’ve been coming to LA Lash for two and a half years and I’ll never go anywhere else! Kailee is an amazing lash master. My lashes are long, and super straight and she consistently manages to transform them into beautiful, long, curled lashes! People always compliment my lashes and ask if they’re real. Can’t recommend LA Lash enough!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The owner talked me into seeing her in my first visit because BLAH..BLAH, shes the best and the cost is of course more. I agreed not minding to pay the higher fee and have my lashes done professionally. Upon getting there, Kailee walks up and takes me to a back room that is used as her client room/ employee lunch area. Very weird! She finished a full set in an hour and I got home my eyes were burning. Waited couple days for it and still burning and itching. Reached out to her and her concern was that she can see me no more than 20 minutes for free and her first availability was in couple of days from when I called. Frustrated and in pain I had to pull all of them off along with my own lashes and see an optometrist for eye antibiotic drops and cream for my irritated lids. Worse experience of my life and the amount I paid was outrageous. I was seeing an esthetician in Studio city for one year and never had issues. Only reason I switched was distance and supposedly had good reviews. Makes me realize that all their good reviews are friends and family. The non-willingness to immediately address my concern was unprofessional. Save your money and go elsewhere. Shes probably not even licensed. I will report this place for sure to the California board because her room is not sterile for that. Disgusting!

I seriously love this place! Before coming to LA Lash, my lashes would fall off within a week and would break my natural lashes. Now, they last 3-4 weeks or longer, if I take care of them properly. Plus, it’s really easy to make an appointment with one of their many lash girls. I get so many compliments on my lashes because they look natural, but amazing! So grateful I found LA Lash after some bad experiences.

Kailee, the owner, is so kind and accomodating and is so meticulous and fast when applying lashes. The space is cute and clean and I can’t wait until they launch new services. I constantly get compliments about my eye lashes, how full and healthy, yet natural they look! LA lash is THE BEST!!!!

This was my first lash experience and I am so hooked! Staff was really professional and they gave me exactly what I asked for. Location was really convenient and the booking experience was a breeze! I will be back for my fill in a week.

So thorough and my lashes look great! Its pretty reasonably priced and they have plenty of appointments available.Normally I would get them done somewhere closer to work (Santa Monica), or somewhere cheaper, but I came across a Groupon and thought I should check this place out. Lexi was very friendly and accommodating, and very thorough throughout the whole process. My eyelashes lasted for a very long time, through a lot of travel, sweat, and tears. I will be coming back often to get refills instead of letting them all fall out next time.

When I have gotten my eyelashes done in other places it always looks more full and I dont need a fill until after a month. But this place, it didnt finish with a full look nor did they stay longer than 2 weeks. I have about 8-9 hairs left on each side The girl that did my lashes had hands smelling of cigarette. She even took a cigarette break and (I dont know if she washed her hands) but it smelled even worse when she came back. She was rude when I would ask a question. I do not recommend anyone coming here.i want to report to the better business Bureau only because of the whole cigarette incident. Is that even sanitary?

I have been coming to LA Lash since they opened and could not be happier. The space is clean and the staff is extremely professional. My lashes are healthy and I am extremely happy with the product.

I send my girlfriend here often and she loves it. Always comes back smiling and happy, 5 stars in my book.

It wasnt for me (as Ive been told directly by the owner) but maybe youll find it a more pleasant experience than I did in my 3 visits.

I scheduled my appointment two weeks ago at my last visit. It was a friday afternoon middle of rush hour traffic. I showed up 15 minutes before my appointment time at which point i was informed by the lash technician that she was running behind and would not be done with the other client until 6:15pm. She asked if that was okay...i said yes thats fine but honestly i was upset because i left work early, i scheduled a sitter for my kids and managed to get there on time even though i was coming from downtown LA. I waited the until 6:15 came back into the salon and waited another ten minutes.. I got up and asked if it was gonna much longer? I was told that the client she was working on booked the wrong thing and that is why she was running behind and that she was almost done. I waited another 10 minutes this now puts me waiting 45minutes after my 6pm appointment time. For an appointment that was scheduled weeks in advance... I than let the technician know that i was not going to wait any longer and that i was going to leave. I expressed my dissappointment and let her know this was not the first time this has happened with this place.. i once scheduled an appointment via text message (because no one ever answers the phone) and showed up only to be told i had no appointment and no one was available to work on my lashes. That time i had the text message all that lady did was say she was sorry and offer to schedule another appointment. Second time was the same thing that happened recently and the reason why i decided to write a review. I was left waiting for almost an hour after my appointment time with nothing more than thank you for waiting and Ill get you done fast i dont want a rushed job i would like my time to be considered... and i would like to be appreciated as a customer. Needless to say i will not be coming back 3 times youre out!
