The place used to be great, but it seems that they have switched ownership. They used to be really good for my wife who is dairy free, but now they have max one option for her. They seem to always have no ice cream, and less variety than they used to.The new owner said they are getting rid of a bunch of toppings cause she doesnt want them there. Which is kind of strange. When the owner was scooping my wifes ice cream, it seemed too frozen, and it was essentially ice cream crumble on her sandwich. I would advise to go to other cream stores, as this one is pretty disappointing now.

Super yummy 😋 ice cream 🍨 Enjoyed the coffee flavour ice cream. The cookies 🍪 in which the ice cream was sandwiched was equally tasty 😊. You can also add topping of ur choice (gummy bears)😍. They are very friendly even suggest flavours and accept all ur requests like mixing flavours in a single scoop.🥳

I went in today with my girlfriend, she never been there. She order a chocolate milkshake. It was watery down, it didnt taste like chocolate. Very disappointed! Never again. #SorryNotSorry! If I could give no stars I will!!!!!! Never again! Jack in the box is BETTER

Awesome Ice cream~ They have milk shakes, hot fudge sundaes, brownies, what more could you ask for! The staff is really cool too, a friend dropped their ice cream and she was able to get a new one FREE of CHARGE~! In fact if you are unsatisfied with anything or drop anything, simply explain it to the staff kindly and you may be able to get a fresh one on the house~! :D

Freshly baked cookies, and ice cream making for an amazing sandwich.They have a huge selection of cookies, but going with the chocolate chip cookies is always a solid choice as chips chill in the cookie and make for a better texture than a big soft sandwich that youd get with the other choices.Great selection of ice cream flavors too, but be ready for a huge dose of sweetness no matter what you order.Mike is usually working and jamming to the tunes and is always ready to make a great sandwich with a smile.

Cream! What a place. Always love the cookies, the ice cream, the whole sha-bang. I love that everything is baked the day of so its always really tasty and the ice cream is definitely a step above your classic baskin robbins or dreyers. This one doesnt have a ton of seating so its good for a quick stop in dessert, but theres plenty of other things around boba/coffee, food, etc to also stop in and checkout. Delicious and fun!

Only letting one group at a time come in. Had a hot fudge sundae with a peanut butter cookie with Green tea and chocoholic ice cream. Topping was crushed Oreos ☺️💯 My boyfriend had a raspberry sorbet with gummies on top. Very delicious 😋

I got scoops of Mocha Almond Fudge and Salted Caramel, both were decent. My husband got an ice cream sandwich with the Oatmeal Raisin cookie and Cookie Dough ice cream. His ice cream was gritty with an aftertaste, and the cookies were hard as rocks. To be fair, this was close to closing time, but I would still expect passable cookies. I would have given 4 stars for my ice cream, husband would’ve given 2 stars, so we compromise at 3 stars in the middle. Will probably not be going back here.

Nice ambiance and the place is always very clean. There are a few vegan options, but they are all significantly more expensive than the standard ice cream/cookies. The flavor of the vegan mint chocolate chip ice cream was so-so, I dont think its worth coming back for.

I visit this place often and always get the waffle ice cream which is normally a great tasting dessert. Except ...today I got this waffle that was semi cooked and soggy that the whole thing tasted awful. I went up to the staff and let them know that the waffle wasn’t cooked well. The person was a bit rude and told me ‘ it is on a timer - there is nothing I can do to cook it more’. I showed him the soggy waffle and told him to increase the time on the timer so the waffle would crisp up. He came back after 7-8 min with another waffle that was marginally better. In the meanwhile my Ice-cream had melted so had to eat just the waffle and the whole experience therefore ruined. I am quite upset with this whole thing, I doubt I am going back again. This was a dessert date done right!We tried Birthday Ice cream. A white, smooth, creamish ice-cream with multicoloured bits in the cream.We got it in a sprinkle waffle cone...So delicious.Next time, I would want to taste their ice-cream sandwiches.

Sorry, I actually meant to rate 4 stars! My girlfriend and I had a good experience here. Weve been here twice. She really enjoyed the shake she got and I enjoyed the green tea, and coconut ice cream.We were a bit confused with the line though. We couldnt really figure out who was next in line both times we went there and some people that walked in ended up ordering before us. Not a huge deal, but it would be nice if the staff greeted us or asked us if we were ready to order.Keep in mind both times we went in it was pretty busy so I can get why we might have been missed. However, when I got someones attention they were super friendly and everything came out perfect!Well come back again sometime this week and see how it goes. If everything goes smooth Ill be sure to bump the rating up to 5 stars.Thanks for the thoughtful reply! You have a great business!

There was a family of 4 ahead of us and there was only one person working, seemed like the young kid was new, and it took almost 20 min to take care of the family of four, when it was our turn the guy said, we dont have hot fudge, sugar cones or waffles, or brownies, then he wears only one glove on the hand that he holds the scoop and not the waffle cone, I feel bad for him, and the owner that is loosing his business, because especially during this time owner should be more concerned about customer care and his business rather than cutting employees and give bad service!!

Very mediocre. Got a hot fudge sundae, which, for some weird reason, was $2 more than 2 scoops of ice cream and a cookie. The mint chocolate chip ice cream was gritty with undissolved sugar and just not good. Not worth the calories! The baked goods also looks so much less appealing in person than online. Wouldnt come back here.

If you havent yet been, do yourself a favor and go! The warm cookies with melting ice cream between are delightful, and they roll the entire sandwich in the topping of your choice, if you choose. If an entire sandwich is too much for you, or youre watching your calories, ask for one cookie, cut in half. Its just as satisfying as the big sandwich, it just disappears faster! Gluten free and dairy free options available too!

Thanks for asking, my expectations were pretty high based on the rating and frequenting many other highly rated ice cream parlors. The overall experience we had could have been improved by more convenient parking, better selection of flavors, higher quality taste, and a bit better greeting. Value was ok comparatively. Left with ok impression but many other places to try out and quite a few other favorites to return to.

Just arrived at this location at 10:16pm after google listed it as open only for the employee to tell me through the door that they are closed. Even the hours listed on the door stated they were open til 11pm. And I get it 11pm is late and they wanna go home, I work retail I full understand that; but to close 45 minutes early with no explanation is kinda lame. Wont be going to this location anymore.

Awful service. Took 15 minutes to get served even though there were only 3 people ahead of us in line. I order a brownie sundae with hot fudge topping. He shoves the ice cream and brownie into a cup thats way too small, then tells me hes out of hot fudge. My son whispers to me that theres a jar of fudge in the back, its just not heated up. So I guess the guy just doesnt want to be bothered.Also the prices are no longer appealing. They used to have a cookie ice cream sandwich for $3. Now its $5. Thats a 66% increase.Parking here is a pain too. I dont hold that against the establishment but its another reason why:I wont be back.

Amazing place for desserts...I like the fact that their cookies and brownies are made fresh and the combination of a hot cookie with cold ice cream is delightful. Really delicious cookie/brownie sandwiches. This place especially has great service as well. We were there almost at the time of closing but they were generous enough to let us in and grab some ice cream.

Biggest yummiest ice cream cookie sandwich ever

The ice cream alone is delectable and varies in flavours. Though the cone made of ginger snap dough was an actual surprise and accentuated the overall experience. I havent had the chance to try the ice cream sandwiches or the baked goods, but will come again hungry for more. Prices are amazing and not too sweet like other chains.

They never have milkshakes. i ask one day and they say they will carry it tomorrow, so i call the next day and they are still out!! but the customer before us got a milkshake. terrible service, do not come if you are craving a milkshake!🤬🤬

Their ice cream sandwiches are great. They provide a unique ice cream sandwich experience by starting with home made fresh cookies and pilling ice cream between the cookies. Unlike most places, where the ice cream is sub par while they have a gimmick to get you interested, this place has a gimmick with good tasting ice cream. Its good all around.

Good selections, convenient location for quality ice cream

Visited twice in one weekend and had great items but he staff was meh. The first visit I got a sandwich which comes with a topping and when she handed it to me without asking about my topping she rolled her eyes when I asked her about the topping. They also charged my husband for a topping that was supposed to come with his. However the second visit was a lot better as we had three different staff members and they were friendlier.

This is definitely the most delicious dessert near this area! If you want ice cream with a creative twist this is the way to go. I highly recommend getting the ice cream in a waffle. Yum!! A great variety of flavors to choose from.

My husband, baby and I had such a great experience tonight at Cream. The man working greeted us when we walked in making us instantly feel welcomed. The cookies were fresh an warm and the ice cream was supper yummy. Lastly the restaurant was very clean. We will definitely be back!

Awesome ice cream! The Cream Taco is a great deal (3 scoops - 2 toppings)! Everyone in our group got one and the taco shell is light, delicate, and wonderful on its own (cinnamon and a hint of nutmeg).The only small hitch was that the line was confusing (in front or behind the cord?).Well be back!

We come here often for a waffle cone, dairy free ice cream and to stroll around cupertino. We really enjoy their loyalty program. Wish they rotated their soy flavors more often. While I love soy blueberry and soy mint chip, it would be great to have more variety. Delish!

I wish there was a way to give zero stars. Came here last night and was hugely disappointed. Not only was the ice cream subpar and minimal flavors were available, but the service was some of the worst Ive ever experienced. The workers did not wear gloves, nor did they use paper around the cones or ice cream sandwiches!! The worker handed me my cone with his bare hands, and wiped the dripping ice cream with his finger. He also handed my friend her ice cream sandwich in between his fingers, squishing it as he gave it to her. We were appalled by the poor level of cleanliness in this establishment.

The place was a bit messy. Nothing special about the ice cream. In the establishments defense i got a basic waffle cone and one scoop of ice cream. Maybe they are known better for something else.

CREAM is pretty great. The sandwich is pretty massive so be prepared to either share or over index on sugar. Wish they had more non dairy flavors but I understand why they dont have more than 2.

This location is convenient sometimes lines are long so theres a 5min+ wait. At night they tend to run out of items. So I recommend you go before 7 or 8.

I love love love that they go sorbet heavy here because a good sorbet is hard to find. The ramune sorbet here is heavenly. So light and citrusy. The rest of the flavors are incredible too, so imaginative and well executed. Im a sucker for weird flavors and this place definitely doesnt disappoint!

Coffee was way too hot and spilt over the top when I took the lid off to cool it down. The lady also scooped my ice-cream up first and then did the coffee. She took so long to make it that my ice-cream was half way melted by the time she was done...

This place was okay. The cookies and cream tasted strange, definitely not what I expected just based on other ice cream places like 31 flavors, cold stone, etc. I also regret getting the cookies and cream cronut combo, but the cronut was very tasty on its own. Was also disappointed that the churro was listed on the menu but not being sold anymore.Service was good. Overall would try again, definitely with different combos. My girlfriend got the coconut with Snickerdoodle cookie which was yummy.
